Noota is a joy to use, intuitive, lean, reliable, and right on the spot - packed with some powerful integrations that help me every day. I use the AI-powered notetaker on a regular basis several times per week, it works effortlessly, joins meetings via my Google calendar integration (or Outlook calendar should work as well, but didn't test it). Noota joins the meetings, transcribes in German and English (or 80 languages in total), and crafts structured summaries that you can tailor using templates or build from scratch. It saves me a lot of time every week, and advances the way I use meetings (or better: the meeting notes) in my daily routines.

Noota is a French company, so GDPR is just solved, and I do not need to check Data Privacy Frameworks for other Notetaking companies. This was something I especially appreciate as online meetings call for trust and privacy - and honestly it looks strange when all these AI agents join your meeting and you do not know what happens with your voice data. Noota stores data securely in European data centers and adheres to GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 standards. So, for me a clear win.

Regarding implementation, you can very, very easy start immediately- just upload an audio or video file and Noota starts working, for the more advanced and helpful scenarios simply use integrations, like connect your calendar with the system, and allow Noota to connect automatically - in case you miss the meeting your AI-agents is there ;-) I recently had an issue with my Google calendar connection, so I had to connect with customer support via their chat tool always in reach when logged in - as I submitted my request at night, I did not receive response immediately but next morning the answer was there, and more importantly: Was helpful and solved my problem.
