Its simplicity to organize prospects and make them turn leads is a great tool, besides that, is also simple to set up the sales funnel and schedule tasks, so you always know what you have to do. It would be great if there was a way to set reminders for cold prospects to attempt contact with them again after having not gotten through the first or second time. Quite often it takes several attempts to get in touch with the prospect to qualify/gauge interest. The workaround is to color code the rows in the sheet so that you know you need to reach out again, but it would save a lot of time if you could set a reminder to call/email the prospect again to get in touch.
