What do you dislike about Ninox?

The performance is miserable, unfortunately working this way isn't fun because it takes far too long to load the information. The service was very good at the beginning, but now it leaves something to be desired Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ninox?

The software is cumbersome until it is adapted to one's own needs. However, there are many helpful explanatory videos available for this purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ninox?

I switched to the CRM of AbaNinja (much cheaper and directly connected to the accounting). Therefore, I deleted the automatic license renewal on the Ninox platform in due time. Nevertheless, the license was debited from my credit card again in June 24. After inquiries with Ninox, they claimed that I should have sent an additional email and that I could not prove my cancellation. I never got my money back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ninox?

Ninox was initially a secondary software for us, complementing our existing systems. Now, we use Ninox for all business processes, from A to Z. It handles quotes, invoices, accounting, workshop job cards, and manages both customers and employees. It couldn't be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ninox?

It would be great if one could host Ninox themselves. What if Ninox is no longer developed further, or if there is no more hosting available? Self-hosting would be very beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ninox?

Ninox can be customised to your needs. With different views and print layouts, we made a custom workflow for our industrial production kitchen.

Employees use the prints coming out of Ninox, we need paper trails of every produced batch. Ninox is the only program which can do these custom print layouts as far as i know. Simpy delete the irrelevant information , and add the important info.

You have to dig into the syntax a little. I dont have a coding background, but for me it was easy to set up.

Very helpful community as well.

Try it and you wont be dissapointed! I tried almost every other available project management software, but this one is the best.

What do you dislike about Ninox?

Hopefully they will simplify the users ability to view/edit columns. So with every column you can select users for editing, and also restrict even more with viewing.

Also would like a better undo functionality. Or go into history and redo any action easily.

What do you like best about Ninox?

Intuitive creation of all necessary elements is easy and quick, not least thanks to the good documentation and the illustrative examples in the forum. A solution can be found for every task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integrated email solution via SendGrid is completely unusable. Only every second email gets through, even if SendGrid is registered as a reliable sender. A smart SMTP integration would also be essential for the professional version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Multiple templates.

Support is very quick (also with humor... I like that).

Lookup in multiple files and shows you only the corresponding results.
