I am NOT a programmer but the support, weekly webinars and Ninox community offer more than enough to learn -- not just how to use Ninox, but best practices and deep dives. I've never experienced this level of support with any other software, ever. **What do you dislike about Ninox?** Nothing so far. I'm sure there are always advancements that can be made with any software, but I have not experienced any stumbling blocks or limitations on what I wanted to create. In fact, what I've developed has always ended up being more advanced or sophisticated than what I originally envisioned. **Recommendations to others considering Ninox:** I recommend everyone try this software. Meanwhile, the Ninox database has replaced our entire CRM and parts of the ERP solution. From the mobile service report on the iPad at the customer's site to project management and keeping track of all important deadlines (invoice entry and exit, customer email information about important maintenance, etc.), the application significantly reduces our time expenditure. Thanks to the offline capability of the iPad and iPhone app, we can document everything important directly on-site with the customer even without reception, saving us a lot of rework. Previously, photos of technical equipment, malfunctions, or repairs carried out were taken with many different smartphones and circulated via email within the company. Now we can store all processes directly at the customer's site or the technical equipment, and everyone knows immediately what the last process was. **What do you dislike about Ninox?** A push notification for the mobile versions wouldn't be bad for the future.
