Nodi Commerce, by Nodi AI, is your AI employee for your ecommerce business. It works the job a sales and operations assistant would, around the clock, so you don't have to hire for every shift. On WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, your AI employee answers customers in English and Arabic, 24/7. It learns your products, prices and policies and answers only from them: it answers product questions, tells customers where their order is, follows up, and even handles calls, inbound and outbound. When a chat needs a person, it hands over and alerts you on WhatsApp, in the app and by email. You decide which topics it must never discuss. It also spots spam messages and fake orders before you ship them. Behind the conversations, your AI employee keeps the business running: one stock count across your online store, social channels and in-store counter (a browser POS with receipt printers, barcode scanners and cash drawers), orders, UAE VAT tax invoices, payments by card, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara or cash on delivery, and Aramex bookings with delivery charges by emirate. Nodi is an official Meta and WhatsApp partner. You keep your own WhatsApp number, your team can share it, and messages are charged at Meta's rates. Setup takes about five minutes. Plans start at $16 (AED 59) a month, and you can try every feature for 30 days for $1 (AED 3). Built for online sellers, social sellers and retail shops; not for restaurants.
