"Deep Hubspot CRM Integration Makes Nooks a Must-Have"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

The depth of the integration with our CRM (Hubspot) makes Nooks a great tool to have and utilize. No searching for correct company information, with a simple click of the mouse, its right there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The lack of functionality of the dialpad feature not working with the keys on the keyboard, making you have to click the dialpad with the mouse, is inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Groove Integration That Supercharges Daily Dials"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

It works seamlessly with our sequence tool Groove, which makes actually getting through your call tasks doable. Went from no dials a day, to making minimum 20 dials a day and upward of 80 on others. It speeds up the process but does not seem overwhelming because their is so much information ready for you to use. Support has also been great from our CSM James. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The voicemail drop with Groove has to be for the entire sequence, and I would like to drop different voicemails for different call steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks slashes cold calling time and boosts conversations. 100% recommend."
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

It's super fast, and it helps me get a ton of calls in with a decent number of conversations (at bats) per day. This is a huge time saver. Any cold caller ought to have Nooks as part of the stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

1/ I wish there was a multi-screen version during parallel dialing, so we can get more insight from each contact during those sessions. Let me explain. When power dialing, each contact opens up a dashboard where I can see various widgets, including a snapshot of their LinkedIn profile. However, you lose this feature during parallel dialing. It would be helpful to have a parallel dialing interface that gives you a dashboard for each contact, so you're better prepped for the call. This would likely work best for multi-screen setups, but it'd be a 1% boost in how relevant my convo could be.

2/ The AI note taker sometimes gets too generalized with longer detailed cold calls. I've had 10-20 minute calls where key details were missing, because the AI note taker was trying to consolidate details into high level notes. Having more specific key details can be beneficial in follow up calls to the same prospect, or to calls within the same organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Connection Rates, Smooth UI/UX, and Valuable AI Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the connection rate, UI/UX, and AI insights Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The only thing I'd change is being able to remove a prospect from my call list while I'm parallel dialing. Very small detail because I can cancel it as soon as it starts dialing them, or I can pause the dialing session and then remove them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cold Calling Enhanced with Intuitive UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like that the UI UX of Nooks is very easy, making it simple to understand and navigate with just a few clicks. The coaching labs are great as they provide insights about whom I'm calling, and how I'm calling, and help me know, say, and use new things. It supports proper reporting, and I get to do role plays every day with bots, so when I go on the sales floor, I go fresh. The AI bots are really great for practice before real prospect calls, and they help me go faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Well, if we can get live script AI of the calls and prospect answers instead of battle cards, that would be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Dialing with a Few Performance Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like using Nooks for dialing, especially for appointment setting since I dial a lot of contacts daily, and it makes the process super easy. I appreciate the ease of use and the options Nooks provides for dialing, like the auto-switch number, which makes it easier for me to dial without worrying about my number. The initial setup was easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Sometimes it's laggy and it freezes so improvements are needed there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Tool for Remote Worker Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I love the Nooks rooms because they let me connect with my coworkers as a remote worker, allowing for real-time feedback and learning from others. It's super easy to stay on task since all the information I need is in one place when I need it, and I really appreciate the community aspect. The call library and Nooks bots are super helpful for improving my skills, practicing objection handling, and learning what's working for others. Being able to filter the library by specific objections or team members with great talk tracks is incredibly helpful. The Nooks bots give me the chance to practice before talking to prospects, making sure my conversations are valuable. The setup was super easy, and the interface is very user-friendly. Overall, this platform is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

One very specific thing is that it would be helpful if the title of a prospect shows up at the top of the page when I get a call back. I find myself stumbling when I have to scroll down when I answer a call back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Parallel & Power Dialing That Keeps Me on Pace"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Parallel and power dialing. When I need connects or am in a funk where people are not picking up the phone, I can double dial and rip a strong list I've built around a single talk track and get myself back on pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The Nooks extension does not act as a simple one off dialer. I use outreach a lot because it is an easy one off dial where you can rip and drag and drop numbers. Nooks extension doesnt let you paste numbers and dial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Business Development with Nooks"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I love the LinkedIn feature in Nooks, which really helps keep my outreach efforts organized. It creates organized account lists, and every prospect is separated by account or company. This allows me to have a general idea of who I'm going after at a company and keeps my thoughts organized. I also love being able to speak to the right prospect with a tailored approach, which is really convenient. Plus, the initial setup of Nooks was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I have some issues with the dialer in Nooks. I prefer using a single dialer, but the power dialer isn't as effective for me because I just like to dial one prospect at a time. The pricing is also a bit of a concern for me. While I appreciate having multiple people calling at the same time, it would be more convenient if their LinkedIn profiles were automatically matched or visible on the side of the screen, so I know who I'm talking to if they pick up. That feature would be really helpful for the power dialer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Makes Call Tracking Easy and Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is very user-friendly and easy to use. The dialer itself makes it much easier for us to track our calls, which helps keep everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

It sometimes has downtime. For example, if I’ve had it open for a couple of hours, I need to refresh it to get it back to its normal activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
