## Nintex Reviews
  ### 1. Great product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

This product allows us to format documents that have the look of our original, legal layout, but built with dynamic content from our Salesforce instance. I don't know of another product on the markets that allows this same functionality; fortunately, Nintex Document Generation does its job well.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

There are occasional (but rare) interruptions to the service that cause us to not be able to complete our contracts.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product allows us to complete our contracts with service recipients right inside Salesforce. Used in concert with Docusign, the document generation replaces a paper process that sometimes took weeks to complete, and now can be completed within minutes as parties apply digital signatures to legal documents.

  ### 2. Best tool to generate document in salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tilak R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Best thing i liked here is customer support and they resolved my problem very soon in professional manner. Documentations are good, and you can find it easily on internet. Configuration part is easy.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Nothing much, But there should be chat support. Also they should provide AI bot for small queries. They can start certification and in-house training program for new developer.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

People should try NDG to solve their document generation issue. , It's quick, fast and easy too implement.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tried to iterate the three level object in salesforce and used mass DDP to send email.

  ### 3. Nintex has helped us digitise our intranet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francois C. | Principle SAP: Support systems, Mining & Metals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2017

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Quick, easy, codeless workflows which allows us to be a lot more Agile. The integration actions allows us to quickly interact with other systems like SAP, SQL databases, Active Directory, etc. The approval actions allow for quick easy setup of workflows that do what is required and ensures the necessary approvals are received.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The debugging becomes a bit clunky as the workflow becomes bigger. It is difficult to track variables through the whole process. Once a workflow has started and a person went on leave or are not available for approval, the process does not allow for continuation of workflow. You have to fix the person it goes to and restart the workflow.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

If you have SharePoint online, consider Nintex Workflow Cloud.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main focus has been on automating manual or paper processes. We are currently running about 40,000 workflow instances a month on just over 120 workflows. That is a lot of automation. The main workflows are getting and updating data for reports, controlling employee nomination processes and reminders for our performance management system.

  ### 4. Must have workflow platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like ease of use, intuitiveness and sharepoint integration and ability to automate and optimize our business processes. Although NIntex includes sample workflows, they do not seem to be available in Office 365 version. The Nintex Workflow designer works directly in SharePoint without the need to install client software to build workflows. This is a huge win as it eliminates client software as well as the IT control and governance required to deploy this software. So this is a big win for everyone from end users to IT.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I do not like that there are very few templates available and price is too high especially with subscruption model and limited number of workflows. The previous price model was better. The advanced features need to be more intuitive and would love to see more video tutorials than are currently abvailable.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

It is easy for IT to provide solutions to common request for software and applications. I would like to use more workflow automation tools and API librarys to connect to other databases such as oracle

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

forms, workflow and easy to use biz apps. SharePoint has a pretty well equipped workflow engine. Sure, it has its quirks, but it is rather reliable and it’s already there, so why not use it. Nintex leverages the SharePoint workflow engine as well as many other SharePoint objects like Lists and Libraries. This means that by installing Nintex you really don’t need to add any more resources to your farm than what you would to run say Designer workflows.

  ### 5. Using K2 for Complex business processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle K. | Application Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

K2 allows us to quickly and easily automate complex and time consuming processes

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

K2 is difficult to customize the UI and can be combersome to connect to SAP without custom middleware

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Start small and grow into more complex workflows

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have automated a number of processes around purchasing and procurement. We have realized both soft and hard dollar gains from the platform

  ### 6. Working with Nintex

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barb F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The graphical interface for the workflows is great! I like the My Tasks web part that is generated through SharePoint. Could you also make a My Items web part for the Initiator of a workflow to show them what phase the workflow is currently in?

