The interface could also be smoother. **What problems is NoteVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** Note Vault helps me tremendously to standardize and speed up the writing of construction site reports. Instead of filling out paper forms or spreadsheets at the end of the day, teams can now dictate their observations throughout the day. ### 2. Very easy to take notes as you are walking the field. Very user friendly add as easy to navigate and easy to make corrections as well. **What do you dislike about NoteVault?** The only comment I have is that sometimes it will take over 24 hours to get the voice message transcribe to comment, but not big deal since the recording was always available. **What problems is NoteVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** Construction completion status. Also, a very important part of the construction is constraints, which allow us to keep track of issues in the field that affects our team from achieving schedule. ### 4. This repositions my location that I previously had scrolled to. **What problems is NoteVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** Daily logs of work activities on site. Daily logs can be used for documentation, historical data, confirmation of activities and a legal documentation in the court of law. ### 8. It also allows the owner to trust that work was done, which is helpful in trying to get cost issues approved. ### 10. As it is, you can only tag them if they subscribe. I think being able to tag co-workers and sending them a notification would increase awareness and traffic on the site. **What problems is NoteVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes you feel closer to your co-workers; makes the company feel smaller, if you will.
