Nookal is a very complete and versatile web platform, is very easy to use and its interface is very friendly so it does not require learning curve. It facilitates and optimizes the management of appointments and patients, in addition to allowing their customers to easily book the schedule, generating reminders of SMS and email. In addition, it provides a database of patients or clients, the clinical history, on the other hand, offers the possibility of generating invoices, medical insurance management, and a robust financial reporting function. With respect to its cost, it offers diverse plans oriented to satisfy the necessities of its business, these plans or packages of services are in function to the size of its company. Nookal is a program that facilitates patient management and administrative processes related to the provision of medical services such as billing, financial or accounting reports, however I consider that the greatest advantage that this program provides us the ability to attach files, documents, and images to patient records and digital medical history, a feature that highlights other similar programs in the market, on the other hand as a Radiology Doctor this function, was what made me determine the use and implementation of Nookal in my doctor's office. Offering a simple way to transmit medical reports, diagnoses and images of the radiological field to my medical colleagues in other specialties, as well as to my patients. Another aspect to emphasize is that it automatically makes a backup copy of its data in multiple safe locations to guarantee the security, confidentiality, and transparency of the information.
