"Great platform with a focus on improvements and new offerings"
5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

The platform is constantly improving and refining current products while also focusing on new solutions that integrate and amplify the benefit across existing product line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

Some of the updates or improvements that the community can provide them sounds like great features, but it can be based on votes from the community to gain traction and that seems hit or miss, or a way larger groups can game the system for visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation made easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

Nintex has made automating tedious tasks very easy for my team and I The number of features are very helpful and the ease of integration is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

The only thing I can say is that as the platform evolved from on prem to 365, some pertinent features have been deprecated. Not sure why, but it would be good if they would add features instead of taking them away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This is a good product but a little expensive."
4/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

Easy of use with less or no code. Can build a simple workflow and a form within a short time compare with the other third-party tools used in SharePoint Online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

The software is a little pricey. The technical support is not quite helpful. It is difficult to build a complex workflow because Nintex's features do not support those complex logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

Not many things I would say that I dislike. If I had to mention one thing it would be that you can no longer use the document package through classic, you must use lightening. You can create it on classic however many components are done in lightening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Process Transformation - Using Nintex Process Manager & Nintex Automation Cloud"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

The Process Manager is unique in that you simply type in the procedure, and the tool automatically generates the mapping for you, seamlessly integrating processes across the organization and linking them together. I appreciate its ability to capture a comprehensive 360-degree view of the processes, encompassing the RACI matrix, costing, active and wait times, and more.

Nintex Automation Cloud offers a no-code approach to developing powerful forms with ease. Its built-in functionality allows for the creation of paginated forms, anonymous forms (which don't require user login), and a robust rules engine. Additionally, validations can be set up easily without any coding.

The workflow platform is impressively intuitive. It's astonishing how much can be achieved with its drag-and-drop interface. Furthermore, workflows can be tested within the development interface before being published. Nintex Workflows offers native connections to numerous platforms, including SharePoint and Salesforce. It also boasts a feature called "Xtension", enabling developers to connect to bespoke APIs and make those APIs accessible to end users through drag-and-drop functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

The automation platform itself doesn't have the ability to store data, which means you depend on SharePoint, Salesforce or other applications for data storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

Intuitive, clean interface, 100% SharePoint. The support is extremely good. The AI features are awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

Nintex Form is good as a form builder but is not as powerfull as Microsoft power apps. In many scenarios it is important to keep part of the business logic in the form/app and Nintex Forms just does not handle it properly. Also, there is a great functionality gap between the form in NAC and Nintex Form for office 365. NAC lacks inline functions like there was on the on-prem versions. This makes the whole platform to be very activity-dependent, which is not good at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improve your workflows and initiatives with the Nintex Process Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

I appreciate Nintex scheduling capabilities, which allow us to create automated processes that can run on a regular basis. It's also helpful that we can delegate specific tasks and processes as needed when an employee is unexpectedly absent or out of the office. The guidance provided has helped us tremendously when additional support is needed. I'm also impressed with the dedication of the customer support team - they really go above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

I find that the Nintex Process Platform lacks user-friendly documentation, forcing me to search for answers online. I also wish there were additional features that would make it easier to use. Finally, the 250 document creation limit before incurring additional charges is an issue; Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient forms management and reliable process automation with the Nintex Process Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

When it comes to building processes, I love how easy and intuitive Nintex Process Platform is. With just a single upload of the Word document, we can quickly create SO templates that can be easily adapted or modified in the future without any coding knowledge - it's incredibly convenient! Not to mention their customer support team, who are quick to help with any issue, even if it's not directly related to their platform. It's the perfect system for our quotation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

I dislike that Nintex's SQL controls often ignore the user's selection while in edit mode. Although this is an unfortunate bug, it is encouraging to know that Nintex is aware of it and intends to find a solution. Unfortunately, their capitalisation of one of their strongest selling points seems too quick given the problem at hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