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I use a UDA to parse the XML of Repeating Sections. I would love it if this UDA could be an action that is incorporated in action selections. Also, I would like it if Task Reminders could have an improved functionality. Also, I would like to handle 'Parent/Child' list scenerios easier in forms. Such as the ability to bring up a form that includes the top level detail and all of the associated child items.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have created forms that one person can submit for any number of other individuals. From that one form an individual line item is created in another list. Each line item can be approved or rejected instead of giving the status to the whole group. I also use Nintex LIve to generate forms that can be submitted from people outside of our intranet.

  ### 7. Great extension of native SharePoint functionality with easy to use interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The drag and drop design interface makes it intuitive for novice business users to build complex workflows. Nintex provides some impressive functionality extensions beyond the native SharePoint workflow capabilities. Their customer support is fantastic, helping us to ensure that we can get the most return out of our investment.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

There are some limitations that appear to be driven by the right integration with SharePoint’s native workflow engine. They offer work arounds to accomplish your objective, but they are occasionally convoluted. When an error occurs, you are forced to restart the workflow from the beginning. This could be very problematic with a multi-step approval workflow. We’ve had to make our workflows more complex to overcome this issue by creating decision branches at each step to skip if it was previously completed.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Watch a few YouTube videos showing how it works and you’ll quickly see the value over native SharePoint.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex has allowed us to automate the provisioning of custom site templates and custom site permissions. It has also enabled business users to automate approval processes with audit trails, eliminating wasteful paperwork.

  ### 8. Nintex experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The Nintex mobile ability to Work offline and how workflows are synchronized in the form.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I dislike the way Nintex forms doesn't allow you to control the sequence for how form data is loaded. This affect load times tremendously, including sql controls. We want more capability with the form, please look at Spark Forms they have good methods and a real competitor.
Also I dislike how Nintex doesn't allow you to control the confirmation box after form submission, it seems universal all the way around. Also how nintex forms splits mobile and list views, it should just be responsive.
Also we should be able to surface sql data as a pop up or interact with it differently across the form.

We should also beable to control what we want printed on a form, so we can setup print views.

The boxes for page breaks are also annoying, and users can identify where the page splits, I think you should define the page size you want it print it on maybe prior too and the form automatically creates page breaks for the developer.

Sometimes control panels leave gaps that is just hard to manage, and also the spacing is so tricky. I wish we could also attach photos outside of mobile mode, so we can do inspections much easier and make comments and mark up the photos. Some people use Surface tablets not everybody uses phones.

We need pagination for case management type work.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Wait until the release in October.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A quotation tool, inspection forms, claim form.

  ### 9. We use Nintex DocGen to create all of our sales agreements, quotes, and business cases

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin C. | Salesforce Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like that this is flexible and adaptable. We use DocGen to create a wide variety of templates, from contracts to project plans to letters. It is scalable and adaptable to a wide variety of use cases. We use some of the advanced features, such as excel-as-middleware to perform custom calculations on opportunity products prior to the values being displayed in the order form. This is great functionality.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I don't like the additional charge for the couple of add-on features. I wish all functionality was included in the base license.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

I would recommend installing the free trial in a sandbox so that you can demo the functionality.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Nintex DocGen for a wide variety of uses, from sales contracts, to quotes, to project plans, to business cases. We rely on some of the advanced features to turn our salesforce data into documents.
Before we had this, we created documents manually, which was tedious and time consuming. DocGen has completely steamlined this.

  ### 10. THE Missing Link

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The simple UI and usability makes it a perfect solution for everyone. Anytime we're faced with an automation problem, Foxtrot is always there to help.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Hard to point out too much that isn't even at least helpful, let alone point out dislikes. But, more integration is always nice. So, I would say I dislike the lack of out of the box integration.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AS400 query automation, some SharePoint automation, etc. We've replaced entire positions with Foxtrot.

