We executed the change during the busy season and it seemed to go alright. We had great resources through the whole process and NMI is supported by BigCommerce! **What do you dislike about NMI Gateway?** The reporting takes a little while to adjust to and there are some minor differences in the fraud detection settings compared to our previous gateway. For example, in Authorize.net, you get the ability to hold for review for BERGUSN, however, you can only accept or reject with NMI. **What problems is NMI Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?** NMI provides a payment gateway that natively connects to BigCommerce.
