## Nooks Reviews
  ### 1. Fast Dialing and Note-Saving Empowers Prospecting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joline H. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that Nooks dials fast and it saves my notes. This means I'm not having to look up the numbers in Google because I already have them downloaded in a list. I can write my notes and attach them to the prospect. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the column is choppy, and it's more during the evening than in the morning.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to call prospects and schedule appointments. It dials fast and saves my notes, so I don't have to look up numbers on Google. I already have them downloaded, and I can attach notes to each prospect.

  ### 2. Game-Changing Auto-Dialer with Powerful Analytics and CRM Sync

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fin S. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The auto-dialer and parallel dialing features have been game-changers for my cold calling workflow. I can get through my call list 3x faster than manual dialing. The real-time analytics and call disposition tracking help me optimize my approach, and the CRM integration keeps everything synced automatically.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Occasionally the call quality can drop during peak hours. The reporting dashboard could be more customizable - I'd love to create custom views for specific metrics. Also, the mobile app functionality is limited compared to the desktop version.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Nooks, manual dialing was eating up 60-70% of my calling time. Now with the power dialer, I've tripled my daily connect rate from 15 to 45+ conversations per day. The local presence feature has boosted my answer rates by about 25%, and the automatic call logging saves me 30+ minutes daily on CRM updates.

  ### 3. Nooks Supercharges Outbound Calling with Tracking, Auto-Dialer, and Lead Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Outbound Call Tracking - allows my leadership to view and review my dials and the associate numbers I'm seeing success with
Auto-Dialer - lets me dial multiple prospects at once and connects me to the first available saving dozens and dozens of minutes manually dialing
Lead Intelligence - lets me know who I'm calling and why so I'm prepped for the next connected call
Virtual Workspaces - let me collaborate and and grow with my teammates and encourages a an in-office feel remotely

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The only I downside I have with Nooks is the speed at which you have to prepare once you hit a connected call. It's more of a skill based issue rather than a functionality issue from the product.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is helping to increase our call-connected ratio, connect with more prospects and have better and more conversations daily.

  ### 4. Super Easy Calling Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks is amazing because it transforms cold calling into an event that is much more fun. I have built confidence up knowing my colleagues could be listening and rooting me on in the sales-floor.

On another note, calling more than 50 people per day is way easier with the auto dial and parallel dialer functions. It allows me to have more prospects in flow and make sure I am calling the right people every day.

I also like the Ai agents you can customize which were helpful first starting out in my new role.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Some errors on post-call dispositions and some people staying in flow after putting not interested. Some difficulty seeing crucial account or prospect notes when calling people.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the pain of dialing one by one, helping me not feel the boredom of calling by myself when working from home, and tracking my call notes better than I ever could with the AI note function.

  ### 5. All-in-One Outbound Platform That Helps Teams Make Smarter Calls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yenny A. | Business Development Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like most about Nooks is how it brings everything an outbound team needs into one cohesive, easy-to-use platform. By combining auto-dialing, outbound call tracking, and lead intelligence, it removes a lot of the day-to-day friction for reps and helps them stay focused on what matters most: having better conversations.

The virtual workspaces are a standout. They capture the energy of an in-office sales floor for remote and hybrid teams, so collaboration, live coaching, and peer learning feel natural and fluid rather than forced.

Overall, Nooks doesn’t just help teams make more calls—it helps them make smarter calls, stay aligned, and perform better together.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

While Nooks is a powerful platform, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The feature set is robust, which can feel a bit overwhelming for new users at first, and onboarding may take some time before teams feel fully comfortable using everything efficiently.

Additionally, because Nooks is so focused on outbound calling, teams with more complex or non-standard workflows may need some customization or adjustments to better align the platform with their existing processes.

That said, these are relatively minor tradeoffs. Once teams are up and running, the value Nooks delivers far outweighs the initial learning curve.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks addresses some of the biggest challenges outbound teams face: low connect rates, inefficient dialing, limited visibility into performance, and the isolation that can come with remote selling.

By pairing an auto-dialer with robust outbound call tracking, Nooks helps reps spend more time speaking with the right prospects and less time on manual work. The built-in lead intelligence also helps ensure each call is informed and relevant, leading to stronger conversations and higher conversion rates.

  ### 6. Revolutionized My Dialing and Pipeline Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamaine W. | Medical Sales Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for dialing and ensuring that my pipeline is always hot, making at least 200 phone calls a day. The biggest thing I like is that Nooks keeps me in order while other dialers just dial away without helping you to really truly scale your dials. I never had crashes with it, and the initial setup was super dummy easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Bad feedback, and Nooks is always working for me. I've never had a crash or anything.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make at least 200 phone calls a day and ensure my pipeline is always hot, keeping me organized.

  ### 7. Boosts Cold Calling Efficiency with Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I think the coworking chat spaces are a great addition. Our team can all be in a room together while calling, which really helps improve morale during cold calling. It's also great for spot coaching, as my managers can listen in on calls and provide quick real-time feedback. I also like that Nooks integrates with my calendar, allowing for easy follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the way it pulls and updates sequences from our outreach tool feels like it's not always updating correctly. Improving the way its data connects with tools like Outreach would be helpful. I feel like there could be a bit more functionality with the dashboards while we're on a call. It'd be really cool if we could build out our own AI kind of bot experience, with insights from an account specifically tailored as a widget within the dashboard.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for account research and cold calling. It makes it incredibly easy to dial at scale, organizes my calling, and identifies the best prospects to call. The coworking chat spaces improve team morale and enable real-time feedback from managers.

