What is it they could do better??? Currently, I don't think it needs any improvements; even if NMI is having an issue, they have a section showing the site is running slower then usual and a fix in progress.. They have an intuitive platform and have always been right on the spot with any help requests. It's straightforward to track the history of activities for customers, take orders on the spot, set up programmed interval payments, and get reports as needed. Always accurate. Their quick-click order link generation system makes it possible to set up purchases in any environment, whether directly integrated or not. Pricing is excellent, and they have always been fair and reliable, particularly with chargeback request resolutions. Getting started is a little more of an in-depth review process than it is for some other platforms of this nature. I love when I set up a new merchant on this gateway; it is pretty much self-explanatory. If there is a choice in a gateway for my merchant, I always tell them to use NMI.
