The thing I like most about Notion is how customizable it is. I can literally create, from a personal notebook to a full CRM system, inside the same workspace. The block style lets us create simple, ready-to-use databases or complex ones. You can literally build anything you can imagine with Notion.
The interface is easy to use, and you can learn how to set up your workspace in minutes. It is fast and reliable and can be integrated with all tools. Personally, I integrate with Drive, GitHub, and calendar most of the time, and also attach some tweets and PDFs to my pages too.
And when connected with Notion AI, it gets a lot easier to connect the dots on the knowledge in my second brain folder.
I use a lot for both work and personal life. I manage my files, projects, second brain, tasks, literally everything lives there. The only limit with Notion is your imagination and creativity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Something that bores me is that it's hard to manage subtasks. I think if it had a dedicated subtasks block, it could be better. But overall, the databases can do a good job. But still misses some points when you have to link lots of tasks to one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
