**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

What I like best about NordPass Business is that it makes password management simple and secure for teams. The interface is easy to use, passwords can be stored and shared safely, and it helps reduce time spent resetting or remembering credentials. Features like autofill, secure sharing, and centralized access management improve productivity while maintaining security standards.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

One downside of NordPass Business is that some advanced features and admin controls can take time to learn initially. There can also be occasional friction when switching between devices or browsers, and pricing may feel higher for smaller teams. Improving customization options and making onboarding more intuitive would make the experience better.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

I really like the ability to share by groups in NordPass Business. It allows us to ensure that only the right team members have access to the specific logins and information they need. For example, our Servicedesk team has access to certain logins and information, while the Systems team might have access to those plus other logins. This feature has been valuable because it eliminates the need to keep track of a spreadsheet and adds a secure layer to sharing information. It's also super easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

For AutoFill, sometimes it does not save the password/login correctly. Also the Autofill icon sometimes gets in the way on the screen or you can't see if you are typing. There are times that we don't want to save the information in NordPass or that the information is not necessary to save. The biggest gripe is having to have 2 passwords to get in to NordPass because users seem to forget one of them.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NordPass Business to eliminate spreadsheets for storing login information and add a secure layer to sharing. It allows us to share notes and access rights only with required personnel, reducing unnecessary data access.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

Well, there are several things. Like the secure compartment, the password sharing feature is the best. It gives more people at your work access to a tool without having to tell them the password, without having to write it down on a piece of paper, or send it via message. The interface is modern, clean, easy to understand, and much easier than other older managers. And the learning curve for the team was absolutely zero.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

Well, sometimes the browser extension disconnects and asks for the master password too frequently, which delays certain processes. If someone loses the master password, the recovery process can be tedious. There are no custom folders and I would like to have a few more options in this regard.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly, NordPass Business addresses the issue of security, ensuring that my passwords and banking information are completely secure. It allows sharing passwords without sending them via chat and auto-fills logins, which avoids having to cut and paste multiple passwords.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

I really like how NordPass Business allows me to select the password and email, and it fills out automatically without having to type anything. It's fast, reliable, and secure, which is great for our team's workflow as we constantly log into various internal and external tools. The credentials are fetched automatically, so there's no need to remember passwords. It's also nice that we don't have to worry about exposing passwords on sticky notes or team chats on Slack. The import process was smooth too, as the admin team could just provide a file to NordPass, which detected and imported everything automatically.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

I find their pricing structure a little bit too steep. If they can really work on that, it would be much more helpful for us. There is also no integration in NordPass Business aside from the Chrome extension, which is a bit limiting.

I use NordPass Business for restoring credentials and sharing them across the team without revealing them, making logins seamless and automatic, which reduces the need to remember passwords.

I like that NordPass Business is very easy for nearly everyone in the organization to use. I really appreciate how easy it is to update passwords via the browser extensions and generate new passwords using the password generator. The initial setup was very easy, especially exporting our password database from LastPass and importing into NordPass Business, along with adding licenses and users.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

The Firefox browser extension has a tendency to crash -- this might be a conflict with another extension, but it's still frustrating.

I like NordPass Business for its simplicity and visual clarity. As a designer constantly switching between complex creative tools, its clean and modern interface is easy to navigate. I also like the security scanner feature, which alerts me if any of my passwords have been compromised in a data breach. This feature has been a massive asset for me, as it allows me to easily update my details and stay ahead of threats, giving me the confidence to assure my clients that their sensitive data is being protected by real-time security monitoring.

