"Edit your documents collaboratively and online with Notejoy."
5/5
What do you like best about Notejoy?

Notejoy is a very important software for me at work, since with this software I can edit documents simultaneously with other co-workers. One of the most important benefits I get from using Notejoy is that I link it to other software to organize my projects, achieving excellent results. The most outstanding feature of Notejoy is that I can establish feedback with my office colleagues, adding to the documents we make their impressions, observations and suggestions, in order to obtain the most complete written product. You can edit documents from your desktop computer or from your Android device, enjoying in both cases the same privileges of simultaneous editing of documents. This software is quite cheap so you can access it and get excellent results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notejoy?

Notejoy is a great platform that offers a solution to companies for editing documents together. The editing options allow you to add text, images, tables, graphics and videos. Their tools are well designed and fit my needs as a worker, feeling totally satisfied to use Notejoy in the company where I work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Too Early To Recommend"

What do you like best about Notejoy?

I love NoteJoy as Live collaboration tool for simple notes and for integration with Google Drive. The application itself is great for text notes with other teammates. You can create libraries for all your different teams within the business and create libraries giving every member the opportunity to come in and modify the note. It plays well with Google Drive. This app is great for those businesses that do a lot of note-taking typing and don't require drawings or creative collaboration of that type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notejoy?

I dislike that the attachments are displayed as thumbnails. It is horrible for editing those documents because you have to leave the platform to edit even a cloud file from Google Drive. I also dislike that there is no pen support yet or a way to import everything from Evernote or One Note making it super hard to transition from another platform. I also dislike their mobile app. It's hard to use and its buggy (but it is improving) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Notejoy is our internal note taking system."

What do you like best about Notejoy?

I find it easy sharing notes with my team members on Notejoy and on some occasions,I have found it easier to just share a short note with my team as against sending an email to everyone.Notejoy affords me the choice to access Notejoy on pc and on my mobile devices ,which makes it convenient to make use of Notejoy, wherever I am.

In a business environment,it is pertinent that every conversation exchange between teams and departments are kept secure from unauthorized third party access and Notejoy ensures this is the case, thanks to end to end encryption of all information exchanged between me and my team on Notejoy.

"Very Visual Note-Taking Tool for Team Effort"
4/5
What do you like best about Notejoy?

I like how they made it visual for users to relate to. Team members can collaborate and get a visual cue as to what is happening on the note live. I love the live editing, and members of your team can collaborate even on telecommute. People can easily get involved and discuss ideas and data at the speed of discussion. I like that you can also add comments on sections, so you keep the separation of comments, ideas, and data all in one place without leaving the window. Notes can be pinned, so it would be easy for your invited team members see your priority agenda. It does not only serve as note-taking, it also acts as a live collaboration tool for any organization or team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notejoy?

I have no beef or anything bad to say against Notejoy, maybe a word of improvement. They could make use of non-browser based tool. So people can still use even offline. As a whole, it is one of the best note management tool I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for sharing ideas with your team without wasting time in another meeting!"
5/5
What do you like best about Notejoy?

With Notejoy, we're able to all throw ideas on a page while we're working and not stop everything for a meeting. The collaborative functionality of it is what is really wonderful. We can keep documentation for processes in one place and see when it's updated and by whom. The metrics provided are really a neat touch.

Mobile use is much easier than some of the same players in the space. It's also very quick and easy to use in a hurry, unlike another service we used that always seemed laggy and resulted in people just staring at something load during a meeting and breaking the rhythm.

Compared to what we were using, it's much more structured and organized. We've moved all our notes and documents over from other platforms to Notejoy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notejoy?

Notejoy is great and I don't really have any cons to list. With many collaborative tools like this, the hardest part is getting everyone on your team to stick to it and not fall back into old habits. It's not something I need, but I could see some employees needing constant reminders to use/update/reference the notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Note Taking App that Gets Jobs Done"
5/5
What do you like best about Notejoy?

The best thing I like about Notejoy is you can readily upload materials from your Google drive. Team members have been using Google drive as our central data management tools for all sorts of documents, and it is a great thing that Notejoy has that function so we can sync it easily. It also has a library and notebook feature so we can share our notes with team members who need a peek at our notes and share insights. I also like the user dashboard, simple and easy to learn. The look and feel is like straight from another popular software we use, so it is not that hard to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notejoy?

I probably think that it needs to have a mobile app version which people can use. Right now, I think they are only browser based note taking app, which makes it quite difficult if people have not access to internet as of the moment. So it will be nifty if there's an app for it, and sync later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Note Taking for Digital Life"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Notejoy?

Notejoy certainly does its job for keeping all of one's thoughts in one easy-to-access place, similar to Evernote or other cloud-based note-taking software, allowing you to switch between mobile and desktop platforms. A plus of Notejoy is the sharing/collaboration attribute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notejoy?

What I would say I dislike about it would be that it doesn't, to me, offer any more or less than Evernote, other than collaboration capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Takes collaboration to a new level."

What do you like best about Notejoy?

Notejoy eliminates my most asked questions during document collaborations.Questions like ; Is this the latest version of this document ? Has someone worked on this document before ? Where is the link to this document ?Can I have access to these document?

By providing me with the ability to create notes ,makes edits ,share notes nd have discussions at the same time. Ability to pin important content at the top of my shared team library for everyone to sight easily reduces the need to constantly use the search function.

What do you dislike about Notejoy?

Nothing to complain about.Notejoy does a good job.I like how when I share notes with my colleagues, they immediately get real-time access to my notes : without the need to wait for synchronisation, which can be undependable : as is the case with Microsoft OneNote. What do you like best about Notejoy?

Notejoy is fast, with a lightning fast search that helps me spend more time creating notes and less time organizing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notejoy?

Having a hard-time thinking of any. Everyone needs to be all-in for it to really shine is one of the only detriments I would have to say about this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