  ### 11. Nintex has helped us generate our docs since day 1 on Salesforce

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like that it's super flexible and adding merge fields is very easy. Support tends to be quick to respond and is generally very helpful when I run into something I can't figure out. I like that we can add different delivery options, as well as automatically loop/generate documents when we need to.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The available resources can be hard to understand sometimes, and getting it to work with Docusign was a challenge. Since they've change from being Drawloop, some of their terms have changed and that's been a little confusing. Sometimes the support team doesn't know the most about Salesforce terms. The conditional/logic options they provide to make the DDPs more dynamic are a bit limiting - I hope they improve upon what they have there.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Have someone on your team become an expert in creating DDPs.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now our salespeople don't have to wait to have their docs created for them or approved. We know that they're dynamically generating the correct document.

  ### 12. Drawloop takes the hassle out of document generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah C. | Operations Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The ease of setup and use for users. It takes seconds to onboard someone with Drawloop and the same amount of time to generate a doc!

The amount of things you can customize is also amazing. You can use just about any type of field or system you'd like in your documents. They can be various kinds of docs- excel doc, word doc, word doc with tables, etc. You can even get into more advanced features like PDF stamps!

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Setting up the templates can be confusing. But support is always there to help!

The tags are easy to figure out once you get the hang of it, but sometimes choosing the right relationships to link your doc template to your data in SF can get confusing. I have several documents that I had to reach out to support on because my template was referencing the wrong "kind" of data and wouldn't pull it into my doc properly. But like I said, support is always there to help you out if you get into a pickle!

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

If you are unfamiliar with templates, please use a partner to set up your solution. It'll save you a giant headache!!! Also use their online support website. It was a HUGE help!

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Drawloop to simplify our proposal creation. What took us over an hour now takes seconds. It's made our team have more available time to work on other things.

  ### 13. Good platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

It's really easy to set up workflows and move them around as required.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The default interface has an older look and could do with a refresh.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Nintex to deliver online forms across the organisation. It has significantly reduced our use of paper forms.

  ### 14. Lantec review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2018

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Nothing to dislike - system helps us greatly

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BSI , service improvements, tracking of customer issues

  ### 15. Good product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Ease and flexibility of development. It's super easy to use , dont need any specific training.

Javascript or custom script is hard to write.

  ### 16. I like the Nintex workflow platform and it's no one can beat

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gnyanendra R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The connection manager and action set are the two major features I liked the best. Now the reuse of workflows make them more efficient and less cost. We reused many workflows using this. Calling sub workflows is also very easy. Also use of workflow forms association to tasks is the game changer.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I disliked the feature of Large workflow rendering issue. Once the workflow has hundreds of actions the rendering is a big issue.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved many manual complex business processes into a easy workflow based system. We eliminated many existing paper based business process to automated web based apps.
Made the people accountable and task assignment app made life easy.

  ### 17. Nintex is a powerful tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | Solutions Administrator, Government Administration, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Within SharePoint, it is extremely easy to create simple, flexible workflows to handle repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The more complex the workflow, the longer the time it takes to complete. Sometimes you need to account for lag when one workflow calls a secondary one. This can cause bad data when not planned out.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Every implementation is different. We were pleasantly surprised when we took it for a test run. I feel that is the best recommendation I can give.Try it and see if it fits your business needs.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic notifications is the low hanging fruit, but the best benefit is that I can ensure consistent data based on business logic.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

It's ability to automate functions including GUI related tasks.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I think the price is on the high side. This limits how effective it can be in our company.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

If you running into a project that requires you to make few changes to multiple accounts then this is the right product to automate those types of projects.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

We use Nintex Workflow O365 and to say it has been one of the best products we have introduced into the business wouldn't be far from the truth. It can be used in a variety of ways; approvals, reduction in data entry, easy introduction to internet based apps for all users.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Sometimes the updates can cause problems with current applications in production environment.

