**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 5. Kryon RPA Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The data import from MYSQL function is easy to use and came in very handy when creating an automation from a set of MYSQL data. I did not need to export to CSV or get a full db dump.
The activity record function works extremely well. It recorded the automations steps correctly in one go.
The studio software is easy to use and displays the automation process steps in an easy to understand format.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

User guides are not easy to find. Most useful examples are hidden within PDFs.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I automated filling of forms, validating the data and sending emails using the data from a MYSQL database.

  ### 6. Nintex OnPrem and Online Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Product is very user friendly, and it promotes Citizen development. Very easier to develop business process workflows using Nintex when compared to SharePoint workfows. Awaiting for the tool, which can help support the conversion of Nintex Online workflows to Nintex Cloud and i am sure, Nintex might have done an excellent job with respect to the automated Conversion.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Some of the actions supported in Nintex OnPrem are not supported in Nintex Online, making it a little tedious for migration. Nintex Online licenses are pretty expensive. I haven't seen any new features on Nintex OnPrem/Online in the last couple of years.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business process workflows and automation resulting in productivity improvement.

  ### 7. Great for simple docs, for any serious reporting look elsewhere!!

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

This is great for merge fields in docs, simple tables in word / excel. Has some decent features for loading optional templates. Support is fast and good but the fact that you need support so much says it all.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Poor documentation. missing more advanced functionality. Docgen needs to connect to their server to run your reports / packages. It will go down once every couple of months leaving my team unable to do their jobs. I don't know what the downtime stats are but be ready for that. I am a dev of 20 years and this is by far the worst reporting tool I have used. It is cumbersome to use. LEDD is a bit better but the fact that Adobe Flash's end of life was announced over 3 years ago and Nintex just released their non-Flash version a few months ago says it all: this application is not well maintained. If I find an alternative I will post it but unfortunately right now I am stuck trying to figure out how to use this for their reporting needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Don't expect to do much complicated reporting with Docgen, they have a lot of videos on basic functionality. Documentation is very basic and missing in several areas we have found that we need to spend a lot of time testing out different options. It does great if your goal is to do merge fields in Word docs or some Excel. Our pitfalls came when we want to do more advanced reports with formulas and we are running into poor documentation with Apex Data, Excel Formulas, Word Formulas.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Printing Documents with merge field data from Salesforce. Scheduled reports.

  ### 8. Workflow savior and automation helper

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Build great workflows for on-premise and saas solutions. Nintex integrates excellently with well, known SaaS leaders on the market.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Experience a few times some concerns getting answers and support in a timely manner as we would like. The support team in other regions and/or some SME's in different time zones.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using Nintex to help with customer contracts to automating SharePoint business processes for several teams.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Thank you for this feedback! We love helping our customers take control of their workflows.

  ### 9. Simplified Contract generation!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | Corporate Sales Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

With Nintex, it automates the contract generation process within seconds.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Sometimes you have to run it multiple times.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Nintex is very useful...especially for orgs that need to automate the contract generation process

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex allows us to customize our contracts without always having to go through legal/contracts to update it. Biggest benefit is speed

  ### 10. Cheap and easy option with all the necessary functionailty

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The price is very reasonable and the uploading and creation of templates is incredibly easy when you need to modify or make a slight change.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

There are a lot of technical issues- drawloop has a status interruption or technical issue where people cannot download documents very frequently- it's normally resolved quickly but it can still be a pain dealing with the outages.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to generate SO templates for our sales team as well as customizable word docs for our legal team when working on a custom MSA

  ### 11. Drawloop - simple and works as expected without much overhead

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Simplicity - easy to handle the use-case we had for it and not heavy IT overhead

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

More advanced use cases were not easy to leverage this tool

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wanted a quick and easy way to create pdfs to display quote info and send to clients in a more professional way than email. Works as needed for our business

  ### 12. Fantastic UX toolkit for customizing Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Skuid is very flexible, allowing you to get the exact user experience you need without having to write a lot of code. This makes it incredibly easy to maintain and very quick to build on. We often jump right into prototyping within Skuid instead of mocking up wire frames as it is so quick.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Skuid has made a lot of improvements with their V2 platform increasing stability. However, this did come at the sacrifice of complete customization and extending with code. Over the past year, Skuid has made updates to bring back full extensibility back to V2. Its not quite an open canvas, but getting better.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce has a defined UX that does not work for all customers. Skuid allows you to extend that to give your users the experience they need. This brings consumer grade applications closer to enterprise software. Users are more efficient and systems are designed better. The main benefit is the speed to which you can get there with Skuid vs code.

