I was not too fond of the account onboarding process. Nord VPN's sales team did not respond promptly. The SSO setup process has room for improvement. Initially, our team tried to set up SSO; however, we could not set up a test group first. Because their SSO is an all-or-nothing approach, our team decided it was best not to turn this feature on for fear it would cause downtime and frustrations for our users.