This allowed us to easily pull information from multiple reports into one concise report. It is a great snapshot each month for clients and our account managers

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Definitely takes so learning to understand how to create the documents and run the reports

Great tool if you can spend time learning how to use it effectively.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer reporting. Internal process improvements

  ### 23. DocGen helps us quickly create the sales documents we need

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Once you've got your document packages set up DocGen works really well. There are lots of features and toggles for various things, and the integration with DocuSign is solid.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Basic text replacement works well, but doing advanced things (image replacement, if/then logic) has a steep learning curve (more examples/templates would be great!). The debugging for issues you encounter when setting up new document packages needs improvement.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Nintex DocGen to create our proposals and invoices using templates created in Microsoft Word. Our sales folks have appreciated being able to quickly create the documents they need without needing to muck about in Word or DocuSign.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Political Organization | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Since rolling out ProMapp to support changes to processes, and embedding new processes within projects, the uptake on change has increased - this tool makes it easier for the change-affected to comprehend the changes and to accept those changes. As a technical business analyst, it makes my job so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

It's hard to dislike anything about ProMapp, although the latest changes have fixed a couple of the niggly things like having to specifically select 'quick save'.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped the pace of change to increase - with a visual style, and a full descriptive layout, it's much easier to communicate how I envisage a new process being of benefit.

Lazy Approval Is the best component I like about Nintex workflows. This action enables user approve the tasks without even have to visit the SharePoint site. Many of the business people found this very useful.
UserprofileLookup function to get user details is also one of the hand component.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I dislike the issue that we cannot refer images from the SharePoint site refer within Workflow and requires us to place the images in public faced sites. iPhone compatibility and read comments from Lazy approval.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Going forward this product can be used by the end users to implement their own applications without needing an expert to assist with. Minimal development activity and can be scaled to get greater the efficiency.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly using Nintex for Automating our business processes and migrating custom applications to O365. In both the ways Nintex Is such good tool to have.

  ### 31. Business Process Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adran N. | Legal Technical Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The thing I like best about K2, is that they are incredibly dedicated to supporting their product and partnering with us on solutions. We can reliably count on timely responses to support tickets. We've also gained a lot of useful knowledge using mentor credits and they are always available for general product support. With our last SharePoint workflow vendor, we had essentially zero support, so this is quite a change. Our company has a culture of mentoring citizen developers, where we meet weekly to talk about product updates, obstacles, how-to's, and show what we're working on. They've been incredibly helpful by joining these weekly citizen developer calls.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Permission can be a little difficult to wrap your brain around. Their are permissions around forms, workflows, and publishing rights. It's important to establish governance and best practices around who is allowed to design workflows and to have a review process on what is put into production. It is possible for a poorly designed workflow or loops to degrade server performance and/or bring down your environment.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

There is a bit of a learning curve as some others have mentioned. Make sure you understand the licensing agreement.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We build a broad range of business solutions and automation in SharePoint. For instance, we built a SKU management system, email replacement systems, and dynamic intake forms to log tickets with the correct information the first time to allow the business to process requests. We've been able to build forms that dynamically hide and show information and pull data from other lists and data sources. This is the type of stuff we needed to rely on workflows in the past. We can also pull data from other sites and site collections which eliminates the need for duplicate data sources. The workflows are also a huge improvement from what we had before. The user tasks allow you too see a single workflow from the start of the process until it's completed. It also allows you to see who approved the requests and send reminder emails without building extra workflows or steps. This is a huge improvement in terms of ease and ability to audit processes.

  ### 32. Excellent Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The ability to schedule an automated task and the ability for it to send me an email when it is completed

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

sometimes it cannot find the target when nothing has changed

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Learn all you can about this product. It is a great tool for automation and streamlining for better efficiency

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The foxtrot has eliminated the need to have a fulltime employee to run our night jobs

  ### 33. A major time saver for our team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raeleen M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

We like that it streamlines our processes and makes filling in standard documents that we require a breeze. We also really like that it integrates with Adobe sign, so we can very quickly and easily create personalized agreements and have them send off for a client's signature within a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Since we had been using the original Drawloop before Nintex took Drawloop over, we have had difficulty with the Accounts Receivable department when it comes to switching from a monthly payment to an annual plan. We've had a number of automated late payment invoices sent in error. I expect this is only a temporary problem due to the Drawloop take over.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Our team has been using this product for years, and have never thought to jump ship. It provides us with exactly what we require. Once you have your templates made it is simple to use and make changes down the road as well.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save a ton of time with filling in common applications and forms we use. We can simply merge information from any Salesforce record type into our standard documents quickly and easily. Also, we can merge different documents together as a complete package to send out to a client which is also nice. This keeps things simplified and organized.

