What do you like best about Northspyre?

What do you dislike about Northspyre?

Onboarding projects can be tricky in terms of remediating data. Tasks & Milestones could be much more dynamic as well (email alerts, reminders, etc). The Sources & Uses function/tool can also be more integrated and flow through better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Northspyre?

While it can be intimidating at first, once a user spends some time using Northspyre, navigating the site starts to make sense and become second nature. There are a lot of useful analytical tools available on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Northspyre?

Inconsistency. For instance, some vendor data fields allow the user to start typing the first few letters of a vendor's company name, while other vendor data fields (on different pages) do not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Job Cost Accounting Suite with Seamless Yardi Integration"

What do you like best about Northspyre?

The seamless job cost accounting integration with Yardi, particularly the payable invoices with images and contracts. With its intuitive interface, it's easy to make common revisions such as budget line re-classes and instantly update real-time progress. The draw reports are customizable and professional looking. What do you dislike about Northspyre?

Looking forward to the addition of a payment module that will allow check processing. Though not a must-have, the Yardi integration for budget and updates would be a good feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Northspyre:

Request a Northspyre demo or try it out for a month and see if it improves the speed and quality of your project management operations. We have found for ourselves that it dramatically enhances ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Northspyre solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data entry and coding of invoices, contracts, COIs & lien waivers is now quick and easy. Eliminates progress tracking with several spreadsheets as all project information is accessible and transparent to all users and owners in real-time. What do you like best about Northspyre?

I can quickly and visually see what is going on with each budget line of the project. It is very easy to identify categories that are over budget and see where open dollars are to move it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Northspyre?

The report functions are not formatted well and always coming out super small. If you want to print anything is has to be on 11x17 paper or zoom in heavily. Also some features that were conveyed to us are still under development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Northspyre?

The real-time data is the most useful!! The ability to see your projects in real time has been something everyone in our organization has found very helpful. We can login and know where we are without a lot of leg work. As long as the data entered is accurate we have accurate project updates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Northspyre?

Learning the program took some getting used to and not aspects of the program are intuitive. Changing out documents is likely the most cumbersome issue. However, we are still very satisfied with the program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Northspyre solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a centralized hub for our invoices that different members of our organization can access is very helpful. We don't have to reach out only to accounting to find out if an invoice is in the system or where it was coded to or if it was processed. What do you like best about Northspyre?

Vendor invoice tracking is extremely helpful as are the cost reports and draw packages. I also like the summaries and the ability to stack reports in the rpeort builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Northspyre?

The amount of manual labor needed to keep everything up to date. The system is a bit slow to work and each project is separate so the isn't a global structure for total cost reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Northspyre?

I love the fact that they have a solution for everything and if they don't they make it a priority to find a solution. It has eliminated the need for a heavy excel spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Northspyre?

Since it is a fairly new company there may be some bugs but there are new updates every month or so that fix the bugs and include new features. I would like the cashflow feature to improve, maybe a recalculation button or seeing projections off months rather than days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
