North Metric is churn prevention for SaaS companies that bill on Stripe. It shows which customers are likely to leave, ranked by money at risk, and the move to keep each one. Every paying customer gets a 0-100 risk score from billing and usage, ranked by MRR x risk, with the reason behind each score. For each customer, North Metric drafts the move: a failed-payment note with a card-update link, a pause or save offer, a renewal check-in or a win-back. You approve each move or set rules, and every dollar kept is tied to a paid invoice. Start with the free churn report: money at risk, revenue leaking to old prices and discounts, cancel reasons, a 12-month replay of who left, and the first 5 customers to act on.
