Because of this, some of its design philosophy and default system configurations differ from conventional OA/BPM practices, so we’ve had to adjust certain out‑of‑the‑box settings to better match our requirements. In addition, it doesn’t support inserting CSS scripts within form design, which makes it difficult to achieve form‑level personalisation. Another point to note is that modified process configurations only apply to newly‑initiated tasks and cannot be directly applied to currently‑running tasks. This is our biggest regret.
