## Nocoly HAP Reviews
  ### 1. Intuitive Low-Code Platform That Turns Business Process Expertise Into Apps Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xuebin R. | Senior Group Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

I come from a non-IT background but have deep expertise in business processes. Nocoly HAP's low-code platform is incredibly intuitive — I can pick it up quickly and build a working prototype application in just a few hours, no coding required. The business users are really satisfied with the results because the applications closely match how they actually work, rather than forcing them to adapt to a rigid system. It bridges the gap between business needs and IT delivery perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

As someone without a coding background, I love how fast I can build basic apps — but when you need advanced logic, complex data queries, or custom integrations with other professional systems, you still need to write JavaScript or bring in IT support. The built-in reporting and data visualization capabilities are also fairly basic; if you need sophisticated dashboards or complex analytics, you'll likely need to export data and use BI tools separately.
Also, from a compliance perspective, the native change tracking and audit trail functionality isn't as robust as what you'd find in enterprise-grade validated systems. For regulated environments, you have to build additional controls on top of the platform yourself.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Nocoly HAP, if our department needed a small management tool or workflow system, we'd have to submit a request to IT and wait weeks or even months, because IT is always swamped with bigger priorities. More often than not, we'd end up managing everything in Excel spreadsheets, which is error-prone, hard to track, and impossible to audit.
Nocoly HAP lets us build exactly what we need, right when we need it. As someone who understands the business processes thoroughly but can't code, I can build applications in hours — things like sample management trackers, equipment qualification logs. The benefits are huge:
Speed: What used to take weeks now takes hours. We iterate fast and adjust on the fly.
Accuracy: No more version control nightmares with shared Excel files. Everyone works from one live system.
Ownership: Business teams own their own tools and can tweak them as processes evolve, without going back to IT every time.
User adoption: Since we build it ourselves based on actual work habits, people actually use it — no more forcing a system that doesn't fit.
It's basically democratized application building for non-IT people like me.

  ### 2. Nocoly Speeds Up Enterprise Apps with Flexible Low-Code Power

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wong T. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

What I like best about Nocoly is its ability to turn complex enterprise requirements into practical applications quickly. The platform combines the speed and flexibility of low-code development with the capabilities needed for more sophisticated business processes. It enables us to prototype solutions rapidly, respond to changing requirements, and significantly reduce development time compared with traditional custom development. I also appreciate its flexibility for integration and customization, which makes it suitable for enterprise digital transformation rather than just simple workflow applications.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

The main area for improvement is the learning curve when building more complex enterprise applications. Some advanced configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting can require deeper platform knowledge.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nocoly helps us address the challenge of delivering enterprise digital transformation solutions faster and more efficiently. Instead of developing every application from scratch, we can rapidly build and validate business workflows, data models, dashboards, and enterprise applications on a common platform. This shortens the development cycle, reduces implementation cost, and allows us to respond to changing business requirements much faster. For our customers, it also helps modernize manual or fragmented processes without the time and complexity typically associated with traditional custom software development.

  ### 3. Monthly Updates with Truly Useful New Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander K. | School Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

The fact that they constantly, pretty much on a monthly basis, have new updates with really useful features is great.

I'm waiting every month to see what kind of new functionality there is, and thinking about how I can implement it in my own processes.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

We are currently using the Chinese version of the software, so I don't know if that's the same for the global version Nocoly (their Chinese version is Mingdao).

But one of our biggest hurdles is that uploading, downloading, and streaming videos or photos is slower than what I'm used to in other services.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are basically using the platform for almost all of our processes:

• Organizing and managing classes for our teachers and students
• Applying for payments
• Managing employee SOPs and processes
• Using it as a sales tool to create outlines and sell more efficiently

  ### 4. Replaced months of custom development with a no-code build in weeks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nurul Ashraf A. | Full-Stack Data Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

Best part is we managed to build a full app on Nocoly without writing real backend role. The worksheet and workflow model clicks fast, and the drag and drop builder let us come up with dashboards and role based portals in hours instead of sprints.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

Workflows built through the API sometimes need a manual save in the browser before they'll really run. There's also no schema versioning or undo, so you lean on your own backups.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nocoly let us build internal systems ourselves with no dev team. No fragile spreadsheets, approvals route to the right people automatically, and everyone sees the records their role should. The biggest benefit is speed and control. What might take months to build, came together in weeks, and when there are changes in framework or policy, we can adjust the workflows ourselves instead of waiting on a vendor.

  ### 5. HAP Makes SME Digital Transformation Easy with Flexible, User-Friendly ERP Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul G. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

What really impressed me is how HAP can accelerate and support the digital transformation of many different types of firms through user-friendly UIs, powerful automated workflows, and pricing that remains accessible for SMEs. For an SME like ours, it makes it possible to build an ERP system that’s fully aligned with our day-to-day working processes, and to adjust or modify it whenever we need to.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

Besides its powerful features, I’d like to see stronger support for Hispanic regions—for example, Spanish-language tutoring and HelpDoc resources.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HAP brings our productivity and data transparency to the next level. With its seamless performance and comprehensive integration, our decision-making has become more data-driven and efficient. This tool is now our solid cornerstone for innovation, AI integration, and organisational culture transformation.