  ### 8. Streamlined Outbound Sales and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francessca O.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love how efficient and seamless the dialing experience with Nooks is. The auto dialer significantly reduces downtime between calls, allowing me to focus entirely on conversations instead of administrative tasks. I appreciate the real-time visibility from outbound call tracking, which helps me stay accountable and continuously improve by quickly seeing performance metrics and activity. Another standout is the platform's intuitive interface. It's clean, easy to navigate, and the virtual workspaces make collaboration simple and organized. Everything feels centralized, which saves time and reduces confusion. The setup was straightforward and well supported, with the user-friendly platform enabling us to get started without major challenges.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

nothing, so far my experience its been very positive.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbound sales and team collaboration. The auto dialer helps manage outreach efficiently, tracking calls provides clarity on performance, and lead intelligence personalizes conversations. Virtual workspaces improve organization, eliminating wasted time and boosting productivity.

  ### 9. Time-Saving Parallel Dialing with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon W.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love the parallel dial feature in Nooks because it saves me so much time by allowing me to dial up to 5 people at once instead of doing it one by one. The smart lists are another feature I really appreciate as they help me organize prospects with callbacks, new numbers, or those not answered in a certain amount of days. Also, Nooks syncs seamlessly with our outreach and Salesforce systems, which enhances our workflow. The initial setup was extremely easy, and overall, I would definitely recommend Nooks to my friends or colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think time zones could be improved. I will have prospects aligned to different time zones that are not accurate and I am unable to change that. I think there needs to be a feature where you can edit time zones.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks saves me time with its parallel dial feature, allowing me to call up to 5 people at once. It also organizes my prospects with smart lists, improving call efficiency and collaboration with my team.

  ### 10. Effortless Prospecting, AI-Powered Precision

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe F.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find Nooks to be much more intuitive, providing a much easier workflow for getting through calls than other dialers like Orum and Reggie. The AI in Nooks adds a lot more value by either speeding up the workflow or making me more effective when I'm talking to a live prospect. Logging calls has become much simpler because I don't have to do much; the AI gives a summary whether I have a conversation or leave a message, allowing me to move on to the next call without wasting time. This has been a huge game changer for me. Setting up Nooks was very simple. I think it's great because it's made my job a lot easier, and I'm very happy using it. The feature set is good, and it uses technology like AI more effectively than other tools out there.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think it could be a little easier to decide whether or not to leave a message when I'm in the middle of a dialing session. Maybe it's just because it's new, I feel like I have less control over wanting to pause. I mean, I've been able to pause the calls, but maybe I'm just not used to the controls. But other than that, there's really not a lot to complain about.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks speeds up the dialing process and provides information at hand, enabling coherent conversations. It's intuitive, with an easy workflow. The AI features automate call logging, saving time, making it a game changer for managing outbound prospecting.

  ### 11. Seamless Setup and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love how easy Nooks is to use. I love the sales floor and the ability to listen in on any call whenever I want and also give feedback while the call is going. Nooks solves some really great problems, like tracking the amount of calls we make, logging our calls, and keeping track of our appointments set. The AI bots do a terrific job for me to train new hires and see how they will sound on the phones. The battle cards are terrific too; they do a great job popping up when my team needs them.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

A couple of things still can be improved from a coaching aspect, as well as some other ways to track certain categories.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to track calls and appointments seamlessly. The AI bots are great for training new hires. I love the battle cards that pop up when needed, making my team's calls more effective.

  ### 12. Effortless Power Dialing and Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** george B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks for its power dialing and sequencing. The auto dialer is great because once you finish a call, it logs and continues, automatically dialing the next person right away without any stops, allowing me to keep going continuously. This means I don't have to stop and click to figure out who the next person is, it just rolls right into the next call and contact, maximizing the number of dials I can make. The virtual workspaces feature is also useful as it lets me talk with coworkers while making calls, muting them automatically when I get into a call, making it a more collaborative experience and less lonely. I also appreciate the sorting feature that lets me sort contacts and leads easily, filter by various metrics like the number of calls made or time zones, and even switch to parallel dialing for another pass at contacts who didn't answer. The follow-up reminders are especially nice since they automatically provide a call record, tagging whether I talked to a gatekeeper or if someone wasn't interested, and setting up Google Calendar reminders for follow-ups. This automation saves me time, which I find super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think Nooks is honestly a great tool for what it is. Maybe some more HubSpot it's, like, two way HubSpot integrations, but I feel like that's not necessarily on Nooks. It's more on HubSpot as well.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the problem of calling lots of prospects quickly by streamlining the process with auto-dialing and AI notes. It provides necessary data and past call history, making cold calling more efficient and high-quality without navigating through multiple pages.

