"Nintex Process Manager, Risk and Improvements modules"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

Strong platform for mapping processes, relatively easy to use and manage.

Has good workflows for managing approvals and renewals.

The Nintex team are progressing well through a roadmap of improvements and welcome the feedback of users.

Customer support is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

The Improvements module is quite good functionally but doesn't scale well on mobile.

A the time of this review the reporting API doesn't include the risk module (although this is meant to be remedied in the next few months)

While the interface is relatively intuitive, it does look a little dated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing tool to simplify processes"
5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

Nintex has quickly become a fan favorite at our company. We utilized the application to improve the efficiency of numerous procedures and workflows. It is simple for end users, and the dashboard provides an appealing visual and data for the submitted instances. The options and possibilities are truly limitless, and it has saved time for many of our teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

Its endless possibilities and possibilities can sometimes be a disadvantage. Certain features can be difficult to understand, especially if you have never used them before or have not used them in a long time. There is, however, plenty of help and training available to you along the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nintex Promapp Review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

Interface: Nintex Promapp offers user-friendly and intuitive interface. The drag-and-drop process mapping and editing make it accessible for even someone without technica background unlike other peers. I have hardly done a session or two with the business to make them understand the platform. Stakeholders can create and update process maps with clear steps, roles, and responsibilities. Collaboration and Feedback:

It allows for feedback and comments on process maps, making it easy for team members to suggest improvements or report issues within a process. Nintex is known for its strong customer support and training resources. We used to typically find the company responsive to our needs, providing assistance with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.

lastly, it provides version control and user can switch back to revious versions which allows us an easy audit trail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

I would like to see more advanced analytics, workflow automation features and more integration capabilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrated low code process mapping and automation superstar"
4/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

I like how easy the system is to use. We have people here with zero technical background mapping processes and creating automation workflows because it's so simple to just drag and drop and create what you need. for the more technical among us the connectors to other systems such as Salesforce and SharePoint mean we can integrate across multiple platforms seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

At the moment the only thing I don't like is that they use some workflow automation across different systems but only some integrate with each other. For example, you can use RPA or NWC to kick off processes but it's not linked to Promapp for some reason. It would be worthwhile to allow Promapp to kick off NWC as Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to learn"
4/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

Anyone can pick up the basic use cases (i.e., create a process) reasonably quickly as the app is intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

I don't feel I use it at the level where I would begin finding anything I really disliked about the platform itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great way to document and improve processes"
5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

I like that it gives us a visual component to view our processes. The platform allows us to document our current state so that everyone can be on the same page, but it also allows us to improve within those areas. It's easy to share process links with other people and they don't hav to be users and we can automate reviews so we don't have to rememebr to go back and look at potentially out of date workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

Sometimes when we have a "but it kind of depends" situation it can get difficult to document but I don't know that it's a Nintex issue, it might just be pointing out that we have some work to do while documenting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nintex Process Platform is changing how we work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

We have been able to utilitize the Nintex Process Platform to serve both process owners and the people doing the work. Workflow Cloud brought a new level of capability that our other software was missing the mark on.

We are excited for the new features on the roadmap that have the potential for us to stop paying for another vendor's solution and would have it all integrated into the Nintex Process Platform.

Staff love the presentation of the tasks and notes and capability to attach documents, screenshots and video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

We wish that the BPMN mapping was integrated into Process Manager better.

The learning curve was steep for staff learning how to get it to fit to the process they are mapping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
