Only pay monthly and cut down costs at your will. - Management website lacks many features such as server stats page, private vpn gateway status page etc. - Low performance, loses connection frequently. Terrible for enterprise use. - Bad customer service. quick to connect, nothing is resolved. They don't even know thir own policy and feeds customers with wrong information. - What kind of Enterprise VPN provider CHANGE SERVER IP WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER? I really enjoy the aspect that it is good for both small and large teams. You can segment each team and create servers and spaces for everyone. The UI is the best for enterprise use as well. NordLayer was easy to set up and manage for my team. I think it is a bit pricey but the alternatives are too so if you need a VPN and it is worth it for your company to pay for it then I think NordLayer is a fine choice. NordLayer gets all of my developers onto a single IP address which I can then use for whitelisting into our cloud environments making security an easy thing to set up and maintain. However, if I had to choose something, I would say that the admin interface could be more user-friendly and intuitive. Despite this, I have encountered worse interfaces in other VPN services.