  ### 13. Speed and Efficiency Magnet for Outbound Calling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for outbound calling and prospecting and find it incredibly fast for blitz calling. It allows me to dot multiple numbers simultaneously, speeding up the connection process significantly. The ability to quickly connect with someone who can turn into an opportunity is probably the biggest benefit. Nooks helps me skip voicemails and gatekeepers, getting me to the right personas faster. It is powerful for blasting through lists, helping me make 20 to 30 dials in just 10 to 15 minutes. I love how customizable it is, allowing integration with LinkedIn profiles and CRM data seamlessly. Listening back to calls, including those of peers, is made simple, and the sales score feature is a real differentiator for me. The integration with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and others like Outlook and Sales Navigator enhances my workflow, making documentation and production more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing to really report here yet.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbound calling and prospecting. It speeds up the process by enabling me to blitz call multiple numbers and quickly connect with potential opportunities. It's especially beneficial when managing multiple accounts because it allows high production in a short time.

  ### 14. Nooks: The Dialer That Drives Real Conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deirdre V. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like the autodial feature with Nooks, as it allows me to call multiple people at once without spending my time listening to voicemails and trying to get through gatekeepers. It lets me speak to the prospect right away, which means a lot more connects and real-life conversations. Also, the onboarding process was really quick. We trialed it for a couple of weeks, liked it, and got onboarded within a day or so.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the integration with Outreach is funky. It doesn't trigger urgent tasks, and sometimes you end up calling prospects twice.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me easily call multiple people without listening to voicemails or gatekeepers, allowing more real conversations with prospects.

  ### 15. Game-Changer for Efficient Prospecting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike M. | Mid Market Sales Development

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for outbound prospecting, data enrichment, and the parallel dialing feature. Nooks allows me to prospect efficiently and effectively by letting me parallel dial five prospects at once, which makes me much more efficient than my coworkers who only use Outreach. I really like the enrichment feature because it auto enriches prospects that I can't get a hold of, so I can focus more on calls and less on enrichment. Having a product like Nooks has been a game changer for effectively outbounding for myself. The initial setup was pretty straightforward and easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes I've noticed, people that I'm trying to disposition out of a sequence, it seems like will still stay in the sequence. So I make sure that I double check through Outreach or Salesforce that everything is aligning.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbound prospecting and data enrichment, and it lets me parallel dial five prospects at once, making me more efficient than using Outreach alone.

  ### 16. Efficient Dialer with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe M. | Freelance Work

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to call prospects in the IT space, and we manage to call well over 1,000 people daily. I appreciate that it allows us to call faster than ever with the parallel dialer, meaning we don't have to call one person at a time. The built-in tools are also a plus. I personally enjoy how it integrates with the current programs and document types I need, so I don't have to transfer all of the data to a separate spreadsheet just to be able to call. The initial setup of Nooks was honestly a lot easier than I thought. Although the parallel dialer feature scared me at first, the level of control makes it so easy to implement, allowing calls to come as slowly or as quickly as we need them.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Currently, some of the calls seem to go into Spam pretty fast, but that may be user error. I would like for calls to be more visible. Sometimes I use the one-off call feature, and the call recording doesn't end up in the call library.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to call over 1,000 prospects daily with a parallel dialer. It speeds up calling and integrates with current programs, so I don't need separate spreadsheets.

  ### 17. A fantastic product from head to toe

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave M. | Founding AE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find Nooks super easy and intuitive to use, and it has the cleanest UI I've seen for a product. It seamlessly integrates with HubSpot, which makes it easy to figure out how to import lists and start using it. We were able to use it within five minutes of installation, and everyone on our sales team started using Nooks immediately after it was set up. Nooks makes calling a large number of prospects much easier by saving time and identifying who is most likely to pick up. I also appreciate its ability to generate lists of people who haven’t picked up, simplifying the follow-up process.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think for improvements, one of the biggest issues for all parallel dialers is that there's this little pause that happens that's unnatural when someone picks up the phone. If they could somehow fix that and figure out how to get the intonation of a voice and notice that it's actually someone speaking and not their voicemail, so we could talk at a normal time instead of one having a pause.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks saves me time by automating calls to 30-50 people without manual dialing. It also identifies who’s likely to pick up, letting me focus on the right prospects and generate lists of missed contacts, which simplifies reaching out.

  ### 18. Revolutionized Our Remote Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love the organization of Nooks; it’s amazing and adds tremendous value with its social aspect. It brings rooms together with a live feed of everyone, which is particularly useful for large companies. The product feels very innovative, like a gaming party chat but for work. The bots and AI sequences are impressive, making practicing easy and efficient. I appreciate being able to review calls and get analytics. The app is amazing and feels too good to be true. I really enjoy the social aspect, as it makes a remote sales role feel like you are in the office with your teammates daily. This connection is essential and it facilitates feedback, creating a perfect loop that makes time pass quickly. The setup of Nooks was easy and pretty smooth, aside from a minor dialer permission issue that my manager resolved.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

N/A

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks enhances accountability and organization in calls, feels like a party chat, and supports remote connection, making work feel social. It streamlines sequencing beyond manual capabilities, making dialing effortless and time-efficient.

