Ability to email and text residents directly. It is great that residents can sign the packages out as well. I also enjoy the different reports that can show the pick up and drop off history. What do you dislike about Notifii Track? Would like the kiosk mode to allow residents to sign out packages for ALL packages for their apartment number, instead of having to pull up every name for each person that resides in that apartment individually. We also installed a tablet in our package room allowing residents to sign their own packages out once picked up. However, recently log-in times have been extended and this has been more helpful. It has benefitted us by providing the resident (customer) with top notch notification of package delivery. It has improved the turn around time for pick up significantly, keeping our storage area clutter free. The efficiency of the software and process has immensely streamlined a formerly very time consuming process to get residents notified they have a package. The notifications are a huge plus! Signing out the packages and holding people accountable has been a tremendous help to our organization. We have less issues with packages going missing and items getting picked up timely. The notification portion keeps notifying you until you sign out the packages!