  ### 13. Great DocuGen Application!!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Easy to add cross object relations merge fields and very flexible application. I almost created 120 document packages in Nintex. Easy to add content. NO coding is required. Excellent customer service. I call to the toll-free number and immediate response and on spot screen share and fix the issue.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Excel malware functionality is complex to understand and configure. Only 1 dislike.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No coding is required.
I used this application to generate quotes, SOW, and agreement documents.

  ### 14. Awesome workflow automation tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Very good user interface to build forms. Good user experience

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Support is very slow to resolves issues.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capital requests. Approval for labels

  ### 15. Easy intuitive solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan J. | Improvement analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

Accessible and very easy to use, staff are persuaded within minutes!

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Nothing comes to mind - easy to use and affordable

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the inconsistency in process documentation

  ### 16. Nintex review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Forms, I like all the functionality in the Nintex form

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I'm not too fond of the Nintex learning site; it should contain some interactive learning like Alteryx has on its site.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On the workflow, I sometimes face problems searching for the best tool. There should be an easier way to look for Tools just with the keyword.

  ### 17. Nintex Forms & Workflows is a Tier 1 App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin G. | SharePoint Solutions Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Both Forms and Workflows are GUI tools; no code is necessary. Support is top notch!

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

It's definitely expensive. We have the unlimited enterprise license.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Support is amazing. Use cases and customer referrals are available which help with seeing possibilities.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many business processes and some systems built in SharePoint. We use Forms for front end design and Workflows to run SQL stored procedures to move data to custom databases.

  ### 18. Effective Alternative to Other E-Sign Products

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Integration with other CRM products. Clean UI, easy to begin learning/using

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Difficult to set up multi-signer documents

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Best used with a platform that can auto fill ALL of the data needed for legal documents. Bulk sending not an option

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auto-filled materials based upon CRM

  ### 19. Gets the Job Done

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

How customizable it is. There is a lot you can do.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Sometimes the smart variables are clunky as far as moving things around on forms

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used for requesting It hardware/training and having the correct approver get the emails

  ### 20. Improvement on Microsoft flows but constrained by SharePoint limitations

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Programming blocks are visual and can be explained to others in cases of turnover or multiple authors

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Unfortunately not simple enough for the average user who is accustomed to handling everything via email. Permission configuration of items are difficult considering many IT departments restrict access to normal users

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Budget in use for consultants because even the no code platform is too complex for workers accustomed to excel and emails

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any type of decision which requires many approved can now be tracked. In our case, the many handoffs required to ensure all payment information is provided in order for our company to issue payments from various banks in various legal entities.

  ### 21. Nintex is awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin J. | IT Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Its just a powerfull tool to create proceses - forget excel sheets

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

thinking about that - theres nothing I "dislike"

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract management, on and offboarding people,

  ### 22. A complex task becomes simpler

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eva C. | Costuner Service Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

This minimizes the repeatability of work and the actual production direction. It is 100% safe because the load can easily be compensated for even during peak periods and the company's profits, but other end users can lose their jobs. This is the perfect tool. It focuses on minimizing work and duplication of work and production.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

It's quite expensive If there are problems with the system, automation will affect the process. If there are backups, it will also take some time.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

If you start using automatic robots quickly and easily in a short time, it can change everyone's mentality. Nintex saves time, we will focus on Nintex! Learn how to apply it first, then learn how to put it into practice, all the ideas you have shared with your team, simple and convenient tools.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex allows me to save time that I would devote to doing simple things

  ### 23. Save more time with Nintex RPA

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz L. | Junior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

It is very simple and very comfortable to use. It requires at least programming knowledge. You can use different applications and platforms to automate different processes. The customer service is excellent in all automation locations. Nintex RPA internal support team does everything it can to assist us and provide extra education if necessary. When we ask them questions, they give us a solution that fits perfectly to our requirements.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I want more teams integrated with Excel. Subject to a working user interface, objects and image recognition commands may be unreliable. The commands need to be more reliable to work for all kinds of pages as well as all kinds of software applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

I didn't use any more automation tools to talk to others about the service, and at minimum Nintex RPA customer service is excellent. Good support can sometimes become just as much as the functionality of the tool.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have automated many repetitive accounting processes, saving time for our employees and increasing productivity.

