Notavi turns work you're already doing into a finished, written procedure. Press a keyboard shortcut whenever you want a step saved, and Notavi writes it up for you: numbered steps, screenshots, and warnings, using the same template every time, so your fifth procedure looks as polished as your first. Your files stay in an ordinary folder on your own computer, under storage you choose. Your documentation is yours, and it works whether or not you're online. Beyond capture, Notavi helps you keep a growing library in order. It spots near-duplicate procedures and tells you whether they're really the same job, tracks versions so you can recapture only the steps that changed, and groups related procedures into a runbook with a manager sign-off sheet. When you're ready to share, it exports to several formats and languages. Built for the person everyone asks "how do I do this again?" Notavi runs on Mac and Windows, both code-signed, with no technical setup and nothing to learn before your first procedure.
