They can be a one-stop shop: member database, email communications, mobile app, event/catering management, food and beverage POS, hotel management, harbor/marina management, accounts payable/receivable, and the list continues. You can pick and choose what you need/will utilize. **What do you dislike about Northstar Club Management Software?** Although being a one-stop shop is nice, what they do doesn't work as well as some of the more individualized or specific products/services/programs/software out there. There are a lot of glitches. They have some "how-tos" that look at to try to figure out things, but not enough. When you try to troubleshoot with them over the phone, there's generally a communication barrier due to accents as well aas "technological speak" that you may or may not understand depending on how "techy" you are. **What problems is Northstar Club Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use them as a Member Database, billing Members for their food & beverage purchases, dues, and slip/marina rentals. We also use them for Event/Banquet Management, Website, Mobile App, F&B and merchandise POS, accounts receivable/payable. I'd like to utilize the ability to send notifications to Members who've downloaded the mobile app, but haven't been able to figure that one out yet.