I think the autofill feature can occasionally be a bit over-eager, it sometimes tries to fill in fields that are not actually login boxes.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

The provision and sharing of shared accesses within our club board saves us a lot of time and also brings security. The exchange of passwords after changes through other means was insecure. The partial local storage in password safes was made obsolete by Nord Pass. The creation of different thematic areas for passwords brings structure to the various target systems and accesses. Everything is clear, and the admin area is easy to handle and provides valuable information about the nature of users' passwords to encourage improvement/strengthening of the passwords.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

The automatic icon detection for websites is not always available, here an individual configuration of the icon for the entry should be made possible.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sharing of commonly used accesses and their passwords for various systems that only allow one access (e.g., shop accounts used by the association for purchasing). When the password is changed, all authorized persons are always able to access the systems. Secure storage of all personal accounts and access from different devices. Our association has gained a lot of security, and through access from fixed PCs or mobile devices, all board members are always able to act. Additional information such as software license keys can also be securely stored and made available to authorized persons.

I love that I don't have to remember passwords anymore. I can save all the password securely in NordPass and nordpass fills them automatically as soon as I land into the loading page.  Its easy to implement with different import password import options.

The main drawback of nordpass is that some advanced features and admin controls are limited on lower-tier plans.

Really handy to be able to have securely held login details and passwords etc. and being able to easily paste them when logging into various applications/websites. The extension for browsers makes this really easy to use.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

NordPass Business was helpful in managing and sharing passwords for not just my own accounts but also for any company accounts I needed to have access to. It was easy to set up and integrate with the browsers we use at work. I use it multiple times per day when doing various tasks that pop up.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

The only dislike I have is the constant need to log into the application, I could step away from my computer for any period of time and it would lock the application. I could lock my computer for no more than 5 minutes to assist someone and come back and have to re-enter my master password to access the password manager and others times I could lock my computer for 10-15 minutes . I could understand if I was fully signing out of my account of the computer or shutting down and restarting it, but a brief period in between the work day makes it an inconvenience.

Password management for multiple users and shared company accounts.

I love that NordPass Business offers strong security features, like encryption and zero knowledge, which are vital for protecting my business's data from phishing and breaches. The clean and controlled admin panel is intuitive and well-organized across platforms. The cost-effective plans and easy integration with tools like Microsoft Sentinel and Okta enhance its value. The onboarding process is smooth, and customer support is efficient and reliable. I would change the basic insights offered, such as member activity and password strength reports. They could be more data-driven and actionable. It would be beneficial to add detailed security analytics usage dashboards to provide better visibility into security practices. This would make it easier to demonstrate compliance during audits. Adding a seamless workflow for password sharing and security alerts directly to the app would also be advantageous. Role-based access control should be expanded to enable custom role creation beyond just admin users, allowing for granular control over permissions. This feature would be ideal for large organizations or agencies, reducing human error and enforcing the principle of least privilege.

NordPass has made password management much easier for our small business. It saves us time, improves team collaboration, and ensures our sensitive information stays secure. The shared vaults and folders are incredibly useful for managing access across team members, and the user interface is clean and intuitive.

We also appreciate the 2FA.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

The major downside is that we can't generate 2FA from our mobiles.

The only other downside we’ve experienced is the limited sharing permission options. It would be helpful to allow more granular control, like sharing a single login from within a folder.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

NordPass Business has revolutionized the management of passwords in our team. The user-friendly interface ensures that it is very easy to be adopted by employees including those who are not tech-savvy. The autofill feature is compatible with all the browsers and devices, and it saves useful time in the day-to-day operations. The strong administration controls that enable me to control user access, security health score, and cracks password policies throughout the organization are aspects I like most. The password sharing mechanism has also enabled cooperation among the groups without security being compromised as the secure feature allows the sharing of passwords. Also, the XChaCha20 encryption will make me believe that our sensitive information is secured according to the highest level of security parameters.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

Although NordPass Business is strong in most aspects, it has certain limitations that should be mentioned. The reporting capabilities might be richer - I would prefer to get more information regarding password usage patterns and security compliance indicators. In some cases, the autofill feature cannot work with some intricate login systems or one-page authentication system, so it has to be done manually. The mobile application is practical, but it is not as refined as the desktop version and has more room for a better navigation. Finally, the cost may be high to smaller teams, particularly compared to some of its competitors who may provide the same core product at cheaper prices.

