I really liked how flexible it is and that it is a very interesting product for fraud prevention and offers room to grow within the company. It is also very exciting to use because it is easy to use and since we implemented it we feel totally secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyllo?

Sometimes the analysis of the reports is a bit slow and I think it should be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fraud detection made easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Wyllo?

We spend almost 0 time with fraud. The system takes the orders and lets us know when something doesn't look right. The false positive rates are very low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyllo?

We get account credits rather than a check for reimbursements. Our old provider paid us cash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Service"
4/5
What do you like best about Wyllo?

The screening algorthim is mostly accurate at detecting fraud orders and has been beneficial in automating our fraud detection. The blocklist feature is useful for preventing future fraud orders from repeat offenders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyllo?

The emails that are sent to users to vertify their identity can sometime be too invasive in what they ask for personal information (we have gotten this feedback). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenni Rhodes of Wyllo

Hi Alex, thank you for sharing your feedback; we’re happy to hear NoFraud has decreased your fraud-related costs and given time back to your team.

We understand your concerns about the order verification emails, and want to clarify that the manual verification process only occurs when our algorithms deem it necessary to protect our merchants and their customers. Additionally, the review and order verification process can be completely customized to ensure the brand and customer experience that’s best for your business.

Our support team is available and happy to assist you in tailoring this process to your business. Please reach out to us at support@nofraud.com to schedule a consultation.

"Don't wait until you need it!"
5/5
What do you like best about Wyllo?

It's truly a set it and forget tool with minimal maintenace. Also, it is a lot stronger than Shopify's native fraud alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyllo?

There is no downside to NoFraud and don't wait before you need NoFraud to implement it. It's like insurance, you don't need it until you do and then the problem is even bigger!

Integration is a breeze too and they will hold your hand the whole time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool that is easy to use and reliable."
4/5
What do you like best about Wyllo?

I like the ease of use and reliability. It's an intiutive dashboard that doesn't require a lot of training to fully understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyllo?

The time that it takes for the review process to be completed often exceeds our shipping hold times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenni Rhodes of Wyllo

Hi Carlos, thank you for your feedback; we’re so glad NoFraud has stopped card testing and is easy to use for your team.

We understand the need to align our review process with shipping hold times, and merchants can customize the maximum number of hours they wish to allow for the manual verification process for this reason. Typically less than 0.5% of all transactions receive a Review status. When they do, our team of expert Fraud Analysts typically updates the status of transactions that are in Review within 24 business hours, most often within a 4-business-hour window. Sometimes it takes customers additional time to verify the order, so we recommend allowing 48 hours to increase chances of order approval.

Our support team is available to assist you in customizing this process to your business. Please reach out to us at support@nofraud.com to schedule a consultation.

"Easy to use & fairly straightforward if you're tech savy..."
5/5
What do you like best about Wyllo?

Ease of use & timeliness of reviews are positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyllo?

Only challenge would be that there is very limited ability to speak to a person for onboarding &/or technical service.

Cost is also a negative, especially if you are a smaller operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Launched quickly & easily"
4/5
What do you like best about Wyllo?

We enjoy the analysits being able to review transactions on our behalf- it's a huge time saver. We also like the 24/7 support since our ecommerce business is always up and running! Their support team also got us up an running with NoFraud very quickly, while also taking time to thouroughly explain each step of their verification process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyllo?

We don't particularly love transactions failing only for reasons like "email address having little history" or if a customer uses a VPN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenni Rhodes of Wyllo

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear our solution is saving you time and you’ve had a positive experience with our support team.

To offer some clarity, orders can fail for any reason. Our decision engine uses a variety of sources to determine whether or not to fail a transaction. Our fraud analysts commonly review transactions based on a number of risk and trust factors, including email history and/or VPN.

Our analysts’ primary role is to determine the likelihood that an order is authorized by the cardholder. This involves a variety of methods, including direct authentication through email or phone and utilizing data points verified through public and credit-verified sources.

We employ tools that leverage public records alongside records obtained through credit checks and other verified sources. When we rely on public sources, such as social media or business registries, these are substantiated by cross-referencing with other verifiable records or other means. However, when merchants inquire about specific details, we may be unable to share information sourced from certain tools due to privacy or compliance restrictions. Instead, we point to corroborating connections available through public avenues.

Here's an article that goes into greater detail about these indicators. Please reach out to our Customer Success and Support Team if you'd like to have a deeper conversation about your store and discuss your experience: https://help.nofraud.com/s/contactsupport.

"Better than Shopify's built-in fraud protection tools."
5/5
What do you like best about Wyllo?

We've been very happy with NoFraud and the protection it offers against fraudulent orders. It's much more effective than Shopify's built-in tools and has had a very low rate of false-positives or false-negatives. Customer support has also been consistently responsive and helpful. Pricing is reasonable as well. Setup is easy and there's almost no work to maintain it - you just install it and forget it for the most part. We have had some false-positives but it's easy to add an email to the whitelist after customer support confirms that they're a legitimate customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyllo?

Because you have to disable Shopify's built in automatic payment capture so that orders go through NoFraud before payment is accepted, it can be a minor nuisance if you have payment methods that are excluded from NoFraud (e.g. PayPal, which has its own chargeback protection). However, the NoFraud support team was helpful and I was able to set up an automation using Shopify Flow to capture all the payments that don't go through NoFraud. "Peace of mind"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wyllo?

In addition to the built in fraud protection offered by shopify, NoFeaud give us that "second opinion" - allowing us to make more informed decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyllo?

It can get a little expensive when you don't have many high risk orders but worth it when the worse does happen! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent software that totally reduced our exposure to fraud"
5/5
What do you like best about Wyllo?

Previously we had to rely on Shopify's native fraud detection system which is extremely basic and only provides low, medium or high scores for orders. NoFraud has a much more sophisticated screening process and provides a pass or fail recommendation so we don't have to make a sjubjective decision on our own. This has taken away human error on our end and meant we have full confidence in passing or failing orders.

NoFraud also automates payment capture and order cancelling so we don't take payment from the customer until the order has passed and, if it fails, we don't have to manually cancel and the users funds are returned timely.

The software has generally saved us a lot of time, headache and financial exposure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wyllo?

I can't think of any major downsides to NoFraud. Having to pledge to a monthly minimum payment to use the service is probably the only downside but I understand this is priced fair and required so that NoFraud can offer chargeback protection in the first place.
