I use the Sentinel IPS appliance. It does a great job of blocking known malicious traffic. Anytime I have a concern with a specific alert I just right click and create a support ticket. There's very little to dislike, especially with the new software. I might prefer that some of the default rules were more aggressive, but that's only due to the non-global nature of my business, and it's simply to promote a rule to black the traffic instead of just report it.