NordPass Business eliminates our password security risks and saves countless hours. It solved problems like weak passwords, insecure sharing, and lack of oversight. I like how easy and convenient it is to use NordPass to share credentials with workmates. It is easy to implement and I cannot imagine keeping track of the credentials without this secure tool. I a lso like how the details auto fill the appropriate space. This saves time and minimizes errors.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

As a tech person I understand the risk of data security issues so I always feel like a third party could access the data though it has never happened. There is that perceived risk. I would appreciate a feature to limit access to view only or allow one-time access. Or maybe a deadline for which the other person can access the shared password.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work on many clients websites and we had problems keeping track of credentials. We needed a tool to share securely share passwords without trouble. Nordpass stores and updates these details for quick logins. It might seem a simple tool but to my team that has to log in to tens of client's wensites and emails it saves time and helps us complete projects on time.

NordPass Business offers a solid password management solution that works well across multiple platforms, including PC, Mac, and Android. For its core use case—storing and syncing passwords—it performs well in daily use. The pricing is also quite affordable, which may make it an attractive option for small to mid-sized teams.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

One recurring annoyance is the need to occasionally re-enter both the account and master passwords, which many co-workers have trouble remembering when it's only used once a month or so. Additionally, the Chrome extension has proven to be unreliable at times, with a notable period in 2024 when it stopped working for several days because of a bad update from Nord. Another limitation is the software’s inability to store anything beyond text-based secrets. For example, it doesn’t support saving key files or certificates, which are commonly used in a tech company.

It was very easy to implement in our business and setup an MSP account to manage customer NordPass accounts. I have only needed support from NordPass once and it was very helpful. I use NordPass every day for personal and business use. It also integrates nicely with our password policy because users can simply choose a compliant password length with whatever complexity they wish, and NordPass immediately creates one for you. The email masking makes this even better with the ability to also disguise your email online.

Sometimes the autofill function does not work on certain browsers, but this is rare.

I used Nordpass at a company that was under 100 people and it worked well. I have also used Lastpass before, and actually found Nordpass a lot more user friendly with a better UX/UI. I think workforce's with younger generations (millenial, Gen Z) would prefer the look and feel of Nordpass.

Not much to not like. It does the job. I find password managers only useful for companys that are in the tech or financial industry, or have access to a lot of private information. The nordpass extension is easy to use for autofilling passwords but also for searching for passwords and links to websites. Nordpass was easy to rollout to users, once they received their email invite it took very little interervention from IT for them to complete the setup and import their passwords. We now have over 80 users using Nordpass daily through the browser. Support for onboarding was very helpful and made sure we had a positive experience.

The web extension sometimes suggests the wrong password but this is typically for internal web based services where the address is less easily identifiable.

We had a large number of users storing passwords in Edge and Chrome browsers which was less secure and difficult for us to manage. We also had a small number of users storing shared passwords on Excel spreasheets and other non secure platforms. What I like most is the fact that I can get to my passwords really quick and from wherever I need. In our job we sometimes have to share sensitive login details with collegues, and NordPass makes that way easier and a lot safer. Nobody has to remember strange long passwords or write them on sticky notes anymore, which is a huge relief. The setup was honestly very fast, implemetation didnt cause us much headache, and the interface is simple enough that new people learn it fast.

The only thing that sometimes slows me down a bit is switching between the admin settings and my own password safe. It can feel a bit confusing, and I need a moment to find the right option. But to be fair, thats more of an admin issue and not something the regular users will notice.

Before we used NordPass we had the classic problem that people wrote down complex passwords on paper or shared them over chat/email, which is really not secure. Now we can share logins with collegues directly in NordPass without exposing the password itself. For me personally it also saves time because I dont have to reset forgotten logins anymore – everything is just there. Overall it raised our security level but also made daily work smoother.

What I love about NordPass Business is that it takes the place of the classic "notebook full of passwords", in a way that makes password storage (and memory) much more secure and easy to use. It's also super helpful when working in teams - at work, we have to pass certain security standards in order to work with some large corporate clients; this means not sending passwords over chat services like Slack or WhatsApp. NordPass makes it really easy to securely share passwords with specific team members.

