Solsten is a commercial real estate underwriting platform built for investors, analysts, sponsors, brokers, and owner-operators who need a more structured alternative to spreadsheet-heavy workflows. It is designed specifically for multitenant commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets. The platform helps users move from raw property assumptions to a complete analysis in one system. Solsten supports tenant-level rent roll modeling, operating expense forecasting, recovery calculations, debt modeling, waterfall distributions, and annual and monthly operating statements. It is built to handle the workflow gaps that often exist between traditional modeling tools, disconnected spreadsheets, and manual underwriting processes. Solsten was developed by Eric Davis, a former commercial real estate acquisitions analyst. After years of underwriting deals and seeing the limitations of fragile Excel-based workflows and expensive enterprise tools, he built Solsten from direct industry experience to give CRE professionals a more consistent, auditable, and end-to-end analysis platform.
