What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?

Logging packages in and out for our students, staff, and faculty. The cloud-based nature of the software also makes this really easy, as we don't need to maintain a separate computer/server on our-end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Notifii Track?

We likes that it notifies residents by both text and email, its very fast and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notifii Track?

The only think I would say that we dislike about the program is there is no app for apple phones to use the program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Residents and Office Staff are happy"

What do you like best about Notifii Track?

The attribute I like best is that the residents come to get their packages promptly since they are notified immediately upon check in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notifii Track?

I do not like that sometimes the system "loses" a resident and Notifii has to be contacted to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Notifii is a great way to keep residents updated on items waiting in the office. It sends reminders automatically to residents that are not picking up their parcels. It keeps the packages organized and is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Notifii is a time and space saver."

What do you like best about Notifii Track?

With the latest edition of the bar code scanner and photo option it makes logging packages quicker and finding the package easy . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only gripe I have with is it can't seem to work in and offline mode. Also sometimes the system does not log packages out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Notifii Track?

The package logging and notification system works fairly reliably. Our clients love the notifications and we love the time saving features compared to paper logging of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notifii Track?

The removal of features which used to be included and are not separated from the product and sold separately. Some features need some work such as OCR recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to rely on paper logs and slips to keep track of incoming packages. This has streamlined the log in process and made keeping track of released packages easy to lookup when needed. Having the package history of each client has also reduced liability on false claims of packages not being received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Notifii Track?

I like how easy the app is to use. I also like that it notifies our residents so packages are picked up promptly. We no longer have the issue of running out of storage space due to packages piling up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notifii Track?

I used to not like how the app would log you out a lot, now we can keep it logged in all the time! It does have a few issues with the app freezing which is generally solved by rebooting our ipad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
