NoPayHomes is a reporting and research tool built for contractors and home-service professionals to protect their businesses from non-paying homeowners. It allows users to check a property’s payment history, see if that address has been linked to past unpaid jobs or liens, and read reports from other contractors who’ve worked there. If a homeowner refuses to pay or causes financial losses, users can also report the property to warn others — creating a transparent, community-driven record that helps everyone in the industry stay informed. Powered by verified lien data and user-submitted reports, NoPayHomes gives any service-based businesses from remodelers, roofers, to painters, cleaners etc the ability to spot red flags before accepting new work. Who It’s For: Contractors and service businesses. Core Features: Property search, payment history reports, contractor-submitted listings, and verified lien data. Main Benefit: Avoid unpaid jobs and choose reliable clients with confidence. Launch Year: 2024 Pricing: $97/month NoPayHomes is building a nationwide database that brings accountability and peace of mind to the home-service industry — helping honest contractors protect their time, money, and reputation.
