"Simple, Reliable Email Verification That Reduces Bounce Rates"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

What I like most about No2Bounce is how simple and reliable it is. We use it to verify our email lists, and it has helped us noticeably reduce bounce rates. I also appreciate that it clearly tells you whether an email is deliverable or non-deliverable, rather than only sorting addresses into categories like risky or catch-all. That makes it much easier to decide which contacts to keep for a campaign. Overall, it saves us time and gives us more confidence before we launch campaigns. What do you dislike about no2bounce?

One thing I’ve noticed is that processing larger files can sometimes take longer than I expect. It’s not a major issue, but when you’re working with tight deadlines, a quicker turnaround would definitely help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally Validates Catch-All Emails—Clean REST API That Fits Right Into Our Pipeline"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

I run cold email at volume, and catch-all (accept-all) domains are the single biggest blind spot in list cleaning. Every SMTP-based verifier I've used just stamps those addresses "risky" or "unknown" and hands the decision back to me — which in practice means either burning my sending-domain reputation on bounces, or throwing away perfectly good leads. No2Bounce is the first tool I found that's purpose-built for exactly that last mile: it actually validates catch-all mailboxes (real inbox vs. accept-all facade) instead of bailing out at the SMTP layer. The fact that it exposes this through a clean REST API (submit an email, poll by tracking ID, simple token auth) sealed it for me — it drops straight into an existing verification pipeline sitting between my SMTP verifier and the campaign, no manual exports. Credit-based pricing also means I can scale it to the size of the catch-all segment I'm cleaning instead of committing blind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

The website could be clearer, before purchase, about which plan tier unlocks API access and where to grab the API token — I had to dig to confirm the API was on my plan. Otherwise no complaints so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No More Catch-All Emails"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

What I like best about No2Bounce is its accuracy and ease of use. The platform quickly verifies email addresses, helping reduce bounce rates and improve email campaign performance. The interface is simple and user-friendly, and the bulk verification feature saves a lot of time when working with large email lists. It has helped us maintain better sender reputation and achieve higher email deliverability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

While No2Bounce performs well overall, the reporting and analytics features could be more detailed. It would also be helpful to have more integrations with popular CRM and marketing automation platforms. For very large email lists, processing times can occasionally be longer than expected. "Useful Addition to My Cold Email Workflow"
3.5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

I've been using No2Bounce for the past few weeks as part of my cold email workflow before launching outreach campaigns. The feature I use most is the bulk email verification tool. My typical process is exporting a lead list as a CSV file, uploading it to No2Bounce, reviewing the results, and then using the cleaned list for outreach.

What I like most is how quickly the platform processes lists and categorizes email addresses into valid, invalid, disposable, and other risk categories. This helps me avoid sending to obviously bad addresses before starting a campaign. The verification results are presented clearly, so I can make decisions without spending time manually checking data.

The interface is straightforward and doesn't require much onboarding. Even on larger lead lists, the workflow remains simple: upload, verify, review results, and download the cleaned file. Compared to some other tools I've evaluated, I found the platform easier to navigate and reasonably priced for routine email list cleaning.

As someone involved in cold outreach and email marketing, having a dedicated verification step before importing leads into my sending platform gives me more confidence in the quality of my data and helps maintain better list hygiene. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

One limitation I've noticed is that the verification results are relatively straightforward, which is great for speed but can leave me wanting more detail when reviewing larger lead lists. For example, additional information about why certain addresses are classified as risky or more detailed explanations of verification outcomes would help with decision-making.

Most of my workflow currently involves exporting verified lists and importing them into other tools manually. While this process is simple, direct integrations with more outreach, CRM, and email marketing platforms would reduce the number of steps required and make automation easier.

I also think the onboarding experience could be expanded with more practical examples and best-practice guides for users who are newer to email verification. The platform itself is easy to navigate, but additional educational resources could help users better understand how to interpret verification results and maintain good deliverability practices.

These are relatively minor points, and they haven't prevented me from using the platform effectively, but they are areas where I think the overall experience could be improved further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No2Bounce Nails Catch-All Verification at a Lower Cost"
4.5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

I deal with a ton of catch-all domains in my lists, and most standard SMTP verifiers just shrug and label them “risky” or “unknown”. No2Bounce actually goes further by checking whether there’s a real inbox behind the catch-all instead of stopping short. I tested it side by side with AnyMailFinder and ZeroBounce, and it matched their accuracy while costing a lot less per verification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

I haven’t run into any real issues yet. If anything, I’d just like more information about Reacher on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"no2bounce Delivers 90%+ Email Verification Success"
4.5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

We’ve been experimenting with several email verification services for our platform (e.g., mails.so and others). Interestingly, almost all of them failed to identify functional email addresses—most likely because corporate email providers like Google and Microsoft have flagged their servers/IP pools and reject their requests. With no2bounce, we still see a success rate of over 90% on the emails we’ve tested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

The price is a bit on the high side, and the UX/UI really needs improvement. Integration options feel limited, but the main thing is that it works—and it works well. The support team is great too; they connected with me right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Integrate Email Verification with Great Performance and Value"
4.5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

I liked their Email Verification service, which is why I visited their website. The UX/UI was good and easy to navigate, and it was very easy to integrate with my product. The quality and performance of the dead email removal were great. Pricing is also in a good range overall and worth buying. There’s also the option of easy chat support, and it integrated easily with my AI platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

Everything is good, as required. I don’t feel there’s any downside. From my perspective, based on the service I needed, I got exactly that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Open-Source Email Verification with Full Local Control"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

What I like most about No2Bounce is that it offers an open-source option and lets me verify email addresses locally. That gives me more control over the verification process, and it helps me manage my email lists in a more secure and transparent way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

It’s not exactly something I dislike, but the open-source version doesn’t come with a user interface, which can be a little inconvenient. That said, if you need one, you can build your own interface, so it still feels like a flexible solution overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