  ### 24. Automation of boring processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo G. | Digital Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The favorite part of mine would be that the curve of learning is incredibly light. You are able to make your 1st bot in the very first hour. Then I will say that there's a totally free certification stage having a partner and I will point out that the assistance you get is actually amazing and I like the quick response of yours.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

If there's something I will improve with regard to the item, it is going to be the process of installation. The measures are actually a little complex, but in case you come across problems, you are going to get a great deal of support.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

From dealing with personnel to bank arrangements, I've done many things. I utilize Active Directory password healing automation software program for the employees of mine. The primary advantage I recognize is it saves me the occasion to do helpful work.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In case you're searching for an extremely good method to make use of Nintex RPA all over, then this's the answer for you.

  ### 25. Nintex RPA

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto G. | Sr. iOS Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex is really friendly after you examine him. It is simple to create robots (especially task robots) for both commercial / personal use. As long as there is logic, it is simple to create code without having to learn the existing programming language. It' s easy to build a loop of repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Although I don't feel a big flaw, I think I need to use other scripting languages such as Python to simplify the use of it. Nintex should introduce mobile applications that will allow us to monitor the robots remotely and check the status of all robots.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Nintex may seem surprising at first glance, but try to learn about these features and a few things about using them on Nintex website.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Nintex to develop automation as part of our own internal financial team, mainly for older Oracle systems. My present project uses Nintex to automate queries from the legacy register database to a special tool

  ### 26. Nintex RPA

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose R. | Analista, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Because we make extensive use of the data input processes in our company and account management, industry automation provides us with a very good UI that helps us a lot. We can plan our robots according to a schedule.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Sometimes the robots stop working and do not show any errors in the error log because the bot is stuck at this stage. It is difficult to understand how a bot works without being a technician. Sometimes the wrong number is entered in our program.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Tasks and planning in the office are done overnight, without staff, which shortens the time of physical work and allows us to use our human resources well. We use Nintex RPA to enter data.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now all organizations should use automation anywhere to save work and man hours. To work faster and more accurately, we need to introduce this tool into our organizations.

  ### 27. Highly recommend

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen N. | Renewable Services Technical Director, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I can truly say Promapp is the best process mapping and document control software I have used in a 20 year career. They also have the best customer support of any software company I have every worked with. I have recommended Promapp to several other business partners and industry groups, and given demos.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

No downside I have encountered yet. Everything is excellent.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have seen benefits converting our thinking to process based management vs "people" based knowledge. We have seen groups and individuals who think that what they do is "so different" come together and realize that really they are all doing a common process once they see it mapped out together.

  ### 28. Likith Eedara Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Likith E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like the forum help from nintex community. i like the development in forms using JS and CSS we can do whatever we want to, it is not limited. I like using nintex workflows in automating most of the business processes. I like the way we test the web services in run now section, i use nintex run now function than postman tool to test the web serices. i like the LDAP action on workflows which is useful to make contact with AD easily. I like the electronic signature feature which is released recently,i am very excited and eager to use it.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I personally think nintex forms would have extended capabilities of talking to web services. The error notifications of workflows are too generic, sometimes they just say error out and failed on start. While developing forms, the labels connected to items which requires validation shows red asterick with break tag in inproper format, if we develop the form in google chrome. This is not fixed in recent versions as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Best tool for automation's, building forms for the people using default, microsoft infopath for doing that. It is way better than infopath in User experience stand point as well as features stand point. The new features from nintex with electronic signature is awesome. I have been to the Nintex robotic process automation classes, it was awesome lot of new stuff is coming our way from nintex.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have built lot of forms in nintex and automated lot of approval, id creation, reporting works in nintex workflow. The most liked feature in nintex forms is repeating section, using that i built a shopping cart functionality. In nintex workflows, i like the collection variable concept where we can work with large amount of data. LDAP action for creating an account in AD.

  ### 29. Very easy to configure, use and integrate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Creating merged documents can be complex and I've found that Nintex's 'DDP' configuration (that's their Drawloop Dynamic Package) makes what could be a complex configuration much easier.

We run a Salesforce consulting and ISV practice and whilst we're not Nintex partners or resellers, we do use and recommend their technology to clients because we find it easy to implement and straightforward for clients to self-support.

The DDP is a Salesforce record and series of related records that drive the behaviour of the merge functionality - such as pulling in data from related objects, defining output options and many other relationships.

