Notermed is an AI medical scribe built for small and independent practices. It listens to the patient visit and drafts the clinical note in real time, so the clinician stays focused on the patient and just reviews and signs. It includes 21 built-in note formats plus custom templates your clinic writes, clinical evidence with citations beside the note, Tebra integration (other EHRs on request), and tasks and team messaging for the whole clinic. Notermed works in the browser on any device and on Android. It is built for HIPAA: patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest on US-only servers, every access is logged in a full audit trail, and a BAA is signed with every clinic on every plan. Pricing is simple: $79 per provider per month ($59 billed annually), with 20 free AI sessions to start and no card required.