  ### 34. Nintex Document Generation is straightforward to use and a very helpful tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

It's great that I can just press a button from Salesforce record and instantly create the document I need. I especially appreciate that you can pull from different related objects (like information off an account and an opportunity) in the same document. Also, the support team is very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Setting up a letter/document can be time consuming (applying the right tags isn't always totally intuitive) and requires trial and error. I wish there were an easy interface for setting up your document that could be accessed within Salesforce.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Document Generation to generate standardized "grant announcements" that we circulate to program and finance staff to convey important compliance requirements, deadlines, etc related to our new grants. Before this function was available, we would have to manually assemble the grant announcements and then re-enter much of the same information into our donor management system. Now we only have to enter the information once and it's a huge time saver!

  ### 35. Great customer service and efficient product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The customer service is superb. The support team is able to address issues quickly and professionally. The product is highly malleable, making it easy for me and my team to implement what we need and remove what we don't. DocGen makes it easy for us to generate and store donor related documents, and helps keep our acknowledgment organized cross-division. Overall, the product is well worth the money and has revolutionized the way we work.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

DocGen is constantly improving and listening to customer feedback. Most of the things I would want improved are happening before they become a big problem. While ease of use and the learning curve could be a bit better, there are no obvious glaring problems that I have noticed within DocGen. I would like to reiterate that their costumer service is so superb that they listen closely and intently to any issues you may have and do their best to address them right away. This makes it much easier for us to do our jobs.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

This is an excellent product that has helped us to better acknowledge donors and report on grants.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to streamline grant reporting and individual donor acknowledgment. This has allowed us to spend more time on our programmatic work, and less worrying about acknowledgment. DocGen also allows us to acknowledge donors in myriad ways. This means being able to customize donor acknowledgment based on their giving history, which is extremely valuable to us.

  ### 36. Working witht he forms is easy after some time but complex workflows is not for a new user

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Form creation is, well awesome. The community is very helpful and usually respond right away on a well known topic or solution.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Workflows in general. I can see the usefulness of the workflow engine if you have easy tasks but if you have several complex items like two way sync with multiple repeating tables this takes a lot of time for set up. One way sync is fairly easy. Two way sync can get complicated. Our data is critical to our research and there is no room for error.
It would be preferable to have a better parent-child relationship with in the form.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Ensure that the workflows will meet your requirements before the purchase.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None at the moment. Moved on to another application. For this to help us we would need a full time programmer/work flow person dedicated to just work flows.

  ### 37. Excellent, user-friendly product for end-user development of forms and workflows

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

It's very user-friendly for end users. No programming skills are required. I find that it is intuitive for business staff and they require minimum training.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I struggle to determine the line between where to use 365 Forms/Flow/PowerApps, and also how Nintex fits in with an environment that runs something like Azure Runbooks.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

I would evaluate the cost and compare functionality of products such as Microsoft Flow. This product sits in a mid-range space - not as robust as AgilePoint, but more robust than Flow.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex has been utilized for advanced, multi-step and decision tree type workflows.