  ### 19. Effortless Workflow with Stellar Apollo Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirk M. | Founding CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find Nooks to be function-rich and super easy to use. It integrates well with Apollo, which is particularly important for us because we use Apollo for all of our outbound sequencing. It's incredibly convenient to have calls scheduled for the day automatically show up in Nooks, and after the calls are complete, all of the call statuses are logged back to Apollo. The initial setup was incredibly easy, everything worked as advertised, and the onboarding support was best in class.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It would be great if it could identify AI assistants more accurately just to help save time so that we're calling numbers more likely to have a human pickup.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbound cold calling, improving phone number reliability and speeding up dials. It's easy to use, integrates with Apollo for seamless call management, and was easy to set up with excellent onboarding support.

  ### 20. Boosts Prospect Connections with Fast Dialing and Number Rotation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac R. | Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how it helps improve the chances of connecting with a prospect by rotating phone numbers, and it helps to go through dialing lists quicker than any other dialer. Implementing and integrating Nooksonto our existing tools was easy and seamless, as well as the training from their Customer Success team.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't like that uploading a list requires a third-party provider (HubSpot) since it makes the task tedious, it's very repetitive, especially for my team, who uses it frequently.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Going through long lists of leads in a short period of time while maximizing the chances of connecting calls with them by rotating phone numbers.

  ### 21. Effortlessly Boosted Our Outbound Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana W. | Strategic Growth Executive

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I have been using Nooks for over a year, and compared to other dialing systems I've used in the past, Nooks is top notch in terms of feature functionality and easy navigation. One of the biggest advantages is how seamlessly Nooks enables higher call volume without sacrificing call quality. I like the ability to parallel dial five at a time, which increases the pickup rate, and the access to smart lists, which help remove decision fatigue for the reps. The seamless setup and being well taken care of by our Nooks representative during the walkthrough made the initial experience great. I also really appreciate how it integrates with our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The only negatives I would say would be periodic downtime due to frequent features being added, however, the engineer teams are quick on their feet to resolve the outage time.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves low contact rates, call blocks, and inconsistent rep performance. I love its parallel dialing and smart lists, which increase pickup rates and reduce decision fatigue, enhancing our efficiency and outbound efforts without sacrificing call quality.

  ### 22. Streamlined Dialing with Impressive Call Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks primarily for making my daily dials and reaching out to prospects, and I really find the training bots totally great. I love how fast I can get things done. I can dial fast, see the contact info, and train my call routines efficiently. What stands out is how I get a score for every call, which helps me see what I can improve. I also enjoy how easy Nooks is to handle. It's straightforward to access all the records I need and start dialing without a lot of clicks, which is what I like most about it.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I believe it works fine. One thing I would improve, though, is how fast it updates properties. And if it would be a great way on the smart lists to determine, for example, if I put the first list that did not answer yesterday, and if I put them again three or four hours later, it will identify which ones I've already called so I don't call them again on the same day.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to streamline my daily dials, update contact properties easily, and enrich phone numbers without switching tabs. It's great for fast dialing and access to contact info, training call routines, and receiving improvement scores.

  ### 23. Effortless and User-Friendly Remote Work Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dale M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love Nooks because it has a lot of really cool features and AI-integrated parts that make my life easier. It's easy and user-friendly, and you can learn to navigate it within just a few minutes, even if you are a first-time user. One feature I love is the off call feature that allows you to look up a specific name or number and call them back without manually searching through a call list. I also appreciate the smart list feature that efficiently manages call lists by allowing you to pull up numbers that haven't answered in a certain time frame and call several at a time, saving time. The integration with HubSpot is seamless, it's almost like they belong together. Plus, the initial setup was super simple.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I really wish Nooks would add more dispositions.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to efficiently manage call lists with features that simplify recalling specific numbers, saving time and increasing productivity.

  ### 24. Enhanced Remote Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabella H.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks as an SDR, and it's great for my team because we can all sit in Nooks and work collaboratively. I really appreciate how it helps improve communication in a remote environment. I like being able to easily ask questions and connect with team members, and it's really convenient to go into separate rooms, virtual workspaces, for one-off conversations. The outbound call tracking is helpful to understand what my numbers are at for the day. I also like the auto-dialer, which silences nooks when i am dialing and brings me back in when the phone call ends.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes there are glitches with our connection to Salesloft, where Nooks doesn't register that I'm calling. This is pretty minimal though.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to work collaboratively with my team, enhancing communication in a remote setup. It saves time by allowing us to easily connect and ask questions without setting up calls. It feels like working together in an office.

  ### 25. Powerful Dialer with Strategic Insights and Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron F.

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks for its ability to hold data and keep insights that I can use to my advantage, like knowing my connector rate, booking rate, and the best hours for calling. This lets me be strategic about my time and see where I can improve. The initial setup was pretty simple; I just signed in and set it up with HubSpot. Overall, I love Nooks because it makes my job super easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I would say the only thing that could be improved is when we're using the parallel feature. Sometimes there is a lag in being able to connect with the prospect in real time, which has, you know, caused for the prospects to hang up due to the lag.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for cold calling as a dialer to reach CFOs. I like how it holds data and provides insights on connector and booking rates, and the best hours for calling, allowing me to strategize and improve my approach.

