Extremely helpful team and product! **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2018 **What do you like best about Nomad eCommerce?** The Nomad team has been wonderful to work with; they answer all of our questions in a timely way and are willing to listen and problem solve so Nomad works to our specific needs. The product itself has cut out a lot of time in our wholesale process and it has made that process more efficient. It's also extremely user friendly! **What do you dislike about Nomad eCommerce?** There are some features we have added as custom additions that I was surprised were not already built into the base program; luckily we have been able to get what we need. I hope to see more sales related tools implemented in the future so we can continue to learn about our business and offer as much to our customers as possible. **What problems is Nomad eCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** The easy flow of orders from Nomad into our internal system has been a huge time saver for our online wholesale business. We have increased our efficiency significantly.