  ### 6. Flexible, Easy-to-Use No-Code Workflows with Nocoly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas M. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

What I like best about Nocoly is its flexibility and ease of use. It allows us to quickly build and adjust workflows, forms, and business applications without extensive coding, making continuous process improvement much easier.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

The approval workflow and form workflow are not well integrated and feel like two separate modules. A more seamless connection between them would make process configuration and management much easier.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nocoly helps us digitize and centralize business forms, approval processes, and operational data that were previously handled through emails, spreadsheets, or separate systems. It allows us to build and update internal applications quickly with minimal coding, reducing manual work, improving data visibility, and enabling the IT team to respond faster to changing business needs.

  ### 7. A practical way to build a sales CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

I used Nocoly to set up a sales CRM covering leads, opportunities, follow-ups, quotations, and orders. What stood out was how quickly I could get a usable workflow in place. The views and statuses are easy to adjust, and when our sales process changes I can add a field or revise the flow myself instead of waiting for a developer. It is especially useful for a small team that has outgrown spreadsheets but does not want a long CRM implementation.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

The product is easy to start with, but the result still depends on planning the data structure and workflow carefully. For more advanced integrations or reporting, some technical help may still be needed. I would also like to see more English templates and step-by-step examples for common business scenarios.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted one place to manage leads, opportunities, follow-up records, quotations, and orders. Before using Nocoly, the information was spread across spreadsheets and chat messages, which made handoffs and follow-up harder to track. Now the sales team has a clearer pipeline, and we can adjust the CRM ourselves as the process changes instead of starting another development project.

  ### 8. Modern, Mobile-Responsive No-Code Platform with Strong Multi-Language Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 自由 . | Application Support Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

Nocoly HAP is a new‑generation no‑code platform. Compared with the process platform we used previously, it features a more modern UI and supports mobile‑responsive adaptation. This is our core reason for adopting it as the successor to our existing process platform. In addition, we have students and employees from all over the world, and Nocoly HAP’s robust multi‑language support is another key factor behind our selection.
It comes with comprehensive drag‑and‑drop capabilities for visual form controls and a visual process‑development interface, which greatly reduces the difficulty of process building. We have tried developing several processes on Nocoly HAP ourselves. Non‑IT staff are now able to build relatively simple processes independently. For workflows requiring sophisticated functionality, Nocoly HAP also provides an area for writing custom scripts, though we have not yet delved into these advanced features.
Another compelling feature for us is its app store, where we can access hundreds of pre‑built enterprise applications from both official and third‑party providers, including human resources management, office supplies management, project management, contract management, and more. These applications can be adapted to our organisation’s business requirements with minor modifications. This is far more efficient than building a new application from scratch. The project management and office supplies management solutions we are currently using are modified from templates available in the Nocoly HAP app library.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

Nocoly HAP is a no‑code application platform rather than a pure OA/BPM platform. Because of this, some of its design philosophy and default system configurations differ from conventional OA/BPM practices, so we’ve had to adjust certain out‑of‑the‑box settings to better match our requirements. In addition, it doesn’t support inserting CSS scripts within form design, which makes it difficult to achieve form‑level personalisation.
Another point to note is that modified process configurations only apply to newly‑initiated tasks and cannot be directly applied to currently‑running tasks. This is our biggest regret. In real‑world business scenarios, there are many situations requiring ad‑hoc adjustments. Requiring users to fill out a brand‑new form every time may lead to a poor user experience.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The vendor provides comprehensive documentation, alongside prompt responses via online support and the ticketing system. I submit tickets to the vendor almost every week, and I have been consistently satisfied with the vendor’s response time.

  ### 9. Flexibility and Speed Transforms Workflow Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawson Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

I like Nocoly's flexibility and speed of building, which allows us to make updates ourselves without waiting for IT support, avoiding line downtime. It's valuable in the semiconductor industry since we often need to tweak processes for new customers or small-batch trial runs. I appreciate that it enables a much faster response to customer audits. The initial setup was quite easy, and the production engineers can make changes directly, translating into zero waiting for IT.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

The main thing is that there's a short learning curve at the start, especially for our process engineers who don't come from an IT background. The only part that felt a bit technical at first was building complex workflow rules, such as auto-triggering a hold when certain metrology parameters deviate, or nesting conditional branches for different product families.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nocoly for chip manufacturing workflows, solving lot traceability and cross-shift coordination. Its flexibility lets us adapt processes without vendor delays, reducing line downtime and improving audit responses.