  ### 26. Revolutionized Our Calling Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikhil S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for parallel dialing every day, which lets me handle a higher volume of calls and have more meaningful conversations, resulting in more deals in less time. The salesfloor and parallel dialing ability are lifesavers. The salesfloor helps me collaborate with my remote team and even enjoy virtual happy hours outside of work. The support is amazing. The notetaking feature is great, allowing me to see what my colleagues have noted when they connect with prospects, and the AI summary tool provides all the relevant details after a call. The integration with Outreach and Slack is really strong, and the initial setup was very simple, up and running within a week.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the connection rate is lower, and Nooks will glitch and bring up the wrong prospects' information when I connect. Better enrichment process giving us the right numbers, and honestly the glitches could be solved by better engineering.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for parallel dialing, boosting call volume and meaningful conversations, closing more deals faster. The salesfloor lets me collaborate remotely and stay connected with my team. The AI summary tool is great for grasping all relevant details post-call.

  ### 27. Efficient Autodialer but Needs Number Accuracy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the autodialer feature in Nooks because it can go through a long list of calls very quickly, saving me a significant amount of time compared to manually logging each call in previous roles. I also enjoy how it logs the calls automatically, including the ones that were no answers, and immediately dials the next one. It certainly makes my job easier and allows me to focus solely on the conversation. The AI-generated notes are also a great feature, as they free me from taking down notes, allowing the AI system to write those notes while I can concentrate fully on the call. This AI system does a very good job of picking up the audio and the words being spoken, which gives me confidence that nothing important is missed during the call.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nooks is not always accurate with phone numbers. Sometimes I get a wrong number that might have the same name but is a different person, or it's just completely the wrong number altogether. Also, I'd like a way to drop voicemails when I get a no answer from someone. I'm also trying to figure out how to drop voicemails to leads that don't pick up. I'm not sure that is a capability with Nooks, but I think it leaving a brief message might be better than just calling and not leaving some type of message.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to reach out to clients and take AI-generated notes, which allows me to focus on calls. Its autodialer speeds through long call lists, automatically logging calls and saving me a lot of time.

  ### 28. Streamlines B2B Prospecting with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jethro C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that I can make a ton of dials very quickly with Nooks, and I don't have to dial one by one, which is very convenient. The interface is really nice, and the ability to do AI role plays is super helpful, especially for someone who's new to sales development roles. I appreciate being able to see call transcripts for review and having all stats in one place, like connect rate and best time to call. It's all super helpful for optimizing.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think sometimes the ability of the automation or AI to detect if a number is wrong could be better. There have been times where it continues to dial a wrong number or an out-of-service number without flagging it as such.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for B2B prospecting, saving time as an autodialer and increasing connect rates. It reduces manual dialing errors, integrates with SalesLoft, and keeps team communication smooth.

  ### 29. Remarkable Call Efficiency and Team Connectivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg M. | Sales Development Representative

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love how I can track outbound call volumes and quality with Nooks. The auto-dialer speeds things up greatly, allowing me to focus more on actual conversations rather than manually navigating gatekeepers. I appreciate the lead intelligence feature, which improves my data and helps me achieve better connect rates and more conversations. The virtual workspace is fantastic for hanging out with my team, boosting morale, and keeping the energy high. With Nooks, I've increased my daily calls from 50 to between 150-200, which is significant for my workflow. The setup was easy, and their representative was a huge help.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't like the GIF limit in breakout room.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for cold calling, and it improves my call volume and connect rates. The auto-dialer saves time, letting me focus on conversations, while lead intelligence enhances data quality. The virtual workspace energizes team interactions.

  ### 30. Virtual Workspaces, High-Connect Enrichment, and Smart Customization for Better Dialing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love the virtual workspaces to connect with my coworkers when making dials. The waterfall enrichment of numbers has a very high connect rate on the phone, which has been making calling more enjoyable. The customization and lead intelligence have been very helpful for keeping me on track and having all information ready for when I use the auto-dialer.

The onboarding for customer support was second to none, we had so much time with someone to be able to help us get it setup, which makes sense because I use this program every day for hours.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It did take a moment to get used to coming from a more simple setup, but once I had it customized to my liking, it made the dialing so much better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is a great auto-dialer, number finder, cold-call coach and most importantly a way for all of us BDRs to spend more time together while making calls!

It has greatly improved our moral and connect rates and has become a very important tool!

  ### 31. Exceptional Autodialer with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shauna O.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks' power dialer because it allows me to get large numbers of calls done in a short time, which is essential since I'm working in full cycle sales. This tool makes me incredibly more efficient given the demands of demos, follow-ups, and prospecting. The autodialer and parallel dialing features have significantly helped with our call volumes and growing our presence in the market. I'm also impressed by the event call tracking, which helps us understand call metrics and book meetings more effectively. Additionally, the lead intelligence and enrichment features are amazing, providing us with crucial lead information and enhancing the number of connections I make. My experience working remotely is improved by the virtual workspace, which creates a collaborative sales floor for cold calling. Integration with SalesLoft and the AI notetaker that automates call information feeding into our system are also features that have been working really well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Honestly nothing I've been finding it amazing

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks' autodialer increases our call volumes, with its event call tracking providing crucial call data. The lead intel and number enrichment features enhance our connection rates and meeting bookings. It's great for remote collaboration, using virtual workspaces for effective teamwork during cold calls.

