The guaranteed rent has been a game-changer. I don’t have to stress about late or missed payments because I know the income is steady every month. On top of that, their fees are so much lower than what traditional managers charge, yet I feel like I’m getting far more value. The leasing process was smooth and efficient, and they had my place listed and filled faster than I expected with solid tenants. I also like that Nomad doesn’t take the property out of my hands. I still feel connected and in control as the owner, but they’ve eliminated a lot of the friction that usually makes being a landlord a headache. Their support team has been attentive and easy to work with, and the platform itself is intuitive and straightforward. Overall, it’s given me both security and convenience, and I’d happily recommend Nomad to other landlords looking for a modern alternative to expensive, old-school property management. **What do you dislike about Nomad?** Honestly, not much. Sometimes I am doing more than I did when my properties were managed by a local property manager. But that is well worth the tradeoff since now I have more control, more peace of mind and I'm paying significantly less. **What problems is Nomad solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nomad is solving the biggest headache I’ve had as a landlord: uncertainty. Before, I was constantly worried about whether my tenants would pay on time, how long my place might sit vacant, and the stress of juggling showings and applications. With Nomad, the guaranteed rent takes away the financial anxiety, so I don’t lie awake at night wondering if my mortgage will be covered. Their process for listing and filling my property has also been much faster and more organized than when I tried to do it on my own. The benefit for me is peace of mind and time back. I don’t have to chase rent or micromanage the leasing process, and I’m saving money compared to traditional property managers who charge much higher fees. At the same time, I’m still in control of my property, which I like. It feels like the best of both worlds. I get professional tools and financial protections without the costs or frustrations of full-service management. ### 2.
