"Boosts Prospecting with Intuitive AI Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like how intuitive Nooks is. The AI-generated summary on why a contact or account is a good fit for our product is probably the best feature. I also just like how Nooks automatically records the calls and provides a summary as soon as the call is over. Another feature I like is that Nooks picks up on the response during a call—if they're not interested, it'll take them out of the sequence, or if there’s a wrong contact. I also enjoy the power dialer, which allows me to dial three to five numbers at the same time and get through a long list of contacts quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I would say that the thing that can be improved is what pops up on the screen during the call and how readily available it is. You kinda have to scroll through and look through different things to find the relevant information. And if certain information was just, you know, things such as, like, battle cards or responses that are generated based on the context of the call in, I guess, real time transcript. "Revolutionized Sales Outreach Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for my sales outreach and find the biggest plus to be how fast I can call all my prospects. The parallel dialer is insane! Nooks is easy to use, and I've experienced a game changer in productivity when switching from Outreach to Nooks. The initial setup was smooth, especially with someone walking me through it, but even for those who are tech-savvy, it's very easy to use. The combination of Nooks with Outreach creates a noticeable difference, especially for senior salespeople. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Would be nice if they had a LinkedIn outreach function (maybe they have it and I haven't found it yet) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Coaching Assistant Helps SDRs Improve and Excel"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I personally love the AI coaching assistant the best. This has enabled my SDRs to really dig into what they're doing well, but more importantly what they need to improve on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There's nothing I dislike, but I with there was a management AI tool that I could use to help coach my SDRs more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern UI with Salesfloor Chat, Strong Enrichment, and Helpful AI Roleplay Bots"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

My favorite feature is the salesfloor, where you can chat with coworkers while making calls. I also like the nooks numbers and enrichment; it has helped me find more numbers in cases where ZoomInfo alone wouldn’t. The UI feels very modern, and I like the AI roleplay bots—they make warming up for the day much easier without burning calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Sometimes the enrichment provides bad numbers however its understandable that its just going to be a gamble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turns Cold Calling From a Grind Into Real Pipeline"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like best about Nooks is how it turns cold calling from a grind into something that feels strategic and efficient. The UI is clean and sales focused, with one call card front and center so I can stay in selling mode instead of tabbing around. It integrates smoothly with our CRM and SEP, so tasks and notes sync automatically without extra work. Performance is solid, with fast parallel dialing and very few dropped calls. The AI research, script suggestions, and auto‑summarized notes save me hours each week and improve my talk tracks over time. Support and onboarding were straightforward, with clear docs and quick help when needed. For the ROI, the lift in live connects and cleaner data easily justifies the pricing for a high‑volume outbound team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The pricing is on the higher side compared with simpler dialers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supercharges BDR Efficiency with a Fun, Collaborative Edge"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for dialing as a BDR, and I like how it makes the job more fun. The ability to pull data right from 53 makes the whole experience super easy. I can call way more people with notes than I could without it, which helps me dial more efficiently. The community aspect, where you can call with friends, listen to their calls, and send each other tips, really stands out to me. It makes the job feel like you're actually working on an actual sales floor, helping me feel part of the team. With Nooks, I engage with my team a lot more and approach my daily tasks faster and more streamlined. The initial setup was super easy, thanks to Ronnie, who is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Sometimes with Nooks, I find that the enrichment with ZoomInfo and LeadIQ is not good. Also, tasks still sit there even though I've cleared them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Dialing with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for outbound dialing prospects integrated with HubSpot. I love the ease of dialing, as it allows us to power dial by choosing levels from 1 to 5. What I like about Nooks is that my team and I can communicate under one bubble or room, and I can lock myself in a bubble when I need to focus on delivering output. Integrating HubSpot and Google Calendar is also easy, with everything just one click away. The initial setup of Nooks was super easy, and I would recommend it to a friend or colleague with a solid 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Just timely update on software upgrade. Sometimes, Nooks surprise us. For any updates or upgrade. Nooks can simply send us a blast email, to anticipate downtime and eliminate unpleasant surprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like Nooks for its ability to reach more prospects within a short amount of time, which is crucial for sales execution. The feature I love most is the ability to see parallel dial, as it enhances my capacity to manage multiple calls efficiently. "Enhances Connect Rates with Effortless AI Assistance"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I really like that Nooks helps me get higher connect rates without having to check for spam numbers, which makes dialing more effective. It's made it so I don't have to go through 400 calls to get a certain amount of connects, and I can get connected much faster more often. I also appreciate the AI benefits, which allow me to track and have better outreach. The AI automatically summarizes calls, which helps me keep notes, reminds me to give callbacks, and even creates a Google Calendar link automatically. This is really nice. "Powerful Call Management, But Setup Is Challenging"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the filters on notes that help me understand who I'm gonna call today, especially for people who haven't picked up the phone in seven or thirty days. This feature is my favorite because it instantly populates my list with more calls and helps me boost my outcomes. I also love the Salesforce integration, which allows me to pull lists off Salesforce into Nooks, giving me a ton of people to call and action. That's really good. Another feature I appreciate is the parallel dialing feature, which has significantly saved me time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think the way Nooks handles my calls is not really working for me. I use Gong as my outreach tool and syncing data between Gong and Nooks can be frustrating. Nooks filters out and shows only the warmer calls, while cold ones go in a separate list, which makes it difficult to track how many calls I initially had from Gong compared to what I have left in Nooks. Manually reconciling this data is tedious and time-consuming. The initial setup was also hard due to transitioning from making calls one by one on Zoom Phone to the fast pace of parallel dialing on Nooks, which felt overwhelming at first.