  ### 32. Improving Connect Rates to Increase Meetings Booked

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj S. | SDR Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What stands out with Nooks is the improvement in connectivity, reps are getting into more real conversations instead of wasting time dialing into silence. That increase in live connects has made coaching far more effective, because feedback is based on actual calls and patterns, not assumptions. With better coaching and higher connect rates, meetings booked per rep have gone up, and reps are spending more time talking to prospects rather than managing manual calling tasks. Overall, it’s had a clear impact on both productivity and meeting volume.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

What I dislike about Nooks is the lack of an SMS/texting capability. Not having a built-in way to send or manage texts limits follow-ups with prospects, especially since SMS is often faster and more effective than calls or emails for confirming interest or scheduling meetings.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is solving the problem of low connect rates and inefficient outbound calling by helping reps get into more live conversations faster. That improved connectivity makes coaching more actionable, since it’s based on real calls, and it directly translates into more meetings booked per rep. For us, this means higher productivity, better-quality conversations, and a clearer path from activity to pipeline.

  ### 33. Effortless Cold Calling with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabella H. | Sales Development Representative

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks makes it easy to call people and hit my goals in terms of dials and numbers. The system is really easy to use, not as manual as what I used before, and it's so seamless. I also like the interface, which presents really well and is super easy to use. The ability to use tags is great, and it syncs with Outreach and other platforms, which makes tracking my progress a breeze. It's amazing how compatible it is with everything I use for work. Additionally, I didn't have to set anything up when I joined my company; it was ready to go and super seamless. The aito-dialer is amazing really helps me to hit my targets

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think it could be improved by making sure that when we call, and it says spam, we get notified on that right away. Sometimes it takes a minute and my calls come through as spam. Also its been improved upon with dialer trees but when it comes to the AI call robot that says who you are before answering sometimes its lagging a bit and slows own the calls - maybe these numbers could be separated

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make cold calling easy, helping me hit my dial goals. It's less manual, easy to use, and syncs with platforms like Outreach, making organization and target tracking seamless. It also has a great AI traking system so I know exactly what was said on the last call. Also the virtual workspace is great!

  ### 34. Time-Saving Cold Calling Game-Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luka A.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to make cold calls, and I really like the ability to parallel dial, which lets me call 5 people at once and make hundreds of cold calls every day. It's super easy to use, and the customer support is great. Using Nooks saves me a ton of time in my daily work and gives me more opportunities to connect with prospects. The initial setup was extremely easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I guess the issue with time zones, where sometimes Nooks won't recognize the correct time zone for a prospect when I use time zone as a filter to call people, for example if I want to call only ET, it can miss someone. The enriching can sometimes be tricky, the process of enriching through Nooks could be revised, or simplified in a way. Right now it's hard to track prospects that I tried enriching with Nooks. The only issue there is, there's no direct integration between Unify and Nooks, which did make things a bit challenging for us when it comes to reporting. It has caused several issues especially if a cold call was negative, previously if you marked it as negative, the prospect would automatically be taken out of the sequence, now you have to go to Unify and take them out manually.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks allows me to parallel dial, solving the problem of manual dialing. I can call 5 people at once, increasing my calls and connections, and booking more meetings. It's essential for my daily work, saving time and connecting me with more prospects.

  ### 35. Boosts BDR Efficiency, Seamless Integration with Hubspot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks increases the efficiency of my BDR team for outbound calling and enables collaboration in the sales floor functions. The hot number feature is really useful. It allows my senior BDRs to mentor newer team members for call coaching, and as a manager, I can listen in on calls without being a distraction. The power dialing function is great as it lets the team make more dials per week and book more meetings. Additionally, it connects to HubSpot, which is convenient. The initial setup was very easy, and I'm highly likely to recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing yet

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks increases my team's efficiency in outbound calling and enables collaboration on sales functions. The hot number and power dialing features are valuable, allowing more calls and booked meetings. It also aids in mentoring new team members and lets me listen to calls without being a distraction.

  ### 36. Boosts Workflow but Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ella F.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the way Nooks speeds up my workflow, allowing me to cover more ground throughout the day. I also enjoy being in rooms with my other SDRs, which makes socializing in a remote environment possible and significantly lessens the daunting nature of cold calling. It's great to speak to people I enjoy being around daily while benefiting from hearing how other SDRs handle calls and gaining insights from them. Plus, being able to play music and socialize while working adds a positive vibe.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

My numbers pull from my Gong flows, and it backs up with numbers that are maybe invalid and not needed during the transfer from Gong to Nooks. There needs to be some way to bridge this gap back to Gong or Nooks, like deleting the numbers from Gong so I don't have an absorbent amount of steps overdue. It backs up my pipeline instead of just deleting it. Also, the initial setup of Nooks was horrible. Honestly, it was the worst demonstration I've ever been given on a product. My entire team was stunned at how bad the demonstration was.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to speed up my daily workflow exponentially, letting me cover more ground. It helps me socialize with other SDRs, making cold calling less daunting and offering insights from peers.

