Product Overview Noodle.ai’s Asset Flow product is designed for manufacturing companies looking to eradicate downtime and maximize remaining useful life across their base of complex machinery. Planners today struggle with the “Maintenance Planner’s Dilemma” – do you under- or over-maintain assets? While the adoption of advanced software solutions (e.g., Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition-based Monitoring, Cloud-based SCADA) has improved operations considerably over the past 30 years, operators continue to struggle on regular basis due to an inability to combat operations entropy. Failure events and other equipment issues results in 5-20% loss in plant production capacity on average, and when aggregated worldwide leads to annual production loss of at least $690 Billion. Our Asset Flow product combines live sensor data with historical and contextual data related to asset type, utilization, maintenance, failure signatures, etc. Our proprietary and state-of-art XAI engines leverage this data to detect, predict, and diagnose anomalous patterns across multiple sensors and predict impending equipment failures.
