In my role as a Production Manager, I don’t have time to hunt around for features or dig through menus. I use Nitro PDF mainly for reading, editing, and converting PDFs to DOCX. I really like that it's an all-in-one software, handling my PDF tasks in one place without the need to use an online website for editing or related tasks. The features I appreciate most are converting to images, OCR, and adding signatures. Being able to sign documents without printing or scanning is super convenient, and OCR functionality helps a lot with scanned PDFs. The initial setup was very easy after switching from Adobe Acrobat. What I like best about Nitro PDF is that it’s a very versatile tool for working with PDFs. One of its best features is the ability to edit PDFs while maintaining the original formatting, which is something many other PDF editing tools struggle with. What do you dislike about Nitro PDF? What I dislike about Nitro PDF is that the PDF compression feature can sometimes be slow or get stuck, and in some cases it doesn’t reduce the file size as much as other PDF tools. Another issue I’ve experienced is during uninstallation — the program doesn’t always remove all related files, which can cause problems if you try to reinstall it later on the same device.