  ### 37. Revamped Cold Calling with Stellar Team Dynamics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I am a business development representative and enjoy using Nooks for cold calling. It allows me to do large volume-based prospecting, which would be impossible without a parallel dialer. My favorite part is the Nooks rooms, where my team members join in and make calls together. This aspect of Nooks makes cold calling a lot easier, increases team camaraderie, and makes it genuinely enjoyable. Additionally, setting up my profile was flawless. I just created an account, added my personal cell and a few other numbers to dial from, loaded a contact list from Outreach, and I was good to go. I've worked in business development for a number of years, and Nooks is easily the best dialing tool I've ever used. It makes cold calling genuinely fun.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the dialer gets stuck on a specific dial, and I have to manually end the call. If there are a lot of people in a Nooks room I'm trying to join, it can crash my browser. Also, the music I select will randomly stop playing. There should be a way to delete or merge duplicate contacts, because having duplicates in Nooks makes it hard to keep them straight and can lead to accidentally calling someone we're already in contact with.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for high-volume prospecting, which is impossible without a parallel dialer. Nooks rooms make cold calling easier, boosting team camaraderie and making the process enjoyable.

  ### 38. Flexible Outreach in One Platform—Auto-Dialer Makes Outbound Smooth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aidan B. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The best part about Nooks is how flexible it is for reaching out to many different types of lists, all from one platform. The auto-dialer is a Godsend and makes outbound outreach feel much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

For me personally, the least helpful part is the virtual workspace. I think the product is great overall, but it just isn’t necessary for my small, in-office team.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes cold calling much easier. The auto-dialer and Salesloft integrations help me cut through leads like a hot knife through butter. I’m always prepared because, when Nooks patches me through, all of the prospect’s data and the applicable battle cards show up right away.

  ### 39. Efficient Dialing with Minor Integration Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate H. | Growth Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the community aspect of being able to dial with my team. I like the speed that it gets things through. I like the suggestions that they give in terms of the heat of a call or the likelihood of someone picking up. I just like the fact that it gets my tasks done quickly without sacrificing quality in terms of the calls and the frequency of pickups.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the lag between when a call is initiated and when someone actually picks up, and when I start talking is really frustrating. I've tried upgrading my Internet and other things, but it still hasn't always been resolved. Another thing that maybe isn't my favorite is the fact that numbers from Nooks do not translate into other sales engagement platforms like Outreach. So when a number is enriched in Nooks, it doesn't pass back through to other systems.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbound call tracking and auto dialing, saving me time from manual calls. It enhances the speed and quality of task completion, and offers call pick-up insights, all while allowing team collaboration through virtual workspaces.

  ### 40. Saves Time with Smart Dial Sequencing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how easy it is for me to dial once I put contacts in sequence, as it allows me to save time and work smarter. The AI prospector helps me draft emails based on past account contact and also find new contacts that I would not have before. The initial setup of Nooks was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes not all phone numbers populate in the dialer. If a prospect has a work phone, personal phone, and HQ number, only one populates instead of all three in the dialer.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to sequence dials for efficiency. It enriches phone numbers and helps prospect using AI tools, saving me time and letting me work smarter. I also benefit from its AI prospector for drafting emails and finding new contacts.

  ### 41. Revolutionized Our Dialing Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarrett R.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like using Nooks because I've never had the ability to call five people at once before, and it makes my dialing process so much more efficient. It also double dials, which I find incredibly convenient. The whole setup process was incredibly easy, thanks to their guidance, and it wasn't difficult at all—I could have done it on my own if I needed to.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There's no option to remove people from sequences. I still have to go into Outreach and manually do that, which I find mildly inconvenient. And it also includes people that answer the phone and are silent. Which is kind of a waste of time because it continues to try to dial them and it keeps them on step one.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to dial more people at once with Nooks, and it filters out bad numbers, making my workflow a lot more efficient.

  ### 42. Streamlined Dialing with User-Friendly Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melinda M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love how user-friendly Nooks is, especially the autodial feature and how it syncs reminders to my calendar. Probably one of my favorite features is how it streamlines things so I don't have to manually remember to set a reminder or take all the time to dial one by one. Also, the initial setup was super easy, and I use it alongside Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I would say the biggest issue I have is redialing people and not really knowing what we talked about prior. Maybe if it let me know before I called them, like, you know, this is how the last conversation went.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me dial more numbers quickly without having to do it one by one manually. It also syncs reminders to my calendar, which streamlines calls and ensures I don't forget to set reminders.

  ### 43. Boosted Cold Calling with Team Collaboration and Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hafsa L.

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for cold calling and it saves me time on the dials by parallel dialing. I love the salefloor, as it makes me more motivated and dial more with better and higher energy, almost like good competition with my teammates. The disposition tool is great for keeping me organized; it allows me to flag prospects how I want, giving me a clear picture of my prospects and the stage I’m at. The simple UI also stands out, making everything easy to navigate. Plus, the initial setup was so easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't like when a prospect says hello and I don't hear it. I know that's inherently part of parallel dialing but maybe if I could get a signal of what they said it could help.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks saves me time with parallel dialing, keeps call history and transcripts, and motivates me with the salesfloor for more and energized dialing. The disposition tool keeps me organized by clearly flagging prospects.

