I find it difficult to administer Nitro PDF. The transition from an annual license key to an admin portal with login credentials is cumbersome. It's frustrating that it doesn't support Single Sign-On (SSO) without needing an enterprise licence, which means I have to manage yet another set of usernames and passwords. I have faced challenges whenever I have tried to edit CMYK PDFs or any other PDF which has higher graphics on it. These types of files are not properly supported on nitro PDF and the software also starts crashing while working on these files, rest all is good with this software and it is a great option for business document management.
