The removal of features which used to be included and are not separated from the product and sold separately. Some features need some work such as OCR recognition. This has streamlined the log in process and made keeping track of released packages easy to lookup when needed. I like how easy the app is to use. I also like that it notifies our residents so packages are picked up promptly. I used to not like how the app would log you out a lot, now we can keep it logged in all the time! It does have a few issues with the app freezing which is generally solved by rebooting our ipad.