The app itself is stable and the document quality is good. We've been using Drawloop (before it was Nintex Drawloop) for about 8 years now and recommend it to our clients.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

There is a reasonable learning curve to the app - but once you've set up one DDP, it's fairly straightforward to use this as the basis for additional ones.

Behaviour in Lightning can be a bit fiddly - particularly as it's not entirely clear which components should be used on page layouts.

From work with clients recently, I understand that the pricing model has changed and minimum commitments are making the solution less attractive to smaller businesses with fewer users.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Nintex is a simple but powerful document merge solution and is a great tool to use in a quote-docgen-eSign solution.

Once configured, it is reliable and straightforward to support.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This app is one of our 'go to' solutions when creating an end-to-end pricing-quoting-signing solution in Salesforce.

Our typical workflow is FlexPricer CPQ (https://flexpricer.com) to perform "clever" product and pricebook updates in Salesforce such as volume pricing, bundles, configurator etc. It's then an easy handoff from Opportunities/Quotes to Nintex to create the quote/proposal document and Nintex itself has a simple integration with Docusign (https://docusign.com) for electronic signatures.

  ### 30. Excellent time-saver to automate processes.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madalena F. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I that way you are able to take control and automate pointless tasks. Just changing your personal account number to a predefined one is able to take days or even hours. However with Foxtrot, you are able to take action in minutes. It will save time and raises accuracy. It is going to improve client service representatives, but now it's excellent.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Sometimes setting criteria at levels that are a variety of might be tough. Because you've to make use of subroutines and attempt to know which ones may be tough.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

In the event you do not apply them, you need to. This can help you save time, headaches and some money. This's a fantastic solution which has also been valued by the staff of ours in the bank account.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Something that's not essential is actually automated using Foxtrot. Should you have to upgrade hundred documents and still click here, click here and type in the worth - we utilize Foxtrot. We implement it not just to bring down the amount of full time jobs, but additionally to provide accuracy. Our teams have details in the spreadsheet that can't be use, therefore we are aware that Foxtrot will constantly enter the appropriate information.

  ### 31. Making processes easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | IT Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Whether it is a web / desktop application, the best use for fast automation of frequently used tasks, the UI and the functions provided for automation are simple, the management function is rather a single function that provides fast execution, requires much less resources to configure processes and implement automation,

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

They say that automation applications do not require programming skills, because my experience shows that performing automation tasks requires scripting skills.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

The perfect tool to automate robot maintenance processes, they can be programmed and easily managed in a mobile application.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate desktop / applications, track parallel automation of programming tasks, create small tools and let robots do the job manually.

  ### 32. Excellent company that listens to customers.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Boy B. | Founder & project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Customer suggestions/comments are now being studied and implemented and can be created in later issues. For instance, we'd to call the internet service with the REST service, but within a few days we discovered an available element as well as the excellent Foxtrot team responded favorably to obstacles or questions.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I'd love to see built in support for Microsoft Outlook targeting and the capability to allow workflows remotely. For instance, in case you get a request from HR containing user info, you'd love to have the ability to call Foxtrot via the API and put up the workflow. We also want that Foxtrot will support several data sources for project use.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

See Practical Automation for much more effective remedies which have obstacles in terminology of usability.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Entering information into the monetary system of yours and utilizing PowerShell for automation of tasks relating to Active Directory.

  ### 33. Save valueable time with Nintex RPA!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srikanth S. | Technical Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The perfect method for the data entry and management scripting. It executes functions quicker and easier than a community of human beings would physically conduct within a limited time span. I am actually employed with a professional agency, and it has been useful to conduct substantial repair amounts within brief spans of time. To assist users when scripting, RPA comes with strong documentation. RPA deals for several file formats, such as email, excel, and CSV. It also deals for several specific languages for the programming. RPA can conveniently interact with programs, emulators, and web sites.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

There really is no conversion method for translating FoxtrotLegacy script to RPA script inside Nintex. Using a method to help migrate old Nintex scripts to newer version would be useful. Documentation is obsolete in certain cases, and needs to be revised.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Nintex Foxtrot RPA requires to build a script converter to support users of earlier version of Foxtrot migrate the scripts to operate on higher version of Nintex RPA.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within a limited period, we are able to conduct massive quantities of data maintainance. Nintex performs repairs that will necessitate a wide number of individuals.

