I like that I can generate an agreement via my salesforce dashboard into DocuSign. It'll showcase the company name, the type of pricing, the date and services listed. I dislike the lag time; it takes too long to load. In addition, some of the fields from the SFDC opportunity are off between that and when I click generate. I wish I could add in more pieces of info but thats probably done on behalf of our company admin. My role is a sales development consultant and we are only subject tto putting in fields that are minimal. I like the usability of the platform. It is super intuitive and straightforward to set up the Forms and put them to use in the Nintex Bot. The low-code approach to the bot allows anyone who is computer savvy to use it, and you don't need to be a developer. I absolutely think it matches up to the other 'Big 3' (Power Automate, UI Path, Blue Prism) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that there were more features possible. Luckily, we haven't needed anything more than it provides right now, but we will in the future, and if we need to scale it, I am afraid this will not satisfy our requirements. Workflow Cloud interface for workflow design is very strong. Better UI than Flow and easier to design usable forms for users to interact with. Good integration with a lot of 3rd party products. Works very well wiht o365 suite products. RPA Offering is good, is not as sophisticated as some of the huge players, but the big upside to that is that interface for RPA is actually usable by a Power User / Jr. Developer level employee. Support is probably best described as 'best effort'. There is no SLA for actual resolution times and issues can take days or weeks to resolve sometimes. Overall downtime has been a 'B' with minor outages occurring on some part of the platform every few weeks. Most do not impact overall functionality but may impact one integration or authentication etc. The cloud workflow designer does not currently support any level of error handling which can make designing around potential issues very difficult.
