NoSpot is a workout app for personal trainers and their clients. Coaches build rotating training plans in about 2 minutes from an 800+ exercise library, invite clients with a QR code and track adherence, loads, volume and progress in real time, with alerts on clients who are slowing down. Athletes use the app free forever, even offline. No commissions and no payment intermediation: the coach-client relationship stays direct. Free for coaches up to 4 clients, Pro plan at €12.99/month or €99.99/year. Available on iOS and Android, in Italian and English.