  ### 38. Outstanding platform for business process automation in the cloud and on-premise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin S. | Director and Co-Founder, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2017

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex enables both IT and business users to create, publish and manage workflow using simple drag and drop interfaces within Office 365. The forms design process is easy and powerful with rules and many controls which replicate out to mobile platforms in a single publishing process.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The forms designer can be slightly fiddly to work with, particularly on more complex forms but the roadmap for this area of the technology is pulling heavily on more up to date interfaces to make response forms as simple to build as the other areas of the workflow platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

The work that Nintex are doing on the Workflow Platform is remarkable and brings whole new opportunities to organisations looking to deploy powerful workflow and mobile forms solution.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with Nintex to address workflow and mobile app requirements across all areas of customers' organisations. HR is a common area for leave, new starters, recruitment, performance reviews and many more to be automated. Nintex is particularly strong at enabling the mobile workforce where tasks or details needs to capture on mobile devices and handled through workflow.

  ### 39. A unique platform with many uses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The form and workflow designers are excellent. They balance flexibility with necessary guard rails saving just the right amount of time. The platform is great in that it supports complex data models including many:many relationships. I like that it doesn't force you into a "mobile-first" approach, like PowerApps does. Our users don't demand mobile when they are at work, but K2 does allow us to build forms optimized for mobile, if we so desired. It has excellent bespoke integration with SharePoint and integrations with other systems are greatly expanded with the ability to connect to their REST API's.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Reactive response to bugs and issues. Issues aren't taken seriously if there is some form of workaround to the problem, even if the workaround is not intuitive. This approach does not proactively address how the system should operate to be intuitive, or what features it should include to be be more comprehensive. For example, the K2 OData API is exciting, but only supports basic authentication, which is a big limitation for us. They also are able to connect to Microsoft SQL Server, but they don't support OAuth authentication against Azure SQL database, which would best allow us to secure our data. I am often asked to submit feedback related to enhancements to their "ideas" site, but I get the impression that this is where good ideas go to die.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

As with any platform, evaluate if K2 is best for solving your business problem, and buy K2 Cloud. I do not recommend the on-premises product unless absolutely necessary. Make sure that you have in-house application developers to develop on the platform. It is no-code, but it still requires a application developer to be effective. I would not supply the tool to end-users or power-users for their use.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The K2 platform allows us to solve complex business problems quickly with little to no code. It allows us to build complex processes and forms without having to compromise on users' demands without having to build a full application stack from scratch. It provides us reusable front-ends for data in our line-of-business-systems, with the added benefit of being cloud-hosted.

  ### 40. PDF Stamp

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

the PDF Stamp feature I like the best, it gives us the ability to print the page number on dynamically generated pages

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I do not like that documents generation are not allowed while passing multiple DDPS. Also, Page selection & merge are not allowed on pdf stamps. This feature will give us the ability to create multiple page stamps on selected pages on a single DDP.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Easy to implement and Excellent Customer Support

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping our customers to dynamically print the customer information on PDF. which saves a lot of manual work.

  ### 41. Nintex is a great solution to allow power users the ability to customize data collection

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2016

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Its a great tool for power users and developers to create customized SharePoint Solutions quickly. I like the ability to integrate your own JavaScript.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Errors are pretty vague. The Workflow History clean process. I would like to see a better OOTB solution for updating a form then approving it in a single action rather than going to the form to update then going to the task form to approve etc. An easy way to send the entire form as an email attachment for the approver to see form their mobile phone without logging into the system.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have digitized a lot of our paper based approval processes allowing for quicker turn around times since people can approve while away from their desk. We are also able to archive documents to the Share Drive once they are no longer active.

  ### 42. Say good bye to manual processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan N. | Salesforce Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The forms project that we started developing was done using Nintex solutions. They responded to every minor questions that we had and within the right time for us to move to production.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

There are few components that needs to be converted to lightning

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of forms that our users use day in and out

  ### 43. "Nintex Doc Gen

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent C. | Director of Product and Integrations, Legal Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like the flexibility of Nintex to add complex logic to determine the inclusion or exclusion of language.Ease of use is also a huge benefit of this software over others - it is very easy to templates quickly and to create Component groups that can be reused across multiple templates. So that when you need to update Component logic, you only have to do it once.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The formatting within generated documents is sometimes hard to control, especially when there are several DDPs.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Nintex provides a great solution to quickly implement document generation solutions, both complex and simplistic. It can incorporate logic that drives document generation. It can also pick up most formatting issues as well generate in both word, excel, powerpoint, pdf. It can generate workflows that can carry out actions after a document has been generated.