  ### 34. Nintex is a good addition to SharePoint

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walter V. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The form tools are easy to work with, as long as you use the New Responsive Designer. It is easy for end users to pick up and work on their own.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The form designer is missing a number of items like being able to make your own buttons and being able to set values when submitting the form that are incredibly useful and I miss not having them

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Nintex is a good addition to SharePoint for form design and workflows.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have done 2 years worth of work in 3 weeks using Nintex Forms. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we had to ensure that our Emergency Operations Center could still function when working remotely. They were using paper forms and in 3 weeks we converted them to electronic forms.

  ### 35. Nintex is a good tool for no code solutions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrii B. | SharePoint Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

you can configure a good looking form very fast.
Complicated workflow actions which took hours to configure in SP workflow usually take minutes here.
Nintex support is very fast and informative!

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

the speed of Nintex Forms
Classical Nintex forms are very unpredictable, and you cannot use javascript on the modern forms..
I would probably look into integration of the forms engine with one of the modern JS frameworks, leaving the possibility for developers to adjust the code (create our own functions and execute it).
There is no built in possibility to debug a workflow (can we just get exactly which step has failed the WF? ID or the name.. )

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business process automation - usually complicated approval workflows.

  ### 36. Great Product For Customizeability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David G. | Senior Technology Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The amount of customization that is added to Salesforce when using Skuid.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Not a dislike, but be sure you have change management processes in place. Skuid can become large due to the amount of functionality it adds to your environment.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There used to be issues with feature upgrades introducing some show stopping bugs, but this seems to have gotten better with the release cycle.

  ### 37. Read the fine print.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay C. | Consultant, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

It allows for many fields from various related objects to be pulled into a single document, Excel or Word. The document can be exported or uploaded to SF.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The interface is not as user friendly as it could be. I spent a good bit of time reviewing the documentation and figuring things out through trial and error. Eventually I was able to get the final product we needed. However, I could not get end user adoption due to the number of steps required to produce the document. Additionally you must choose to download or attach to project. There is no option to do both. In the contract, they require a 30 day notice to cancel the service, otherwise you must pay for another full year. Of course, they don't send out a reminder. When we received the new invoice it was too late to cancel. I reached out and asked them to meet us in the middle but they insisted that we pay for the full second year, you know, because of that pesky contract. If you buy this product, be sure to set a calendar reminder 60 days before renewal so don't get stuck paying for another year for a service you aren't using.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used DocGen to produce invoices in Excel. Ultimately, it did not reduce the overall time to create an invoice so we are moving in another direction.

  ### 38. Powerful tool for custom letters

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggie B. | Development and Membership Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

With a couple of clicks, we are able to merge hundreds of letters to hundreds of people into a single file, for easy printing and sending.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I don't tend to go outside my limited comfort level with DocGen because there is much that is still very technical about it. I rely heavily on their tech support in order to make changes to our existing document packages.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

We've been able to implement Nintex with not a lot of deep knowledge of technical know-how on our side, and Nintex's support team really shines here and has been really helpful there. If you have people with strong Salesforce and back-end skills this product will do even more for you. We've been able to get what we need -- which is the ability to merge multiple kinds of letters for lots of different records so each letter is custom to that particular person's needs.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once it's set up, DocGen has made a big difference in our ability to turn around thank you letters to donors within that 48 hour gold standard for nonprofit fundraising. The packages, which link documents with reports, have also made merging and sending customized solicitation and donation summary letters very easy to complete.

  ### 39. Brilliant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney H. | Project Manager - Promapp, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

That the processes are in a centralised repository that all can access and are not required to be on a company network. It provides:
•	complete visibility of our organisation’s processes
•	streamlined processes across functions
•	a robust tool to assist with audits and guarantee compliance of processes
•	a central resource hub that supports managers to train and develop their teams

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Not much, however sometimes it can be quite restrictive when it comes to configuration as it's 'off the shelf'. But there are work arounds

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Nintex Promapp is an easy to use, cloud based system that provides visibility, accessibility and can streamline processes. If done right it can change the way you run your business and identify improvements to save on costs and ensure all things are followed correctly.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are streamlining processes to ensure all entities are following the correct processes, it has been helpful with audits and training. It has reduced the amount of additional hours for employees when it comes to new starters and audits.

