Notchup is the AI Chief of Staff for modern technology teams (50-500 engineers). We help engineering leaders replace spreadsheets and gut feelings with live operational data. Unlike generic engineering metrics tools that just measure code velocity, Notchup starts by building a deep Human Intelligence Graph—analyzing every engineer’s unique skills, behavioral style, and true capacity. We then connect this human context with your Business Strategy (Jira/Linear) and Engineering Reality (GitHub/Slack) to act as your operational brain. Key Capabilities: Predictive Capacity Planning: Forecast delivery risks and roadmap slippage weeks in advance. Automated Resource Allocation: Instantly match the right internal talent to new Projects/SOWs based on verified skills and availability. Engineering ROI: Map engineering time to financial outcomes (CAPEX vs. OPEX) and project margins. Automated People Ops: Generate personalized upskilling plans (PDPs) and spot burnout signals before talent attrits.