I also love how easy it is to install and use, to integrate it into your browser (in my case: Chrome) you just install the plugin and away you go - you have instant access to all of your saved passwords.

Another cool feature is that it notifies you if any of your saved accesses have been in a data breach of any kind, so you can update them and make them more secure.

To be honest I don't really have anything negative to say about NordPass Business, it's been really helpful for my professional use.

It's straightforward, easy to use, the mobile app is fantastic and fast to use with the face recognition.  It can be installed on any device and each one operates just as well as the other, so it's easy to implement into your existing workflow. We changed from our previous provider to NordPass in under 24 hours, so it's easy peasy to get going with.  I personally use it daily and I'm pretty sure everyone on our team does as well.  I've never needed customer support but that in itself is a testimonial to the product.

Since I discovered Nordpass, my work life has been simplified because I don't have to remember passwords, the level of security is maximum because I also don't have to write them down in places where anyone can see them. Additionally, implementing and activating this setup is extremely easy. When I had the free trial, I did it with the enterprise plan and the integration it had with Microsoft was wonderful. The frequency of use I give to this application is 100% and the customer support is satisfactory.

What I like about NordPass and overall the Nord company, is that they are always innovating, there are always new features coming out for us. As a business with a team of over 30 members, we have found NordPass to be exceptionally reliable. Its availability as both a standalone application and browser extension across all major platforms ensures seamless access via a single login. In addition, NordPass’s enterprise-grade administration console simplifies user and credential management for organizations. Deployment was straightforward from the outset, and NordPass quickly became integral to our workflow; we no longer share credentials outside of the platform, underscoring its importance to our security practices. Furthermore, our interactions with Nord’s customer support have been flawless—aside from a routine inquiry during contract renewal, we have not encountered any issues. Overall, NordPass operates smoothly and effectively supports our security needs.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

NordPass Business is easy to deploy, from integrating SSO with Azure AD (Entra ID) to provisioning users and groups, you can be up and running within 15 minutes. 

Being able to centrally deploy the Browser extension from GPO policies, with support for all major browsers, makes it easy to ensure that users have the software available to them when they receive their invite e-mail.

The browser extension is fast and detects more autofill opportunities than competitors, which means my users are more likely to use the software daily compared to the previous solution which they found cumbersome.

Customer Service was excellent with a response to an initial question about syncing groups being answered within minutes of sending the e-mail. They have extensive guides on getting setup.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

At the moment there is nothing to dislike about NordPass Business, from initial contact about a demo/pricing, running a trial, buying licenses and implementing the product there are only positives.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NordPass Business is helping us to ensure that users are maintaining the highest levels of Cybersecurity best practices by ensuring the passwords they use are strong and secure. It also allows us to securely share credentials between employees without having to give each other the passwords on Teams or E-mail.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

Managing passwords used to be a mess—notes, spreadsheets, and constant resets. NordPass made things so much easier. It’s super user-friendly, and setting it up for my department took minutes. Everyone got onboard quickly, even those who aren’t tech-savvy. The autofill works like a charm, syncing smoothly across devices, and the interface is clean and simple. Sharing passwords securely within teams is now effortless, and I love how easily I can manage access when someone joins or leaves.

We use NordPass every day—multiple times a day, actually. It’s fully integrated with our corporate browser setup, so it feels like a natural part of our workflow. From logging into internal platforms to accessing shared tools and services, everything just flows. It’s reduced the amount of time we spend hunting for passwords or dealing with login issues, which adds up quickly in a busy work environment.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

The only downside for me is the lack of integrated multi-factor authentication (MFA) like Bitwarden offers. It would’ve been great to manage 2FA codes directly inside NordPass, especially when dealing with multiple team accounts. It’s not a dealbreaker but having that extra layer built in would make it a near-perfect solution.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What NordPass Business really fixed for us was the everyday hassle of handling passwords. We no longer waste time tracking down logins or worrying about where things were saved. Everyone has access to what they need, nothing more, nothing less. It’s made things simpler, safer, and honestly, it’s one less thing I have to stress about during the day.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

