Nodal Care Management is software for private-pay, non-medical home care agencies, from a handful of clients to hundreds. It handles the administrative side of running an agency, so caregivers and families can focus on the care. Managers can assign care shifts, or post open shifts so caregivers claim them from their phones. Caregivers install the app from their browser, with no app store, and it works offline. Clock-ins and clock-outs are location-checked. A family portal lets families read supervisor-approved shift reports, see approved photos, view the schedule, and message staff. Payroll and billing go out as CSV exports for OnPay, Xero, and QuickBooks Online, plus a generic payroll file and an AI-assisted template for other providers. Nodal does not bill Medicaid or Medicare. Agencies that also serve those clients use a separate system for that billing and can still use Nodal for scheduling, the family portal, and the rest. Also included: billable to-dos for care coordination between visits, a CRM for leads and referral partners, bulk CSV import, and a document vault. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, each agency's data is kept separate, and sensitive views and edits are logged. Nodal uses HIPAA-level security safeguards. Pricing is published: $99 a month covers up to 10 active clients, with unlimited caregivers and office staff and every feature at every size. The software holds unlimited clients. A client counts as active only in a month with a completed visit. The first 60 days are free, with no card, no demo, and no sales call.
