It's very simple and straightforward to start the process from cold prospecting lists and add them as leads into the system once you have reached out and gotten interest. Simple process to manage leads throughout the sales process all in one platform, then duplicated leads and put them into client folders to re-engage them for other products/services. There is only one thing that I could say and it is very minor. It would be great if there was a way to set reminders for cold prospects to attempt contact with them again after having not gotten through the first or second time. Quite often it takes several attempts to get in touch with the prospect to qualify/gauge interest. The workaround is to color code the rows in the sheet so that you know you need to reach out again, but it would save a lot of time if you could set a reminder to call/email the prospect again to get in touch.