NordPass Business is a great collaborative tool. It makes it easy for our team to securely share and manage passwords. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, which makes onboarding new team members very simple. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how it improves our workflow and security.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

There are still some things that could be improved. I’d like to see better management of shared passwords within folders—especially the option to assign a co-owner to a shared folder instead of just one owner. Also, the Chrome plugin sometimes crashes or disconnects, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to work much more securely, since each website and application can have its own unique password. This reduces the risks associated with password reuse and helps keep our accounts protected. NordPass makes it easy to generate and manage strong, unique passwords for every service we use.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

The platform is intuitive and easy to use. A client of mine has used the tool in order to share specific passwords or groups of passwords (in folders) to individuals who focus on particular streams of a business, ensuring both safe sharing broadly and that no one has access to passwords irrelevant to their work. So long as each team member remembers their master password, everything is easy and smooth with NordPass Business.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

For reasons I am not privy to, the onboarding experience with our team hasn't been the smoothest. I would not say that most people want to use the tool, or perhaps, want to learn how to use it and change their habits/computer settings. For this reason, I don't believe the company will continue in the platform's use after the two years we pre-paid for at a notably wonderful price.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

I use NordPass several times a day. It creates secure passwords for all my services and offers to log in for me. I can also securely share passwords with others in my organization. It syncs across platforms so I can log in no matter what device I'm using. It also notifies me if one of my usernames or passwords appears in a breach.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

Sometimes NordPass will offer to save one-time access codes as if they were passwords. I have two NordPass passwords to remember: one for my NordPass account and a Master Password.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't need to reuse passwords; NordPass makes it easy to keep them all unique. It makes sharing passwords simpler since all users get synchronized changes. It don't have to check which of my passwords are weak or compromised. I don't need a separate device for 2FA.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

Excellent and easy to use tools for sharing passwords. Similarly, adjusting passwords for employees with the dashboard is very straightforward. 

Global security policies are customizable down to individual users, a level of granularity that our business needs.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

Desktop application lacks the ability to save passwords for programs on the computer itself. Similarly, any passwords which are used for websites and shared to applications cannot be utilized through the password vault on that application.

When we encountered initial issues with our account (setup issues, but have never received an explanation) there was no real-time support available. Having to wait 24 hours for a server-side issue to be addressed is incredibly problematic. The type of issue which would see our firm change products, were it to occur during business hours.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Reducing worktime lost to multiple password entry throughout the workday.
- Meets our obligations under current IRS standards for multi-factor authentication and password security. (As of May 2025)
- Provides secured, central storage  and access to login information for our IT staff.
- Secure transmittal of firm payment methods
- Provides the firm a real-time method for locking down account access for users in the event of a data breach.

I appreciate the options to keep some information personal, while also being able to share some passwords with my colleagues. I work in finance, so many of my passwords are only for the higher "management" of our charity, while I need access to some of the less sensitive passwords of other people I work with as well. Being able to determine what different people in our organisation have access to is valuable.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

I have had a little trouble over the last year or so with NordPass not supporting some websites, or having trouble logging in. For the most part, NordPass logs be right in to the my frequently used sites, and it is very convenient, but every now and then I come across something that it just doesn't seem to connect with. But usually a while later it will just begin to work...

Working in finance I have so many different passwords and they all need to be unique --NordPass helps me to generate solid passwords and remember them later.

NordPass Business offers a clean and easy-to-use interface, which makes onboarding new team members effortless. The ability to share credentials securely within our team has significantly improved our productivity. I also appreciate the zero-knowledge architecture, ensuring our data stays encrypted and private. Features like password health reports and breach monitoring are valuable additions for maintaining strong security practices.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

One limitation I’ve noticed is that the mobile experience occasionally lags behind the desktop version in terms of responsiveness and feature parity. Additionally, the lack of deeper integrations with some third-party apps we use, like Asana or ClickUp, is a slight inconvenience. A few more customization options for user roles and access levels would also be helpful.
