It is an essential tool for keeping passwords secure and improving password hygiene, especially when cyber attacks are so common. It was very easy to implement in our business and setup an MSP account to manage customer NordPass accounts. I have only needed support from NordPass once and it was very helpful. I use NordPass every day for personal and business use. It also integrates nicely with our password policy because users can simply choose a compliant password length with whatever complexity they wish, and NordPass immediately creates one for you. The nordpass extension is easy to use for autofilling passwords but also for searching for passwords and links to websites. Nordpass was easy to rollout to users, once they received their email invite it took very little interervention from IT for them to complete the setup and import their passwords. What I like most is the fact that I can get to my passwords really quick and from wherever I need. In our job we sometimes have to share sensitive login details with collegues, and NordPass makes that way easier and a lot safer. Nobody has to remember strange long passwords or write them on sticky notes anymore, which is a huge relief. The only thing that sometimes slows me down a bit is switching between the admin settings and my own password safe. It can feel a bit confusing, and I need a moment to find the right option.