  ### 10. Simplifies Workflows, Needs Better Observability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janzen . | 软件工程师, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

I use nocoly to build applications, generate some forms, and workflows to free up repetitive tasks. It's easy to use, and even non-R&D personnel can easily carry out the processes they want. I like how it simplifies complex things. The workflow and approval flow features are particularly valuable, allowing us to expand as needed across multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

I feel that observability needs further improvement, especially for a platform maintainer. Adequate information is necessary to ensure the healthy operation of the application. Currently, there are still some shortcomings.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use nocoly to build applications, generate forms, and workflows, freeing up repetitive tasks. It's easy to use, enabling non-R&D personnel to manage processes easily. It simplifies complex things.

  ### 11. Nokoli Makes Incubating Business Scenarios Easy and Cost-Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

My favorite approach is using Nokoli to incubate different business scenarios, which helps reduce trial-and-error costs when working with development tools.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

I don’t like that each row in Nokeli’s worksheet layout is limited to only four field controls. I’d prefer it if the number of fields per row could be adjusted more freely, so the layout can be set up the way I need.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nocoly helps address our company’s acute shortage of various digital tools. It benefits us by enabling agile delivery of application tools with a low barrier to entry, low cost, and high efficiency.

  ### 12. Powerful Data Collection, Dashboards, and Workflow Automation for Fast Deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

1. Data collection via worksheets, such as stores using handheld terminals to scan codes and collect data.
2. Data dashboards – providing insights into business data through analysis of different dimensions.
3. Automation via workflows, such as workflows implemented via email or macros, or scenarios requiring automation that cannot be further developed, like some external data collection software.
4. Small applications requiring rapid deployment, such as those needing adjustments due to business or organizational changes.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

Unapplicable Scenarios:
Consumer-facing (C-end) applications, such as high-concurrency applications containing transaction or highly sensitive data.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 14. Versatile App Development with Intuitive Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

I like that nocoly can cater to a lot of industry-specific needs. I also appreciate the intuitive design of nocoly and how designer-friendly it is to build applications rapidly. The SaaS model makes setup easy, with no significant difficulties.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

Even though it doesn't work well sometimes, I can achieve the needed outcomes by integrating third-party systems to fill those gaps.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Nocoly softens the hassle of needing a programmer, letting me build applications from scratch easily. It caters to diverse industry needs, which is a big advantage.

  ### 15. Flexible and efficient, but still needs improvement in front-end aesthetics.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jing z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

I like the field-level permission control of Nocoly HAP, which is very suitable for the iteration of highly dynamic business needs. Additionally, achieving data connectivity across forms and applications through associated records is a very basic yet important feature. The flexible configuration and support for various field types in Nocoly HAP accommodate data records for different business types, allowing it to match the approval processes of different business scenarios and stages. The continuous version upgrades and optimizations are also excellent, meeting the ever-changing demands of the business side.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

I think the front-end features of Nocoly HAP need improvement. The record pages, views, and custom views seem somewhat outdated, especially in the current fast-paced development of AI products, where many people can create beautiful web pages, and our front-end appears somewhat lacking. I hope to see significant enhancements in the layout style of record fields, the types of views, and the layout and color scheme of custom views.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I found that Nocoly HAP supports data information recording with various field types, adapting to approval processes in different business scenarios. Field-level permission control and cross-form data connectivity ensure effective data isolation and the smooth implementation of a "single table," meeting the needs of highly dynamic businesses.

  ### 16. User-Friendly Low-Code, But Complex Business Logic Is Hard to Implement

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

Low-code solutions are highly user-friendly and are better suited for issues that require agile responses.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

Low-code platforms make it difficult to effectively implement certain complex business logic.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have now digitized the company’s HR and finance business processes. Provides a unified and standardized process for enterprise management

  ### 17. Flexible deployment, excellent user experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** min s. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

I really like the private deployment feature of Nocoly HAP, as it addresses our data security and privacy issues. Additionally, the UI and user experience are excellent, requiring virtually no special training to start using it directly. Another aspect that satisfies me is its outstanding release and upgrade functionality, which is very simple and convenient.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

The public form support for custom parameters needs to be enhanced.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Nocoly HAP to quickly and flexibly deploy and set up different business scenarios, meeting the deployment needs of different platforms for both Chinese and overseas businesses, and solving non-standard business issues. Private deployment ensures data security and privacy concerns.

  ### 18. A convenient tool for quickly building business processes

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Nocoly HAP?**

I like that Nocoly HAP can quickly set up different types of forms. The custom page components allow me to create the styles I want, especially when the standard features don't meet the requirements, this feature is very useful. Building workflows is also very convenient, allowing for quick construction of business processes and setting each table or field. Overall, Nocoly HAP can meet our company's needs.

**What do you dislike about Nocoly HAP?**

I found that there are no official API request parameters.

**What problems is Nocoly HAP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nocoly HAP to quickly build forms and workflows, allowing for the customization of page components, which facilitates the construction of the required styles and business processes.