It also gives you several options as far as how to store documents once they have been generated.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to collect data in Salesforce while also the efficiency gains of generating contractual documentation.

  ### 44. Great Product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Ease of implementation and out of the box solutions to map fields into documents with dictated logic. I cannot say enough about the power this tool can give to an admin as opposed to using developer resources to configure document creation with custom code.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I would like to get a list of upcoming updates to the application more frequently. I would also like the ablitiy to traverse through more object via "button builder." I also would like to push/pull documents from files as opposed to notes/attachments. (Not sure if this has been updated but last time I checked I couldn't levage files as easily).

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved a great deal of automation related to many manual paper processes. This has saved our users a great deal of time throughout their regular workload. Not only was creating dynamic documents easy to implement we are able to updated existing documents very quickly if the master document content was updated because of legal or new products etc added.

  ### 45. Somewhat satisfied

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah J E. | Technology Business Partner - Product Owner, Staffing and Recruiting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Professional looking forms, responsive forms for processes that do not need exposed externally, and we were able to train "power users" in the hand-off of the tools the dev team built.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

We are unable to expose responsive forms to external users. This feature was in the Nintex product roadmap and influenced our decision to purchase. The feature was not delivered as expected and the business problem we were trying to solve was not solved - leaving our internal customer dissatisfied and a business process still requiring many manual steps.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

If the product does not fully meet the needs of your organization and you are promised something will be delivered in a future product release do not fully commit or sign a shorter contract.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Various business process automation's (conference registration tool, request for proposal tool, and others)

  ### 46. Foxtrot works

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Foxtrot has done a nice job of allowing us to automate routine functions

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

A "record a macro" feature would be nice....It would allow better windows integration.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Easier to set up new automations; Better automation of windows-specific functions;
Perhaps more offering of fee-based consulting services to help expand use

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of repetitive tasks; automation of daily functions

  ### 47. Nice

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

For a fairly low investment, we are able to create standardized, formatted documents, with little set up

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Lack of support when getting started, initial setup can be complicated

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of generating standardized documents. Eliminating cut and paste, and since the documents are generated from Salesforce fields, the data is actually getting entered.

  ### 48. Pretty good product

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

We have had a pretty good experience with Drawloop for Salesforce overall. We are able to generate acknowledgment letters easily for all of our gift using multiple letter template. Once installed and set up its a pretty easy user experience. I will also say that Nintex has some of the best customer support I've experienced from Salesforce integration app.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Drawloops makes it difficult to set download multiple letters at once. On days that we have heavy gift volume we have to run multiple sets of letters. It was also very challenging to set up the letter so that we could ensure that the letters and envelopes downloaded in the same order - though once we figured it out its worked smoothly.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

I don't think there is anything better that drawloop for document generation for salesforce. I'd go for it.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating acknowledgment letters for donors.

  ### 49. Easy to use anyone can create a workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like the GUI interface and the ease of use of it. I also like the reporting around nintex workflows.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Wish had more basic demo's on how to workflows. step by step and or communicate where you have them in emails. promote usage and adoption.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Training

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

expense, requests, ease of migrations

  ### 50. NINTEX as a workflow solution.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fayyaz R. | HR Process Project Manager, Middle East and North Africa, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2017

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Ease of developing a workflow without writing a single line of code as well as the amount of support available online.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

In few case you may need to extend the functionality of NINTEX OOB actions, which can't be extended with the help of code.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

I strongly recommend this product for small to enterprise customer as one of the best workflow engines which meets almost 95% of requirements.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we'r using this product to automate business process, the best part, I repeat, is the ease of development, but what the users like the most is status tracking and lazy approval.