  ### 40. Nintex Foxtrot - Process Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryjairo K. | Senior Application Services, Banking, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The easy way of creating your process task and the fast way you can process your items. No more time spending in entering data manually. Setup is easy and GUI is understandable. Reporting of error, reprocessing of data is easy. Price is very good for what the application does.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

It is not dislike, it is only that I need to adjust to this new version. I just installed it some weeks ago.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

If you want some processes automated in a very easy way, contact the Nintex Team for Foxtrot. You will be amazed on how many features this application has.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Processing of mass data occurs in minutes some times even seconds. It reduces load from personnel so they can do more other things.
Updating of database items(DB2), generating PDF files, writing to excel sheets.

  ### 41. Nintex Workflow Cloud Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The customizability of the platform and the multitude of options

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

It has a high barrier of entry when it comes to learning and if you want to make changes to complex builds those tend to be time-consuming

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Make sure to have all plans fully laid out including edge case scenarios as going in to adjust after implementation is time-consuming. Salesforce integration works really well.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to move our paper forms and make them digital now while also capturing the information within Salesforce.

  ### 42. Powerful Automation Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsha K. | Sr SharePoint Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

We are using Nintex Classic/Responsive forms with Workflows for our Automation Process & Users do like this.
I like the way the forms can be implemented with Java Script.
More Complex forms can be created using Nintex.
Nintex Community is alway there to support you.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

No issues so far. We still need to try Pro Maps. We might need to reach out to Nintex Sales for a useful demo on it.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization level Automation Goal.
Forms
Rich in UI

  ### 43. It helps to build apps in SharePoint but it has some limits

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Packaging and Containers | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex Forms above all. With Nintex Workflow, I like its state machine and its admin interface (compared with Power Automate)

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

It is not capable of handling Office 365 files. There is no search feature to find out a specific action in the Workflow.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

start with simple apps

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the Nintex tools, we can workaround some limitations on SharePoint (e.g. no way for the site owners to manage notifications) and add automation and complex approval flows.

  ### 44. Quickly Completes redundant tasks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I love that you can take a redundant task and automate it. We use this for our core system and a simple task of changing the account number to auto-debit can take hours or days for a single customer when doing manually. But thru Foxtrot it can be completed within minutes. This saves time and increases accuracy. That will lead to better customer service.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Sometimes doing multiple level criteria can be difficult. Because you have to use subroutines, and trying to figure those out can be difficult. I personally have only done 1 or 2. But I would love if this could be made easier.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

If you aren't using it, you should. This will save you time and money and headaches. It's a great product and has been liked by our Audit team as well.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anything that is redundant, we automate using foxtrot. If a user needs to update 100 records and it's always click here then here then here and fill out this value.....we use Foxtrot. We use it to reduce the turnaround time (FTE) but also to ensure accuracy. We have the data in a spreadsheet that is vetted before used, and so we know Foxtrot will always input the correct data.

  ### 45. Nintex Reveiw

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The ability to replicate documents when more than one is required, for example, if our lease has 4 personal guarantors, DocGen has the ability to create a document for each. Our previous system lacked in this ability, I like the ability to use the excel middleware to populate more than one customer name as well as use word formulas to generate different language. Our documents are highly complex and this makes the user experience better. It's not a manual process for them anymore. Being new to Nintex, it would have been very helpful to work with a specific person at Nintex as we were first developing our documents. Although you support was extremely helpful, in the beginning it would have been great to directly work with one of your experts.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I can't put a component group within a component group, I can't highlight in the component group and have that show up on the documents even though NextGen shows the ability to highlight in the component group, when using bullets, it puts a different spacing on the documents compared to the rest of the spacing on the doc, (I want to single space the bullet points when needed but in the document it always comes in as double space, it's a huge inconvenience to have to add all the different word styles to each documents in order for our users to combine documents together without losing the formatting in subsequent documents. I understand it's a MS defect but it's a big challenge. We have over 200 documents and if I need to add a MS style to a new doc, I need to go back into all the other docs and update the word styles for each Page numbering does not work currently when combining documents together, if one doc is 5 pages and one is 6, when combining the docs the page numbering is 1-11. We did reach out to Nintex support and there was no solution. I can't select different documents from different document packages and create one package, I have to duplicate the document in the document package I need it in.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

It does require additional "technical" knowledge that some current admins on a different system may not have. Example: SQL

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating multiple documents through replication, adding multiple names on documents including a signature blocks for each,

