NMI is a simple, secure solution; we use it every day; the best thing is the user rights, we have a massive team of 100 plus that uses this, and they can be sectioned into sales and have a team that manages recurring payments etc.. the usability is effortless. The reporting is sport on simple allowing you to view a wide verity of how the payment was captured from settlement type to dates and amounts and names etc... I don't have anything to dislike about NMI. I sat here for a moment to think, hmmmmm what sucks about NMI??? What is it they could do better??? Currently, I don't think it needs any improvements; even if NMI is having an issue, they have a section showing the site is running slower then usual and a fix in progress.. They have an intuitive platform and have always been right on the spot with any help requests. It's straightforward to track the history of activities for customers, take orders on the spot, set up programmed interval payments, and get reports as needed. Always accurate. Their quick-click order link generation system makes it possible to set up purchases in any environment, whether directly integrated or not. Pricing is excellent, and they have always been fair and reliable, particularly with chargeback request resolutions. The gateway is relatively easy to understand how to get it to function and how to make getting paid easy. There are various ways one can go about doing this - whether by connecting it to a website or going through invoices that get sent to customers, it's a great way to make it happen.
