"Efficient Daily Dials with Sleek UI, Minor Connectivity Issues"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the UI, and also I like the ability to power dial multiple people at once. I just know where to look, and being able to find things quickly saves me time. I can finish up my daily activity in not a couple of minutes, but, like, an hour or so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There was this one time where I was in the middle of a call with the VP, and I was power dialing multiple people at once. The second person had a call screening, and because of it, the call connected with him after he picked up at the last second, which disconnected the call I had with the VP. When I tried to call the VP back, he didn't pick up again. That was the only bad part I had with Nooks, and it was pretty annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Makes Reaching More Prospects Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks makes it very easy to reach, or at least attempt to reach, significantly more people throughout the day. They also have a great way to clean up bad data when that’s an issue I’m running into. I especially like being able to quickly have my call-from number adapt and match the prospect’s number, which results in more pick-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

If I am dialing a one off number thats not in my CRM, have a good convo, I can't log it and the conversation gets lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient for Sales Calls, Needs Stability Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the organization of Nooks and the note-taking features. I also appreciate the filtering options and the customizability of the UI. These features help me not feel so overwhelmed by the number of prospects I have to call and ensure that when I call, it's the right time, making the process more effective. Additionally, once I learned about the power dialing, Nooks became a lot easier to use. It was pretty straightforward to set up, and getting the integration going was quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I feel like a lot of the prospects that I have on SalesLoft that I transfer over to Nooks don't appear in Nooks all the time. Also, when Nooks is laggy, due to Wi-Fi or low connection, the service gets really bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Efficiency with Auto and Parallel Dialing"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for calling, and I’m genuinely impressed by features like auto dialing and parallel dialing, which help me connect with prospects quickly. The AI summary feature is also very helpful for keeping track of conversations. I also find that auto disposition saves me time on manual updates, which improves my overall efficiency. On top of that, the initial setup was straightforward and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The dial time shown in the reporting doesn’t seem to be calibrated properly. I’m spending more time on calls, but the reports consistently show less time than I actually spent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Intuitive Dialer with Deep Integrations and Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks has been an extremely powerful tool for our SDR team. The UI is very intuitive for setting up your call lists. There are deep integrations with our CRM and SEP. The performance and uptime is much better compared to other dialing tools that we've used in the past. Pricing compared to the market seems more than reasonable. The Nooks support team has been extremely responsive when there are questions posed by our team. And The AI tooling enhancements have made it a lot more efficient to surface specific calls/objections that should be reviewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I can't really highlight anything that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Call Management, User-Friendly Experience"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like Nooks because it allows us to make calls together, listen in on each other's conversations, and provide moral support during negative experiences with prospects. I also like that we can call multiple people at once, and organize our lists by time zone, or by sequence, or by whether numbers are cold or hot. These features make the process of calling a lot easier and more organized. My team and I also found the initial setup to be very easy. The product is intuitive to learn, and overall, it's a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Sometimes we're still not hitting the best numbers for people. I really don't like hitting people on their cell phones, but I know sometimes that's the only contact information we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich Outbound Calling with Easy-to-Manage Call Tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks has a variety of features to elevate the outbound experience for BDRs. The call tasks are easy to see, group and execute upon, and you can adjust for volume or more meticulous dialing.

It uses call intelligence to pull up information from previous calls so you have what you need at hand for a strong conversation, as well as giving you a score on sentiment and performance after as well.

Getting set-up on the system was simple, there was no delay, and it integrates with Gong very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There are times when a call task is not advanced after an action is taken and you do need to refresh the page for it to update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Remote Sales Teams with Rapid Dialing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like Nooks for the speed of the parallel dialer, which is the best part. It saves time by getting reps actively talking to prospects within minutes instead of wasting time on ringing tones or repetitive voicemails. The virtual sales floor is also great as it helps fix the isolation of remote work by bringing back team culture and keeping the team motivated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The biggest thing that could be improved is the initial onboarding and CRM integration process. Setting it up to sync perfectly with our specific workflows and custom fields took a bit more time and back and forth than we expected, which slowed down our rollout a little. Also, while the AI answering machine detection is generally great and saves a massive amount of time, it occasionally has a slight lag when routing a live connection to a rep, or it misidentifies a quirky corporate voicemail as a human. "Best Product in Class"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

The ability to multi-dial prospects and place those calls using a variety of different filters is really helpful. It lets me increase my overall number of dials and make them in a clear order based on my prioritization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The biggest thing I dislike is that the notes logged within Nooks aren’t respected or carried over into our CRM. I’m not sure whether an integration is possible, but as it stands, it ends up splitting our notes across different mediums. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosted Connection Rates and Enhanced Analytics"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like Nooks because it gives me a better connect rate compared to other dialers I've used in the past. I also appreciate that it provides me with detailed notes of my conversations with prospects, which really helps. The ability to auto-create tasks right from the call and have them directly added to my calendar is great for keeping my follow-ups and later reach-outs on track. Additionally, the analytics section is really helpful in giving me a clear idea of what's working with my pitch, which keywords prospects are responding to better, and what leads my conversations into meetings, so I can learn from that and incorporate it into future conversations. The initial setup was pretty easy as well, and the team was very helpful in explaining the tool and showing us the best practices to make the most out of our subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The manual editing is a bit of a hassle. It would be great if I could add numbers or referrals directly into Nooks. Also, there's a slight delay between Apollo, my lead provider, and Nooks. A smoother integration would improve my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
