Nintex Form is good as a form builder but is not as powerfull as Microsoft power apps. In many scenarios it is important to keep part of the business logic in the form/app and Nintex Forms just does not handle it properly. Also, there is a great functionality gap between the form in NAC and Nintex Form for office 365. NAC lacks inline functions like there was on the on-prem versions. I dislike that Nintex's SQL controls often ignore the user's selection while in edit mode.
