We really like both the governance (e.g. detecting misconfigurations and best practices) and cost management (e.g. why does CloudTrail cost more this month) aspects. The worst part about nOps is that is is really good at surfacing issues across all accounts -- which means that the team backlog of things to fix can get full quite fast. Both of these are important so we can control our cloud spend -- it is easy for this to run out-of-control in the cloud -- and keep a solid security posture. I've also found the tools for managing the Well-Architected Framework are really nice and much easier to use than the AWS-provided tool.
