The concept of "Every opportunity has a reminder or a deadline," to no longer let prospects slip away. The ease of customizing the steps of the sales process and the fields. The concept of "call script" which isn't really one and lends itself well to assisting calls and qualifying prospects. Integration with telephony (RingCentral in our case), to track successful or unsuccessful calls. Integration with Zapier (even if it is limited) **What do you dislike about noCRM.io?** The prospect (leads) lists are too limited in functionality. At the very least, there should be the possibility to set a reminder. The reporting is limited, particularly it does not offer much in terms of segmenting reports based on the tags assigned to opportunities. The integration with Zapier allows for creating an opportunity, but neither adding a tag to it nor recording a planned activity (call, demo...) **What problems is noCRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a good compromise between our spreadsheets and a full CRM. At our stage of development, we don't do Account Management, but really focus on prospecting, and noCRM is ideal for us. I have also used insightly before, however, it is way easier to manage leads in NoCRM due to its easy-to-use and user-friendly dashboard. I believe it is by far the most useful tool I have encountered. **What do you dislike about noCRM.io?** There is just one feature that is lacking like when you have to duplicate the leads in a different pipeline, there is no direct way to do it, you will have to download the list from one pipeline and then import it again in the new pipeline. There is no way to do it in bulk. **Recommendations to others considering noCRM.io:** We use noCRM.io for a client and have realized its benefits. It does not have flashy dashboards like Insightly with all the visual graphics and charts, however, in terms of managing leads and maintaining the pipeline, this software is definitely better than any other out there. The recognition is also way better than other apps I have tried. Sure, some things you have to correct, but that's normally due to some complicated business card with too much info on it. Also being able to add tags, or categorizing a lead is a great benefit. As well as the BCC emails and not having to search your inbox. **What do you dislike about noCRM.io?** It's not really a dislike, but more getting use to the terminology of To Do and Standby. Standby is where you can add reminders, and in my mind I keep going to the To Do tab to check on my reminders. Something I'm sure I would get use to the more I use it. **What problems is noCRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of which customers I have contacted, which ones I still need to contact, who has quotes, who still need quotes. I didn't need a full crm. I have one. I just wanted simple reminders and status updates. This is perfect for it. It's a great way to keep notes, set reminders and know where you are with your lead. It also helps you organize your workload. **What do you dislike about noCRM.io?** Only thing I dislike is I'm unable to edit the calandar appts from within outlook. I do like that I can add appts from crm and they go into outlook, but would be nice if I can edit them. **What problems is noCRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a lead tracking and development tracker. YDNACRM made it super easy without all the stuff I didn't need. I needed a good system for reminders and to be able to keep a good follow up list and this helped. ### 37.
