Nodus AI Systems is an Australian-built AI receptionist and business operating system for small and medium businesses that lose work simply because nobody could get to the phone. It starts with the call. A Nodus AI receptionist answers every inbound call, day or night, in a natural voice. It greets the caller in your business's name, answers the questions your customers actually ask, qualifies the job, and books the appointment straight into your real calendar - Google Calendar, not a separate portal you have to check. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarised, so you can read in ten seconds what took the caller four minutes to explain. The caller lands in the built-in CRM as a contact with the transcript attached, and automatic SMS and email follow-up starts without anyone remembering to send it. Most answering services stop there, having taken a message. Nodus keeps going. The same system runs outbound follow-up and closing calls on leads that went quiet, publishes SEO content and local landing pages so more people find you in the first place, posts to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, runs email and SMS campaigns, sends quotes and invoices and collects payment, and puts email, SMS, WhatsApp and Instagram messages into one shared inbox. It is one system on one contact record, rather than six subscriptions that do not talk to each other. Pricing is per business, not per seat or per user. Reception, at A$149 per month, is the receptionist on its own. Complete, at A$1,497 per month, is the whole system. Larger and multi-department deployments are quoted per programme. Nodus is built for trades, clinics, salons, professional services, dealerships and other appointment-driven businesses, and is configured for your business before it goes live - your services, your hours, your prices, your booking rules. Setup is done with you, not handed over as a blank workspace.