  ### 44. Revolutionized Cold Calling with Seamless CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackson B. | Account Executive

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love how smooth the HubSpot integration is. If I update a phone number field, it takes less than 2 seconds to automatically update Nooks. The power dialer is fantastic and allows me to clearly see who I am calling, any notes I've left about prospects, and who is up next. The smart presence feature is incredible, helping my connect rate increase. Having a seamless integration between Nooks and HubSpot allows for an uninterrupted workflow as I call on prospects and update profiles. The power dialer is smooth; I can choose which numbers I like and want to use or use the smart presence, which makes the phone number look familiar to a prospect. The AI trainings are incredible, and the overall user experience and display are better than the competition. Cold calling overall is great in Nooks.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing to not like.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks increases my connect rate, organizes my calls, and provides feedback with transcripts. It helps me train better with real-time flashcards and AI assistants for realistic objections. ### 45. Cold Calling Made Effortless and Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bassy A.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for cold calling at work, and it really helps me book meetings with ICP prospects. I like how it saves me time dialing through large contact lists. I love the battlecards, prospect message history, and recording functionality. The prospect history provides a TLDR of the context and helps me time when to reach out. Battlecards are a great resource when I'm flustered on the phone, and while I don't use them much now, they're fantastic for training purposes. The recording feature is excellent as it provides good context to feed AI for follow-up messaging. The setup was easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think Nooks could be improved by being more all-encompassing, enabling me to write emails directly from the platform after calls. It would be helpful if Nooks could recommend emails based on the call recordings.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for cold calling to book meetings with ICP prospects, saving me time with large contact lists. I love the battlecards, prospect message history, and recording features. Prospect history helps with timing, battlecards assist when flustered, and recordings aid in follow-up messaging.

  ### 46. Unmatched Efficiency and User Experience with Nooks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack L.

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks as an SDR team lead at Deel to make almost all of my calls daily and connect with coworkers. It helps me manage my time effectively when power dialing and records my calls for later review. I like how it builds camaraderie in a remote setting. The power dialing feature, alongside tags from Outreach, helps prioritize high-quality leads in specific call blocks. Utilizing different phone numbers aids in reaching prospects who might ignore my calls, and enriching contact data from multiple sources ensures I get correct contact info when a single source fails. Setting up Nooks was simple, and Kate's best practices session proved very valuable. After using various tools, I find Nooks to be the best among them.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

N/A

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to manage my time effectively with power dialing, record calls for review, and build camaraderie remotely. It helps prioritize leads, reach prospects with different numbers, and enrich contact data for accuracy.

  ### 47. Supercharges Efficiency with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like how Nooks makes me more efficient throughout my day. It helps me expand my outreach and activity, allowing me to touch more accounts than I could without it. It also makes calling much quicker, reducing the time from maybe twenty minutes to just three to five minutes. The note-taking feature is great too; it automatically logs notes during connected calls, so I don't have to do it manually. The initial setup was extremely easy, and our sales rep, Josh, made the process very smooth and quick, taking only about fifteen minutes.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There is a slight pause when using the parallel dialer, but that's hard to avoid. All dialers have this.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes me way more efficient, letting me call five times more people and take notes automatically. It logs calls, reducing the time to reach different departments from 20 to 3-5 minutes.

  ### 48. Effortless Multi-Call Management with Comprehensive Insights

I like that Nooks gives me all the information I need, including all the past calls and the activity log. It helps me make multiple call dials at the same time, so I don't have to waste a lot of time on making calls. I find Nooks more informative and practical than Outreach. One of the best features is the option to parallel dive, which I haven’t seen in Outreach. Additionally, when I'm making calls, I have all the customer information readily available, including previous conversations and notes left by other representatives. Setting up Nooks was also easy, as I just had to create an account and sign up.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me make multiple call dials at the same time, saving me a lot of time when making calls.

  ### 49. Streamlined Cold Calling with Nooks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that Nooks allows me to not only make parallel dials but also make power dials, which helps me be very targeted in my outreach, especially in cold outbound. It's working very well for me right now. Nooks has been an incredible tool that lets me make a larger volume of dials at one time, helps me make better connections, have better conversations over time, and review those conversations to improve my cold calling. Additionally, the initial setup of Nooks was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the pickup to connect experiences a bit of a gap, and I feel like that could be improved.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks allows me to make a larger volume of dials simultaneously, helping improve my connections and conversations. It lets me review and enhance my cold calling. The tool also enables targeted outreach with power dials.

  ### 50. Effortless Personalization with AI, Needs Sequence Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like the internal AI agent in Nooks. It's extremely useful for personalizing emails quickly, just at the click of a button. Before using it, I would spend a lot of time Googling details about a company or person, but now I can get that information in a second, which is a huge time saver for me.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes AI accuracy isn't great. There are often problems removing prospects from a sequence. Sometimes the results are not accurate. Sometimes I attempt to remove a prospect from a sequence and they don't get removed.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbound sales, and it solves the problem of personalizing outbound messages at scale. I can now personalize emails and gather company details quickly, saving time with its internal AI agent.