  ### 46. Nintex the ideal platform to automate tasks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricky M. | Bachelor of Arts (BA), PR/Adv, and International Communications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I use the Nintex platform, workflows provide a strong interface that is not only intuitive but also simple to learn with little or no coding experience. Forms are createdautomatically and workflow construction is fast. Every week we have various workflows running smoothly so senior management uses these workflows to assign tasks with deadlines, ability to resign, complete and close assignment.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Something that I dislike very much about Nintex is that its update to correct errors in a production environment can be a challenge sometimes and needs exhaustive tests in a quality environment first, since it does not always work without inconveniences. On the other hand, the major problem with the Nintex online platform is the lack of error handling and notification of suspended or failed workflows, inclsive with Hawk-eye is not very appropriate since it is not integrated.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

In our opinion Nintex has much higher evolution capabilities compared to other products in the market. It dramatically decreases the development time of many complex processes. It also has several actions to integrate with other products such as DocuSign for digital signature routing.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our department and the entire organization use Nintex's workflow and forms a lot, giving us the opportunity to effectively deliver customized solutions to our users. In addition, we can easily incorporate data into various lists and libraries, which decreases data duplication and increases data integrity.

  ### 47. I have worked with Foxtrot for more than 10 yrs. I have experience with FoxtrotLegacy to now RPA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CHOSANI C. | Systems Analyst III, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

RPA, also known as Foxtrot, is the best data scripting tool for data entry and maintenance. The best robot clerk out there. I have worked with foxtrot for over 10 yrs. and have seen it perform tasks faster and better than a group of human beings can execute manually within a short period of time. Currently, I work for a financial institution and it has been helpful in performing large volumes of maintenance within short periods of time. RPA comes with good documentation to help users while scripting. RPA works with many different file formats like text, excel, and CSV. It works with many different programming languages too. RPA can connect to applications, emulators (green screens), and webpages with ease. I will recommend RPA to anyone looking for a scripting tool that works with other programming languages, is cost effective, can perform large data maintenance within a short amount of time or performs repetitive maintenance faster.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

1. There is no conversion tool within foxtrot to convert FoxtrotLegacy scripts to RPA scripts. It will be helpful to have a tool to help convert old Legacy scripts to new version for foxtrot.
2. Documentation ( help) is in some areas outdated and would need to be updated. documentation is by version #s. The latest versions found in documentation (help) is Version 12. For someone new scripting, it can be confusing to find the documentation for latest version of RPA( say V14.6.2)

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Nintex Foxtrot RPA needs to develop a script convertor to help users with foxtrotLegacy or lower versions of foxtrot be able to convert the scripts to run on new version of foxtrot RPA. Currently this tool is not available.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are able to perform large volumes of Data maintenance within a short period of time. Time is saved. maintenance that would require a large group of people is processed by Foxtrot.

  ### 48. A great system to document your business processes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy V. | CEO, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The easy way that processes can be entered into the system assigned to business functions and viewed in a graphical format. Good reports on activity of users and graphical representation of outdated and processes due for review.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I would like to see an easier drill down method of accessing or finding processes. They are not always called what you think and by having a graphical overview one could find the process you are looking for more easily. This may include uploading an organisational chart of the company so one can click on a function to see their processes. I would like to be able to have a quick view function to be able to view a document without downloading it.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

We used Promapp to assist in the implementation of an ERP system. My recommendation is to start using a top down approach from the CEO down through the organisation. It is essential that the processes are agreed by managers and not just entered by staff.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By agreeing a process and then discussing it and optimising it we are getting more efficiencies in the way we do business. This translates into being more competitive and reducing costs.

  ### 49. Nintex Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The reason for selecting Nintex in our organization was very simple, it is a product easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Nothing. Have not found anything not to like.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used to manage, automate and optimize different business processes at the Hospital. it provides capabilities for process mapping and workflow automation.

  ### 50. Incredible Forms

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott H. | Master's degree, Human Resources Management and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

In Nintex every reminder programmed to perfection is executed. The mobile version is made with very good quality, I have no problem when I use it. It allows me to connect to another system or web service.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Some operation that I do in Nintex presents me with an error and the registration does not give me detailed information and it is just what I need. Removing this limitation from the mobile form would be very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

A simple application but that does not go unnoticed at the time of its use Nintex has a lot of quality in its tools, integrations or in the file transfers of many commercial systems. We create numerous forms and have connections with SharePoint.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex offers a comfortable and pleasant experience when it has direct integrations with other services. It has several characteristics suitable for the different operations of the company.
